We all had a wonderful stay. The facilities were excellent and represented outstanding value for money. The location was also extremely good, being just a short walk down to the beach with two fabulous beach bar restaurants and a handy beach hut bar. Filipe was a great host, with excellent recommendations for restaurants and bars of all types.

Thank you so much for your lovely review. It was a real pleasure hosting your group, and we are delighted to hear that both the adults and children had such a great week at the villa. We’re very happy that you found the villa well equipped, the location convenient, and that the nearby water park, Lidl, and easy Uber access made your stay even more enjoyable. It was also our pleasure to help whenever needed. You were fantastic guests, very kind, respectful, and left the villa very tidy, which we truly appreciated. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we would be very happy to welcome you and your family back in the future.

This villa was amazing for our large family holiday. The rooms are spacious and clean. The outside space is wonderful especially for the kids with the pool/well equipped gym/volleyball court. There were a few issues on the first couple of days but Felipe was so quick to respond to these and they were always sorted on the same day. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday and being able to use the pool earlier than check in was amazing!

It is a large house that worked for our group of 8 but is in need of quite a bit of TLC. There were a number of old appliances and a heat pump sitting around outside.

Very nice villa very clean. Pool was heated to perfect temperature but for a large villa thought the pool would have been bigger. The kitchen needed a cupboard to put food into. We were a family of 10 and all enjoyed our stay Thank you filipe ylou were always helpful

This was an excellent villa for a large group. We had 22 including 5 kids under age 5. The fact that all bedrooms in the villa are en suite was a real bonus. The kitchen was really well equipped and spacious, with 2 large fridge freezers, 2 washing machines and 2 dishwashers. The real attractiveness to this villa is the outside space - a heated pool, pool table, well equipped gym, full size volleyball pitch and a bbq area with seating for 20. Not ot mention lots of grassed area and parts shaded under tress. Filipe was always available to help with queries, both before and during our stay, and was very flexible with the check in, we arrived before noon and were able to leave our luggage there while we went for lunch. The villa is a bit remote from the main towns so you will either need a rent car or to use taxis/ubers to get about (which were very cheap and plentiful)

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. It was a pleasure to host your group, and we are very happy to know that the villa worked so well for all 22 of you, especially with the children. We’re glad you enjoyed the en-suite bedrooms, the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, and especially the outdoor areas — the heated pool, gym, volleyball pitch, BBQ area and gardens are really what make the villa so special for large groups and families. It was also a pleasure helping you before and during your stay, and we’re glad we could be flexible with your arrival so you could leave your luggage and start enjoying your holiday straight away. Thank you as well for mentioning the location. The villa is in a peaceful and private area, which many guests enjoy, and taxis/Ubers are usually easy and affordable for getting around. We would be delighted to welcome you and your family again in the future. Filipe

Family holiday

Beautiful property, great pool (worth paying the extra for the heating). Excellent facilities for a large group. Local beaches very nice. Only a 12 minute walk to a large Lidl for groceries. Neighbouring house is being renovated so some noise but not something to impact the overall scores for the villa.

Such a great villa for large groups. The outside facilities were amazing and Filipe couldn’t have been a more helpful host. We used Ubers a lot as we didn’t have a car. There isn’t much walkable, but Ubers were incredibly easy. The pool being heated was a lovely touch, even in the summer heat. Filipe gave us all the information we needed prior to our stay to make the whole experience stress free. He also really helped us out on our departure day too!

The villa was hired for a family holiday to celebrate a 60th birthday. From start to finish the holiday was brilliant. Filipe the host was incredible with helping out any question & query we had in the run up to the holiday & while we were there. The villa was everything we could have hoped for. The facilities available such as the gym & games room were well used by the young adults in the group. The welcome pack given on arrival was so well thought out and the extra special something in the fridge really set the 60th celebrations off in style. I can’t recommend this place more highly

We had a lovely stay. The host was very helpful. The property was quiet, child friendly and secure. The pool was warm which was brilliant for April. Plenty of room, brilliant for large family groups. My only criticism is a new pool table would be nice and outside paths a bit rough but I believe there is work being done as we speak. Would definitely go back

An excellent villa, accommodation was really good, being able to dump our things from 1100hrs was really helpful, which got better as we were allowed access to the pool area from 1400hrs. The space and range of facilities suited everyone in the party. The only comment we made was we would have preferred to have had a toilet outside the villa as young ones had to keep getting dried off to go to the toilets in their rooms. But the whole family want to go back.
