Cottage in Grassington in the heart of the Yorkshire dales. Free parking permit.
Gregory View is situated on a quiet lane just off the the centre of Grassington. It is a conversion of a 18th Century barn and has lots of original features with a real home from home feeling.
You enter through a small porch into the living room. A cosy open plan living room with inglenook fireplace, a dining table for 4 people.
There is a sofa and 2 armchairs for relaxing in.
Adjoining this is a fully equipped kitchen with oak worktops.
It has integrated fridge, slimline dishwasher, cooker with a gas hob.
Upstairs has a double room and a twin room with single beds.
The house bathroom has a bath with shower above it.
Outside is a small patio up steps next to the cottage leading to a lawned garden.
There is a table and seating to enjoy the Yorkshire sunshine!!
There is sometimes parking opposite the top of the cottage on the roadside but if this is taken there is free parking in front and behind the town hall which is only 25 metres away.
There is also a free parking permit for the National park car park at the bottom of the village.

Gregory view is a beautiful cottage, which looked to be recently decorated. The location is fantastic, very close to the village centre but far away enough to avoid some of the bars and pubs which can be noisy fairly late. I cannot recommend the place enough. Will definitely be returning!

We had a fabulous stay at this perfect little cottage! The location is ideal - just a short walk to the centre of Grassington. We parked at the Town Hall carpark which was a few minutes walk away and had plenty of space when we stayed.The cottage itself was spotless and had everything you could ask for. We were particularly pleased to have fire wood and coal provided so we could make a fire when it got chilly one evening!

Charming Cottage
Had a lovely stay at the cottage. The cottage is in a perfect location for discovering the Yorkshire Dales. It is well equipped with everything you need. We will definitely visit again.

Perfect base for walking
This cottage is small but efficient with everything needed for a home away from home. We stayed 7 nights with a different walk each day. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet yet central.

Beautiful and serene
Gregory view was perfect! great location, seconds from the center of town with a sweeping view of the dales. cottage was beautiful and clean, would love to return!

Beautiful cottage in a lovely village
The cottage is absolutely lovely, very clean and well equipped. It is right in the village so you can walk to the shops, pubs and cafes easily. Grassington is a lovely village with beautiful scenery, we only stayed for a few days but it is now on my list to come back and stay again!
