Great place to stay in Indio

We were visiting Indio with a group of cyclists. The property was very nice and situated on a golf course. The unit had absolutely everything you would need. We made our meals every day and enjoyed eating on the deck outside. There was a pool and spa although we didn’t use it. The beds were comfy and neighbours were quiet. We had a wonderful time!

Great experience, great place, great host!

Incredible!!!

Great Get Away House

The house and pool were great. The house was clean and well supplied. The only issue we had was that the mattress on the sofa bed needs to be replaced and upgraded. Other than that we had a great time and would return.

Vacation in Palm Springs

We really enjoyed our visit to Palm Springs. The home we rented was very nice and was easy to find. The home was open and roomy. The outside area was big and good for entertaining. Some of the furniture was kind of moldy, probably because of all the rain. The beds were comfortable. All in all we want to go back there again

The Oasis

Would we stay here again? Definitely!! The house was spacious and had everything we needed, even a night light! We were very pleased how wonderful the outdoor space suited our family. Stacey was quick to respond to any questions we had and she was very accommodating to our needs. The pictures on the website show exactly the house you will enjoy if you book.

Phenomenal Property!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Everything here exceeded our expectations. The back patio/pool area could not be more relaxing complete with a grill/hot tub/fire pit and a speaker for music. Stacey was very responsive with questions and could not have been easier to deal with! We will absolutely be coming back here when we return to the area! Thanks again for making it such a memorable stay!

Great house and very well equipped. It had everything we needed

Our only comment is that the bed mattresses are very soft and for people that have back issues are not the best ones. ASide from that I blindly recommend the house.

Relaxing place for Coachella

This place was everything Stacy and Adrian promised. Wide living area and kitchen with beautiful patio and pool. The rooms were also very comfortable especially the master! checking in and out was seamless. I felt well rested for the festivities for coachella! The only difficult part was getting to coachella because the house is far from the front gate, but we took uber and had no problem!

Everything was sparkling clean and tidy and you need not bring a thing other than your bathing suit (they even have golf clubs you can use). You will not be disappointed staying here! Perfect holiday weekend!

We spent Thanksgiving weekend and everything was perfect! The house was immaculate and is more spacious than the pictures appear. We relaxed in the hot tub and enjoyed the view of the mountains and golf course from the patio. Even though we didn’t cook, we noticed that the kitchen was one of the best equipped that we’ve ever seen at a rental property. Before renting, we wondered if the master bath had a separate shower (not pictured). It does, and it’s comfortable. We were happy with the house in every way!

Great stay at a great home!

We stayed at the home for Weekend 2 of Coachella (our 4th time going), and this was the best experience yet! Check in/check out was very easy and Adrian was very helpful when we arrived and needed access through the front gate. The house could not be more perfect for a small group- we fit 8 very comfortably. The pool, while on the smaller side, was great to cool off in; the grill was awesome for lunch every day; and the hot tub was a nice way to wind down after walking all day. The neighborhood entrance is one block away from the "yellow path" festival entrance/exit - so convenient! Indian Palms even allows you to drive and park at the front entrance ($10/day), saving the walk from the house to the front. Highly recommend!

3rd Stay at this Property

This is my 3rd stay at this cozy wonderful home. We stayed here twice last year and then again during labor day weekend. There were some improvements made since our last stay and I loved that. The owners do listen to our feedback. It just made our stay even more enjoyable. The home is cozy, in a quiet area, comfortable and very welcoming. Adrian and Stace are great to work with. This was last minute booking and they were fantastic in accommodating our request last minute. I absolutely recommend their home (love the pool and Spa), and I'm sure we will be back every year. Nice place, slightly overpriced

Stayed here with husband, daughter and 2 adult friends. Location was great although getting in the gate was tedious. No pass ever given so we had to give our names every time - at rush hour there was typically a 10-15 car backup. Felt that the price was a little high for this place AND you have to pay extra to heat the hot tub. Bikes in the garage all had flat tires - one had no tube so we couldn't even try to pump it up. Little things like that could make a difference. I've stayed in nicer places in Indio, this one was fine but could've been better.
