Great property with lots of space, can walk to lots of shops and amazing restaurants, which is great if you don’t want to have a car.Pool is lovely and very quiet.The apartment & pool area are immaculate.Communication with the owner was perfect, gave us all the information we needed & lots of useful recommendations for places to eat in the area.Would definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with the condo and would definitely return. Location was perfect for us. We could walk to both the boardwalk and the marina and it was eady to get to the highways for day trips. I highly recommend.

My family had a great holiday. The apartment is part of a well kept quiet complex with great pool area. Beautiful apartment with large outdoor areas, agent to greet on arrival, all essentials provided, air conditioning. Cleaning staff called at end of first week to change beds and provide fresh towels, great entertainment TV package. Plenty of nearby supermarkets within easy walk. It's a good 30 minute walk to the Marina but Uber and Taxi services are excellent. Lee was a pleasure to deal with throughout my booking and allowed us to stay on in the apartment on checkout day as we had a late evening flight. Thank you so much, look forward to returning.

An excellent large apartment with a lovely pool area and close to all amenities

We had a great stay here. The communication was excellent from the host. The pool area is brilliant, very quiet and never any issues getting a lounger. The apartment is large (inside and out) and we would recommend.

Portugal trip

Lee is a wonderful host and the setting is exceptional. We would go back in a heartbeat and for a far longer stay. If you have a car you ate close to everything, beach, shops, restaurants, groceries etc. The second bathroom could be a bit bigger, but for just a few people it’s an amazing stay. You won’t regret your time spent here.

We had a very enjoyable holiday. The apartment was amazing, it is well equipped, spacious and in a good location. The pool is lovely, and the rest of the complex is very nice with all the trees and plants. We didn't arrive until midnight but the agent was waiting for us and was very friendly. She gave us a tour of the apartment. It is a 15-20 minutes walk to the beach and marina. We would happily return.

The apartment below us are having extensive work being done. We wasn't notified by the owner of this until 4 day's before we flew out. It spoilt the holiday noisy, banging drilling, dust from cutting tiles. From 8.07 in the morning until 4.40 in the afternoon. If you have mobility issues then to access the apartment is a steep flight of stairs.

Sorry you had a bad experience, the guests prior to you had a lovely time and never mentioned any building work going on, I only found out from the cleaners a few days prior to your trip which is why I gave you the heads up as soon as I was told. I also spoke to the builders and neighbours after every message you sent to me complaining and they assured me the power tools were only used for an hour each day and they were being respectful of other neighbours. A condominium is not like a hotel, people live here all year round and unfortunately I have no control over what others do in their own homes, we do all try to accommodate each other politely though. I also have no control of the weather but I am sorry it rained every day for you. I flew over myself to inspect the potential noise issues and have been working remotely in the apartment from 9-5 each day, all the heavy work must be finished now because I have not heard any disruptive work noise.

Family holiday and Wedding

We had a fantastic time. Accommodation was brilliant and suited all our needs. Communication from Lee (owner) was first class. Very friendly, extremely helpful and always quick to respond. The whole process was so smooth thanks to the information supplied. From arrival to departure we had a ball. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

5 star property, I would highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at this property, the location is excellent and the property itself is extremely spacious with a lot of outdoor space. Our children loved the table tennis table, swimming pool and the board games at the property. There's a choice of supermarkets a short drive away and it's not far from Vilamoura marina. I would like to thank the owner and management agents for everything including the smooth check-in and checkout. 5 stars

We had a wonderful three week stay. The owner and the management staff were very attentive to all of our needs. The condo itself was as described by the pictures and commentary. The location allowed pleasant walks to the beach (15 minutes) and the marina (25 minutes). The restaurants we experienced exceeded our expectations, especially the French restaurant within the condo grounds. All required amenities were nearby. We would definitely recommend the condo to others.

Excellent host

Excellent apartment, spacious bedrooms, huge outdoor areas and lovely clean pool and always possible to get sun loungers! Good location for both Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo, and 20 minutes from Faro airport. We could not have asked for a better host. We were unfortunately impacted by the flight cancellations at the end of our stay in August and the host could not have been more helpful and understanding which made a very stressful situation less so.

A really nice, well appointed apartment that feels like a villa due to the duplex setup and the large outside areas. The patio in front of the kitchen and main room is huge and has the table tennis and darts set up. We used the dartboard extensively. The roof terrace is also large and obviously gets the sun all day with views to the sea and the mountains. In summer you’ll be glad of some shade downstairs! There’s lots of comfortable seating, tables and loungers on both outside terraces to enjoy the weather.Depending on your walking speed it’s 15-20 minutes to either Quarteira beach or Vilamoura marina for bars, restaurants etc. We would recommend both the Roman villa and the Family Golf park.Access to the motorway is good so you can explore the whole Algarve with relative ease from here and it was less than 30 minutes from collecting our car at the airport to arriving at the apartment.Lee was an excellent host with good communication before and after our stay and has lots recommendations in the area.Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Easter get away in lovely, spacious apartment

Apartment was easy to find and took about 25 minutes to drive to from Faro Airport. Ample parking outside the apartment as well. The apartment itself was very spacious with a lot of space inside and outside. About 10 minutes walk to a few local restaurants and the beach was about 20 minutes away by foot. Check in process was very smooth and Svetlana was very nice when showing us around. Lee was also very quick in his responses if I had any questions. Overall, an enjoyable stay and would definitely book again if visiting Faro again.

Incredible Holiday Apartment

Our 1 week stay in Vilamoura was just perfect! The holiday apartment has everything you could need for a home away from home. Location is beautiful and quiet. Short walk to shops and local restaurants, 30minute walk or less than 5 euros in a Taxi to Vilamoura Marina. During our stay we encountered a problem with the toilet, the Host was very fast to reply and had in sorted within a few hours! We were also greeted to check in (which was quite late) by a lovely woman, who left us some basic necessities, showed us around apartment and even offered to help us find somewhere to have dinner. We absolutely loved our stay and will certainly be returning in the future, thank you!

Relaxing getaway

Spent a lovely week with friends at Al Garb. There was a welcome pack on arrival with the essentials. We were shown around the apartment and were left were 2 keys which is helpful as we were a group of 4. The pool area is lovely and quiet and the sun deck had amazing views and sunsets. It is a 25 minute walk to the beach, we spent most days at the beach. There are a few eating places in Quarteira however recommend Vilamoura Marina for more choice in restaurants and cocktail bars. Overall we had great memories and experiences of Quarteria and Vilamoura.

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Communication with the owner was very easy. We were given very detailed instructions before we arrived about parking, local shops, recommendations for restaurants. Great apartment in a quiet complex with lots of balcony space as shown in the photos. The rooftop terrace is beautiful especially at sunset. Fabulous pool, very clean. Nice welcome pack consisting of tea, bread, milk water when we arrived which was a lovely touch. 15/20 minutes walk to quarteira. Uber less than 5 euro to marina. Local spar and bigger supermarket within walking distance. .

Beautiful Apartment

Our family has just returned from two wonderful weeks staying in the apartment and I can honestly say that it's the best holiday we've ever had. The apartment is simply stunning and the complex is safe, quiet and private. Both Vilamoura and Quarteira are a short walk away so you are spoilt for choice. There are lots of restaurants nearby but the apartment has everything you need if you want to cook for yourself. We didn't hire a car and didn't need to. Our children (15, 11 & 9) loved the pool, table tennis and wifi. Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we can't wait to go back again!

Loved our holiday here

Stunning apartment. We stayed here in June 2012 not 2014(website wont let me enter correct dates) for 2 weeks. One of our favourite holidays. We couldn't believe how big it was, more like a house with a spacious living and dining area. Modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Upstairs 2 beautiful bedrooms. Ideal location, we walked most nights to the marina where there was plenty of bars/restaurants to choose from. We also walked to the beach most days. Maintenance man was English and very welcoming, friendly. Perfect apartment, perfect holiday.

Great location

This apartment is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, Vilamoura Marina, Quarteira beach, and a wonderful walking path. The apartment is reached by stairs behind a security gate which gave us confidence of safety. Although we always felt safe walking around. The apartment has three bedrooms to provide comfort and a bathroom with tub and shower upstairs. Terraces are accessible from the second floor bedrooms and on the main floor to enjoy the views, soak up the sun and play provided games (darts, ping pong, or read one of the many books in the dining room. Good kitchen and ample room all around. We will stay again when we return to this lovely area. Obrigada Lee.

Spacious apartment, amazing pool, convenient location

The apartment was very spacious for 5 people, the host was easy to communicate with, nice big terrace with a BBQ and the highlight of the complex is the salt water pool.Things to improve: Have more seating in the the living room, there's enough space for another sofa so 5 people can sit comfortably. Also, the lighting needs improvement, not enough light fixtures and electrical outlets.The water pressure in the shower is too low, when someone is taking a shower you cannot flush the toilet or open a faucet anywhere in the house.The dishwasher needs to be checked as it doesn't clean the dishes well.Overall we had a great stay!
