Family get away

Jan helped us have the most excellent family get away. Grandma and her two sons and daughters in law and 9 kids 9 and under thoroughly enjoyed this property the amenities and location. The weather was great as well.

amazing house

This property was fantastic and more than we could have hoped for. The entire family loved it and the kids didn't want to leave. Host was flexible and communicative....will definitely be staying with them again

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The house supplied everthing you can think of and more. The host made the rental process extremely easy. We would definitely rent again.

Kid Haven

Nice, clean, relaxing, super place for small children with the massive collection of toys and games. Larger "kid" game room as well. Owner was very nice.

Thanks Tony! I enjoyed meeting you all. Housekeeping said to send a big Thanks! to the ladies for starting the dishwasher & washing the remaining dishes in the sink. And for having loads going in both the washer & the dryer. It REALLY is a big help to them on turnover days and lets them know they are thought of as well. And we thank you for taking such good care of the home & grounds. I hope everyone found plenty to do and then went on to enjoy their rest of their time here in Naples. Excellent

Our group of five men on a golf trip found this home met our needs perfectly. It was nice sitting in the Florida room enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoying an adult beverage in the evening in the same room. Jan was very responsive to our needs and a great host. We would most definitely stay here again.

Incredibly beautiful property with manny amenities to mention

I was just amassed by how well stocked with all types of activities to intertane the whole family from the oldest to the youngest. My family had a great time, the property itself is just beautiful, the pool area is large and the pool itself is large, my kids had a blast and of course I Bbq'ed for everyone, I just can't say enough about the whole experience, thank you Jan.

I always love to hear when my guests have had a great time. After all, what are vacations for if you can't totally relax and unwind. I would say I have done my job - however, I will never be DONE with making sure every experience is worth talking about (and that means in a Raving manner - not Ranting!) - And all the thoughts for expansions, improvements and additions keep me up late at night- the property and the experiences are only going to get better from here! (Including a fabulous built-in outdoor BBQ kitchen). You are a pleasure to work with - the care you gave the home was impeccable and for both I thank YOU! Great place!!

We had a wonderful vacation, the house is amazing, you have everything there, the kitchen have any appliance that you will ever need. Lot of towels, very clean, the game room is full of games for all ages. The pool area is huge plenty of chairs, tables toys and all you need! Two more great things: they have an ice maker and the AC works with the right temperature. Jan is an amazing host, very nice and sweet For sure we will go again!

Mom's 90th

What a find!!!!! Very warm, inviting and comfortable home. Convenient location to all necessary amenities. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you could need for a party and relaxation was provided. Everyone had a fantastic weekend. Looking forward to re-booking in the future.

AMAZING!!

I would rate this stay a 20,000 out of 10. Jan is an amazing owner and she couldn't have made our stay more personable. The home is stocked with everything you need and then some! The beds were so comfortable and the grounds were private and relaxing with so much to do for the kids. Besides the beautiful pool, there is a sand pit with rocks to explore on and swings to enjoy. There is a fire pit and 2 grills for cooking on. You would be privileged to stay here. Thanks Jan for everything!

Great fun in the Sun!!

We had a party of 12 - 7 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 3 to 78. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and lots activities and games for the group. The pool area was wonderful, warm and a perfect place for everyone to bask in the sun and watch the kids playing with all of the toys provided. It was like going to a toy store. Jan provided many extras for us to enjoy. The s'mores were a big hit. We would come again.

Perfect Family Getaway!

Everything about the property was fantastic! Communication with Jan was great. The set up of tbe house was perfect for four families. We had two 5 year olds and they never unpacked a single one of their toys! Between the game room and the pool there wasn't much desire to leave - we did rent a boat and a 15 minute drive to Marco had us on our boat and out yo Keywadjn for some shelling. We took a 30 minute ride to Big Cypress for an airboat ride. Loved that we were so close to everything but yet felt secluded. Perfect spot where great memories were made! Until Next time...

Hi Rebecca - I'm so glad everyone had such a great time! We pack the house with goodies, so your never have to unpack or leave (shhh~ It's our little secret.) The boat rides are always fun around here and you can't boat without stopping for the shells! Love all the photos you sent us and that chalkboard wall - WOW! I'm trying to figure out how to immortalize it :) I'm glad that you could bring along Ginger the Dog as well. Every dog needs a vacation too! Everything you need

We were a group of 11. This was a business trip, so we mostly worked during our time there. All of our needs were met, and I imagine this would be a near perfect place for large families or groups of friends who would just like to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. Good space, ample parking, great kitchen and grill. Jan and her team were very responsive throughout. The house is well stocked and located in a quiet area. We felt the need to air it out a bit on arrival (it felt just a little musty), but I think that is likely the case with all homes in a humid environment.

Hi Marc - Thanks so much for staying with us. I am glad our home met the needs of you and your colleagues. We are striving hard to make sure that all one needs to bring to sunny Naples is their bathing suit! As to any musty smell you may have encountered - I can only imagine that is the result of our having the game room carpeting as well as the large area rugs thruout the home cleaned just prior to your arrival. We have had some crazy cool temperatures lately and a/c's have not been running as they typically do thruout our winter seasons. As we have our carpets/rugs cleaned often I will make sure the team keeps the air moving thruout the home so that this is never a problem again. Perfect home away from home

We had a three night stay which was not enough to scratch the surface of what this property had to offer. There is so much stuff to do and fun to be had here. We were in Naples for a tournament and didn't have much down town to enjoy the board games, video games and everything else the house had to offer. The pool was fabulous and we enjoyed the firepit with friends. Anything you could have needed was supplied. Forgot something? Never a worry...you were sure to find it somewhere in the house. Jan is an exceptional host. She truly thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. She was super responsive to any questions we had and treated us like friends using her home.

Best Young Family House in Naples!

We cannot say enough good things about the Naples Paradise Palms house! I almost don’t want to review it so I don’t give up the secret! Jan is the BEST host; easy to communicate with, readily available for any need or questions, and has great recommendations! The house was SPOTLESS which is crazy considering how large it is and all of the nooks and crannies. The pool was perfect, the toys and kids items (pack n play, high chairs, pool toys) were essential for us. The yard is wonderful and the king-sized beds in each room were perfect for our multi-generational family. We can’t wait to come back! The ONLY minor downside of this house is the location, it’s located on the southern side of Naples, so great access to Marco Island and Big Cypress, but about 25-30 mins to downtown Naples/Zoo area with traffic during the busy season (spring break). This is easily negated by the beautiful pool and spacious yard though, which you would be hard-pressed to find in any other Naples location

Hi Linzy & family! Thank you so much for the kind words. Our housekeepers tell us that it's easy to keep the place in great shape when our guests are so awesome! Thank you for taking such good care of the home. We try to pack it all in for folks of all sizes, shapes & ages (2 legged & 4) and yes, even Larry the Lizard that came to stay with us once :) We are so glad everyone had a great time and we do hope you think of us next time down in Naples. While our traffic is CRAZY during springtime/break (it's hard to beat our weather for sure!) often turning 10 min trips into 25 with heavy traffic, being on the south of Naples is a big advantage for our golfing groups and adventurers who don't then have to fight the traffic to get to their great outdoor activities. It's always a catch-22 for someone though and we hope the peaceful surroundings & amenities more than make up for. Take care of that new baby and have a great 2025! Jan

Loved it!

Loved the house- we never ran out of things to do - this place has everything. Loved the hostess (super nice & helpful) Loved the beds (super soft) - Loved the huge walk-in showers Loved the game room! (cotton candy maker!) Loved the kids playroom (this is HUGE if you have kids - we never saw ours) lol Loved the kitchen (all kinds of gadgets & small appliances that you always wanted to try out) & the pantry (we got in late and found oatmeal, coffee, tea & juice for the morning - this was perfect for hungry kids before we could get to the grocery store) + there's a lot more stuff in the pantry too! Loved the pool - the outdoor activities - fire pit, horseshoes, golfing, exploring the woods (the owners left the kids Jiffy Pop & marshmallows for the firepit - the kids have never seen Jiffy Pop) what fun! Best of all - the kids never asked, “What are we going to do now” - in fact, they cried when we told them they had to go back to their OWN home What a perfect vacation! I am so glad we found this house - we WILL be coming back Robin, Dave & the kids

Robin - I am so glad that you LOVED our home. We are striving to move way beyond the 'Must Haves' to the 'Nice to Haves'. Amazing vacation!

My husband and I have brought our children and grandchildren on multiple vacations in Naples area. This house is perfect, and Jan could not be more accommodating! From pre planning discussions on children sleeping arrangements, to questions during the stay, to follow up after check out, Jan is wonderful. She makes sure that you have everything you need, and promptly responds to questions. The entire family throughly enjoyed our time. Close enough to get to the beach, or grab a coffee quick, but far enough from the hustle bustle that you can enjoy the peacefulness of a campfire with marshmallows. The playroom is a God send. The younger kids could always be found in the playroom, the older kids (and a lot of time dads too) could be found in The game room. So much to do! The set up of the house, with lots of seating, allows for family meals to be enjoyed together. We absolutely plan on staying again. This house is everything it boasts about and so much more! If you are looking for a fun filled vacation without any hassles, Jan will make sure you are taken care of before, during, and after your stay! Perfection!

Property and amenities were perfect for a large group!

This property was more than we expected. The owner (Jan) was in contact with us prior to the vacation, which made us feel comfortable knowing that a real person cared. Everything you could possibly want for a large group to enjoy vacation, was available at Jan's. Everything from linens to pool/beach items to every small appliance for cooking to games and game accessories (popcorn maker/ice machine). We had it all. The home was exactly as described and the pictures helped to explain each of the areas perfectly. The beds were all comfy and plenty of extra room (inflatable beds/couches) for extra sleepers. Jan checked in frequently to ensure we were finding everything we needed and were comfortable. The front door combination security lock was the best idea for a group (no "lost" keys!). Property was immaculate and since this is a new-to-the-market property, very well maintained. We were just about 20 minutes to Marco Island, less than an hour to Sanibel and Captiva. We loved Tin City in Naples for shopping and took a lovely afternoon cruise in Naples. Jan is planning some upgrades to the water system which will make this home absolutely perfect! The highest compliment we (ladies group of ten!) would give this property is that we would definitely return.

Ann - I am so glad your group was able to have such a great time in Naples - at both the house and out about the town. These days vacations go way too fast and making sure my guests are both happy and comfortable is my #1 priority. Thanks for your kind words - I am trying hard to make sure that the home not only meets but exceeds my guests expectations. My goal is to always have that 'new house feel' ~ Being new to the rental market brings it's own set of new challenges and we will continue to make improvements (some fun, and some not so much) as we hear from our guests. "Hey Grandma, you should BUY this house!!"

In the middle of our 2 week stay at this amazing vacation home, our 11 year old grand-son called out to me from the middle of the pool, "Hey Grandma, you should BUY this house!!" That about sums up our amazing family vacation, which included all of our children and grandchildren, 13 in all. With 4 large bedrooms, there was plenty of room for families to sleep, and the younger children loved their kid-sized air beds. The layout of the home provided privacy for all at night while still offering a wonderful feeling of togetherness in the open concept main living area, thoughtfully arranged to provide options for dining, entertainment, and conversation. There is even a well supplied office nook with a mini library for adults and good selections for school age-readers. The play room was a paradise of wonder for our little ones, and as a retired elementary school teacher I was especially appreciative of the well selected toys, games, and picture books. The large game room provided another place for older kids of all ages to let off some steam. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for indoor and outdoor cooking and dining with a crowd, which came in handy when we entertained some of our extended family that live in the area. The pool is large and well maintained, the lanai area has plenty of seating with shade at the hottest times of day, and the kids were delighted with the number of pool toys. The back yard has plenty of room to run and explore, and we loved the old fashioned swings. We could easily have stayed another week. Overall, I can't think of a single thing we wanted and couldn't find, a tribute to the owner's thoughtfulness and attention to details of guest comfort all throughout the house. We appreciated Jan's prompt and responsive communication style both before, during, and after our stay. She truly cares about making sure all goes well for her guests, and it did!
