We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and easy walking distance to the beach, and Old Town / Riva area. It’s a 15 min walk to the closest entrance to Old Town.

The location was amazing, so close to the beach, beautiful neighborhood. Very clean and loved having a dishwasher and washing machine. Also, the view from the balcony was perfection!

Excellent location, 3 minutes to great beach and 15 minutes to main wharf restaurant area.The property does have four levels of steps so may not suit everyone.One safety recommendation, the door should not need key to unlock from inside. Would be a concern in case of emergency.Overall, we would definitely come back to this property

This is a beautiful spacious apartment in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just on the edge of the old town. It is easily walkable to the centre of yhe old town (15 mins) and a beach (5 mins). Apartment is superbly fitted out with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The host is friendly and was extremely efficient. We would have no hesitation in staying again and would thoroughly recommend it.

We were a family of 5: 2 teenage boys, their parents and the aunt of one of the parents. This flat was perfect for us. The location was ideal. Neighborhood very quiet. Ivan met us on arrival showed us a thing or two and then left. I will stay here again if I ever need accommodations in split

I would give this 10 stars. It was the cleanest rental I ever had. It was well cared for. The owner carried my luggage up the steps for me (40 steps). There is a view of the sea out back shown in photos in VRBO. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with dining and groceries nearby. Walkable to old Town Split.

This is a lovely apartment in a super location. It’s in a quiet residential area that’s only a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Palace area. Clean, well equipped, comfy beds, great view, close to some super restaurants - highly recommended.

Warman friendly, and feels like home

Very nice apartment, well decorated, close to shopping in the old city as described. Well-suited for two couples visiting the area. I would book this apartment again if I was returning to split.

Lovely view of the sea from the balcony. Location was perfect for wandering around old town. Apartment was clean and perfect for our group of 3 couples. We loved our stay. Maroje met us at the apartment and provided a good run down of the apartment and the area. He was very responsive to any and all message requests. I highly recommend this apartment if you’re visiting Split!

Can't Miss Property

We lovvvvvved this place for the location to beaches, marinas, resturants, etc. Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed not having to turn on the TV one time. So much to see and do.

This is a wonderful apartment in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood. The entire place was immaculately clean! Walking distance to everything you could want. Grocery stores and cafes/bakeries right around the corner. We loved our stay here and the host was very attentive. We had to purchase a few necessities (coffee filters, garbage bags, dish soap, batteries for the TV remote), but that didn't dissuade us from having a great time!

Wonderful!

Thank you to Marjore for providing such an excellent experience. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, located within walking distance to Split’s Old Town and the beach. The host was very kind, helpful, and always responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location and lots of comfort

We were all comfortable! Everyone had space to be alone and space to share communally. Lovely balcony. Great off atreet parking and we didnt have to use the car once during our stay. Palace/Old town, beaches, parks, groceries, restaurants all within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood.
