Destination Hampton Bays!!

This is what a VRBO property should be...the owners were clearly determined to make our stay a memorable one by accounting for everything we'd need and then some. Clean, organized, safe and even better than the description and pictures suggested. Every amenity you could want, beautifully appointed home and outdoor space that rivals a summer camp. Location, location, location...private and quiet, near the beach, great restaurants everywhere and the benefits of the smaller and less hectic town of Hampton Bays. Thank you for making our summer of 2023 an amazing one!

Fabulous summer getaway!

Property was fabulous! Great location - easily accessible to beaches, shopping, restaurants. Pool & hot tub fantastic when just want to chill at home. Owners responsive to any/all inquiries/questions. Will definitely try to get back. Exceeded all expectations!

Fantastic home away from home

This property is truly incredible and better than expected. Beautiful, fun (trust me, they have thought of everything!!!), well-kept, clean and convenient. Communication with the owners was smooth and easy and they were beyond accommodating. Our family had a blast on vacation here and we even got to play tag in the dark on the spacious lawn amongst the fireflies (a dream come true!)

Great property for family vacation

This property had everything we needed for our family vacation. The house was clean and well equipped. The hosts were wonderful to work with and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

Wish this was my house!

Greg and Alison’s house was the perfect summer getaway for my family. We stayed at their beautiful home with another family. There were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and this house was a dream. Literally everything you can think of…pool, massive yard space, basketball court, gated security, bbq grill, fire pit, hot tub - you name it. Not to mention, a quick ride or bike ride to the beach. The house is beyond beautiful and equipped with state of the art technology you can’t find in any rental. You can tell that a lot of love was put into this place and it is beyond generous of the owners to allow us to use it. Also, want to mention how clean and spotless this place was upon arrival. We’ve stayed at so many rentals in the past, and this place was impeccable, especially during a pandemic. Greg and Alison were incredibly communicative with us. When we needed the pool to be cleaned or heated, they responded within seconds. I can’t rave about this place enough. We were extremely happy with our stay. Our only regret is that we didn’t rent it for longer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Highly Recommend, Look forward to staying again

The pictures do not do the property justice. It's beautiful. It's spacious. Plenty of room. Stocked with all the necessities and then some. (We needed a mixer to bake a crumb cake and one was there.) It's close to anything you need as far as stores, groceries and liquor, and most importantly, the beach. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions and took any necessary actions to better our stay. Like having the pool cleaned multiple times. I would recommend this property if you want something close to everything, but without the chaos. We look forward to staying here again.

Best Vacation Spot Ever!!!

My family and I stayed here the week of June 17th through June 24th. Greg was the quintessential host. He was unobtrusive and quite attentive. Whenever we had a question or need, he responded within literally minutes. Something came up at the house and he responded I believe within seconds. It was our first time in the Hamptons so, we were unfamiliar with area. Whether it was food, entertainment or shopping, Greg was spot-on with his recommendations and we felt the options suggested were the very best the area had to offer. We tried all but one. The owner provided more than enough games and toys to satisfy any family with children no matter the ages. The one child in our company was older, but there were amenities that one could have spent the whole day there and a couple of us wanted to do so. It was minutes away from the beach. There was one incident where we ran out of toiletries (i.e. toilet paper and no bar soap) a couple days into our stay, but he was contrite and responded immediately with local options and directions to pick up the items we needed. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely look to book a stay here again. This represented the perfect home away vacation and I'd highly recommend it!

Private, beautiful, and great for kids!!

We had an amazing week in Hampton Bays! The owner was very responsive of question and not intrusive AT ALL! The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The beaches are about a 6 minute drive and the town is about the same. If you have kids (we have 5), this house has so much to offer: foosball, basketball, ping pong, a huge yard to play soccer, football, baseball, whatever! And of course there is a pool with plenty of pool toys as well. We were so grateful to find such a gem after having spent 2 weeks in a home here in NY with a nightmare owner. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!
