This beautiful spacious 1 bedroom apt ,which can sleep four people is situated in a lovely quiet part of town,yet is only a 5 min walk from the most beautiful beach and from the town that has plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

The balcony has a built in BBQ. The apt gets the sun in the afternoon.

There is a private swimming pool in the garden and sun loungers are provided. It is a 5 min walk from beautiful beaches and the town centre that has lovely restaurants, bars and shops.

Apartamento com boas condições

Apartamento bom e funcional, com garagem, embora o comando da porta não funcionasse por falta de pilhas. Tem acesso a piscina, o que é bom para as crianças. No anúncio da Vrbo, não mencionava o nome da Rua nem o número de porta, o que me provocou alguns equívocos, relativamente à localização do apartamento em relação à praia. O anfitrião do apartamento não terá culpa desse facto!

Boa estadia com apenas algumas falhas

A estadia foi boa no modo geral, falhando simplesmente a qualidade da piscina, Muito degredada e pouca manutenção da mesma. Acessórios envolventes à piscina também limitados.

Fomos 2 adultos e 2 crianças , casa muito agradável e confortável com churrasqueira, piscina do condomínio praia a 15 minutos a pé para quem não tem medo de caminhar. Dona do alojamento sempre contactable e muito atenciosa. Recomendo

Apartment in a quiet environment suitable for family

We had a pleasant stay in Mary apartment. A nice view of the country side overlooking the swiming pool of the residence. The center of the town Amarceao only 2 minutes by car or 8 minutes if you prefer walking. You can walk to the beach only 10 minutes away and it is one of the longest in Algrave.Apartment itself well furnished and clean. We saw Mary the last day before leawing, We may come back with pleasure next year. .

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful area

So pleased to have found this apartment. My friend and I came to 'escape from our families' for a week. The apartment was beautifully clean and very comfortable with all home comforts. The beaches were stunning and so clean. Good restaurants and local shopping all 5-10 mins away. The apartment block has a swimming pool which is well maintained and in the sun all afternoon which makes it very pleasant. I can't recommend this property highly enough. My friend and I are planning another 'escape' next year!! Mary, the owner, is very helpful and organised our airport transfers which made our journeys problem free. Thank you. Hope to be back next July! !!

Otimo apartamento, Excelente Férias

Foi com prazer que escolhemos este apartamento, pela 2ª vez, confirmamos que a descrição do mesmo, é tal e qual o que vamos encontrar... É um apartamento muito limpo, confortável e tem todas as comodidade necessárias para uma ótima estadia.. e perto de tudo, praias, restaurantes, mercado... e longe do barulho. A Mary é uma pessoa encantadora, sempre preocupada em agradar assim como a Nicoleta. Faz-nos sentir em casa e seguramente que vamos repetir muitas vezes. Obrigado Mary.

A lovely stay

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this apartment. It was spacious, well maintained, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was also a bonus and seemed to be well maintained while we were there. The owners Mary and Michael, whom we met while there, were very helpful and gave us some information on places to visit, eat etc. The apartment is very handy for all amenities, local market and lovely beaches whilst being away from any late night noise. Although a car isn't necccesary, we hired one while there to see the coast and take a trip into the mountains. It really is a beautiful area. The owners are happy to advise on reliable locals who will offer transfers to and from the resort for you should you not wish to hire a car. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Local restaurants are great and reasonably priced too. Food is delicious with something for everyone. I would thoroughly recommend the area and apartment to anyone.

Summer time

The apartment is very clean, attractive, well maintained and equipped with a lovely view over the hills. Even in the July 35 degree day time heat, we never put on the air conditioning as the apartment is north facing and does not over heat. Out of 10 days there, I stayed 5 days there alone and felt very safe walking home at night. Also the complex is very quiet at night so we slept very well. I would really recommend Mary and Michael's apartment .

All you could wish for home away from home!

A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing 10 night holiday. Having stayed in this area before, we were delighted to find this fantastic apartment and the lovely Mary who kindly allowed us to stay. Everything we needed we had in the apartment, including a cute little outside balcony which overlooked a private pool set in it's own gardens. The beach, bars, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, which meant you could explore the town at your leisure without the need for a car. All in all a wonderful apartment and a joy to stay in. Will definitely be booking again! Thank you Mary. Lesley

Lovely Relaxing Break ideal location

This apartment is immaculate throughout which is a credit to Mary the owner she provides a very comfortable stay and had thought of everything a visitor may need. Everything you may need locally for your holiday is to hand the beach and local amenities all within close walking distance I cant recomnend highly enough how ideal a holiday here is and we will return hopefully soon, well done Mary love the place DARREN AND ARFON 3-17TH SEPT 2016

A relaxing holiday in Armacoa dde Peradve

Our holiday was relaxing from the moment we arrived at Faro airport. The owner had organised Pavel to meet us. His welcome set the tone for the whole holiday! The apartment is lovely, clean and airy. The air con was a welcome relief from the Algarve sun. It is well equipped, in a peaceful location. The pool was clean and crowded. Nearby we found plenty of cafes, a short walk to the sensational beaches revealed more cafes, restaurants and wonderful beach bars. We would especially recommend Restaurant Sardinha Assados, on the beach or, O Walter in the older part of town. Fantastic seafood or meat dishes if you prefer. Pavel kindly drove us to visit the potteries at Porches and for an unforgettable evening in the neighbouring village of Alcantarilha. The food in A Cisterna is truly worth the short drive. We sincerely hope to return very soon.

Armacao De Pera - Lovely Apartment!

Mary and Michael had arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the Airport which was brilliant as our flight got in late on Wednesday night. On arrival to the apartment, there was coffee, sugar etc in the press to our delight! We woke the next morning to the birds singing outside so we ate our breakfast on the balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and the lovely open green space out the back. The location of this apartment is in lovely quiet surroundings, yet only 5/10 minute stroll from all the bars/restaurants/shops of Armacao (depending on where they are in the town). Being the coffee lovers that we are, we walked down to Marco's cafe (2 mins walk) for a nice cup of coffee and then onto the beach (a further 3 minute walk) to relax for the day. We came back up to the apt that evening to shower, then back out again for a lovely evening meal of Sardines…Yum! Everything in Armacao is within walking distance of this apartment which was great! There is a fresh fruit/vegetable/meat/fish market on a Saturday morning which is definitely worth checking out if you like that sort of thing. Having an oven in the apt was great, as we cooked up a storm with our fresh purchases on Saturday. The Apt was very clean, had a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge (for all that beautiful Vinho Verde - a very tasty local wine) and could sleep up to 4 people, (two in the bedroom and 2 on a sofa bed) with air conditioning in both rooms which is an absolute essential on those hot summer nights! We will definitely be back next summer and will definitely recommend this apt and town to anybody who would like a beautiful place to relax, dine and enjoy the sun and local hospitality.

great place!

details was exactly how it said it was! we were collected straight from the airport, given a little tour of the town and dropped in. was late at night when the shops were closed so there was even some things in the fridge for me, my girlfriend and my son. everything was in a few minutes walk from the apartment, shops, beach, cafe and places to book day trips away. i was expecting to eat out to be expensive, but far from it, was very cheap and most places was around 2 euro a pint when i did have a few. the apartment was spotless, pool was clean and weather was roasting! will defs be booking with mary again this summer, cant wait!

We also enjoy playing golf on the beautiful golf courses surrounding Armacao.
The younger people can go clubbing at night in nearby Albufeira.
