TROPICAL HEAVEN ON THE BEACH US VIRGIN ISLANDS

When you arrive, you are greeted with an icy cold margarita, fresh from the staff. You will love the beautiful views from your luxury studio at the Wyndham Margaritaville Resort. Just opened in 2015, everything is new and fresh. It is a beautiful resort with so many fun activities, you don't need to leave the resort for a great vacation.

Each studio has a king bed, partial kitchen, a margarita machine, and wifi. It is so much more comfortable than a hotel. The unit is approximately 324 sq ft, Although there is no washer and dryer in the unit, there are laundry facilities just a few steps away.

There is a huge pool plus a huge hot tub, plenty of comfy chairs, and some hammocks sprinkled around the pool. The "5 O'Clock Somewhere" Bar is right next to the pool with a great view of the bay's gorgeous turquoise water.


Because of Wyndham's reservation requirements, not all check in/check out dates are available. Although we try to keep the calendar updated daily, the calendar is NOT always ACCURATE.

THE ISLAND OF ST THOMAS HAS NOW PASSED A TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX (HOTEL TAX) FOR ANY GUESTS STAYING ON THE ISLAND. IT IS $25/NIGHT PER UNIT (not per guest). THIS IS COLLECTED BY THE RESORT AND PAID DIRECTLY TO THE GOVERNMENT. IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL AMOUNT.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee of $150. This is purchased directly through me and will allow cancellation up to the day of check in for any reason with 100% refund. This must be purchased 16 days or more before check in. It is not available after that time.

Very nice room and hotel close to coki beach just a 5 min walk and close to a lot other amenities definitely recommend staying here if you come to the Virgin Islands

Amazing

We had a wonderful week at Magaritaville. Such a beautiful property. Clean room and nice staff. The food was okay, good, but not great. The beach in front of the property was full of seaweed and a little smelly but still a nice view. Thankfully Coki beach was a short walk away and was beautiful!

Our room was great and convenient to the pool. The beach at the resort does not resemble the pictures as it’s been washed away. Maybe updated pictures would be good. We felt safe at the resort and liked the golf carts that would take you around the property. The coffee shop was convenient in the morning and the staff was super nice. We did wish that more dining options were available. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Margaritaville room

Easy stay at Margaritaville. Beach is great/relatively private. Infinity pool with swim up bar was a fave place to hang out. Hotel staff was responsive to any issues incurred. Property manager responsive to emails ahead of trip. Only one restaurant (slow service) and a small deli/food store for options on property. Redhook is nearby with many food options by about $8/pp one way trip. Can also catch ferry to St. John from there. 2 beaches are also close by (coki beach is in walking distance)

This place was BEAUTIFUL. It was all that was listed plus more! We had such a great time with great people, great views, and great service. We are thankful we got the opportunity to stay here!

Perfect days!

My husband and I stayed at Margaritaville for 3 days and we couldn’t ask for anything else - beside for more vacation days =) When we arrived, at 6pm, 2 hours after the check-in time, we had a little trouble because our room wasn’t ready and they didn’t have an expectation time for us, but when we explained we had dinner reservations and couldn’t wait too long, they figured it out and accommodated us promptly. The room was spacious, with a complete kitchen and the balcony view is spectacular! It’s good to know that the hotel beach is not swimmable because of the great amount of seaweed. But Coki Beach is a beautiful and great beach and walking distance - plus Margaritaville offers daily shuttle to there. This trip was only my husband and I but I could picture our whole family (we have 2 young children) having so much fun there! Definitely is place for everyone!

Nice place for a few nights!

We enjoyed our stay but we only stayed for 3 nights coming off a week long sail. There is only 1 restaurant and it is very limited. The resort is $10 taxi ride to Redhook and there are lots of great places to eat and bars. We sadly didn’t have a cook too like we were expecting in our room. We planned to make breakfast in our room but weren’t able. There is a tiny market at the resort but you can really only get chips and salsa. They don’t have any bread or eggs. That would be a huge convenience on location. They had some drinks as well but not much. The resort was nice but nothing great.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This is one of the most beautiful properties in the Wyndham portfolio. We stayed here for 15 nights in October 2015, and absolutely LOVED it. It has a restaurant on the property plus a full service bar right next to the pool which, by the way, looks out over the bay. It is close to Red Hook which is where the ferry is that takes you to St John's Island and the British Virgin Islands. This is truly paradise!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The condo has a kitchen if you want to cook to save money, but there is also a restaurant on the property if you don't want to cook. The best part is they have room service! It is very close to many of where the day trips depart from. Plus is it very close to Red Hook which has more great restaurants.
