Hi Sheila, thank you for your feedback, we are so happy you enjoyed the villa and the island! We would love to provide a comprehensive eating out and activity guide, but restaurants change hands and have good years and bad years, (we would like to test them all each year, however time precludes this :)) Client’s activity needs vary so much (from mobility scooters to yacht rental). We prefer to offer the personal touch , as we did with you, and provide a more tailored and personal information service. I hope you understand 🙏🏻😀Thanks Adam and Sigrin

Very disappointed to receive only four stars as the client broke the electric blinds in the lounge and then punished us for the amount of time it took to get someone out to fix it. Even though we tried our very best we are at the mercy of our suppliers at a busy time of year. I kept the clients updated at every possible moment. On this occasion this was not enough . In addition we are able to tune the beds to clients liking, if we are given feedback at the start of a holiday, this issue was not mentioned even though we had multiple messages exchanged reference the blind. Please note, no complaints previously Our management agents also commented on the state of the villa during this client’s stay. In summary we try very hard to make every holiday the best it can be. But we can only do what is possible with our team of excellent suppliers, and we need help to tweak things when they can be fixed and are not quite right. You cannot please everyone, but we really do try!! Blinds were fixed during the client's stay. Adam and Sigrin

Hi Eric, thank you for the comprehensive feedback and we are very pleased you had a fabulous week! 😀 We will take on board your comments about the beds (which incidentally have not been commented on previously but are obviously an individual preference) and cleaning under the furniture, rest assured. As discussed privately, I’m afraid we will not be adding air con in the lounge, (and do not offer it either), clearly stating there is just air con in the bedrooms, but thank you for your thoughts on this point. If this is something you really do require, perhaps next time search for a villa that offers this. 🙏🏻 Most clients tend to spend daytime outside, around the pool, so air con in the lounge would be pretty pointless to many. I’m pleased I managed to answer all your questions and queries successfully there are always a lot when it’s your first time in a place. 😀 We wish you all the best in your hunt for your next villa holiday on menorca and we hope that you continue to explore and enjoy the rest of the island! 🙏🏻😀 Kind regards Adam and Sigrin
