This beautifully decorated vacation home features 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, and a game room with pool table. The great room is anchored by a 65" screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. There is plenty of room to serve your guests dinner in the formal dining area or around the large kitchen island.
A pool table and poker table are provided for additional indoor fun. High speed internet access and wifi for internet access from anywhere within the property
Five nicely decorated bedrooms, all en suites, await your stay. Every bedroom is equipped with king-sized beds, two nights stands, a dresser and 40' wall mounted TV. There are two washers and two dryers for fast laundry, compliments the interior.
Outside, the fun and relaxation continue with a large in-ground pool and spa, a covered patio. There are 4 lounge chair for soaking up sun as well as a built in 42" barbecue grill. This yard is very private with no view in from any other home.
All linens and towels are provided. Please, no smoking in the house.

Everything was great. The house is beautiful all the bedrooms and bathrooms are really nice. Our hosts were fantastic, both Jamison and Lindsay are friendly and very helpful. They made our stay perfect. I would definitely stay again. It was a great vacation.

This property is the perfect home base for a large group! The common area included a well-appointed kitchen with a dining table fit for a king! The pool table was a fun distraction from our marathon poker tournament. We opted to pay to heat the pool, what a good choice!

Great sprawling ranch with all the amenities and not far from the strip. It was a great rental for our team in for a tradeshow!

Large space for 5 couples, great for hanging out in the common spaces and poolside whilst have your privacy with individual bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The landscaping and wall surrounding the house made for a nice private space. One minor issue was that the ice maker was not functional but we did not contact the host, we just managed with ice bags, no big deal. Perfect house for our friends gathering.

We had a great stay! The place was very nice and spacious. The outdoor pool and hot tub were fantastic. The hosts were top-notch, quick and helpful with all communication. Highly recommend!

Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all our questions. The house worked great for our big family and is located close enough to the strip for easy Uber rides.

Don’t hesitate to book this property! The home was beautiful and perfectly suited for our group of 10. Jameson was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas.

The hot tub was fantastic and the house (the entire house) was warm and welcoming. The Christmas tree was a special touch and provided a home like feel at night when we turned on the lights.

Loved the property and wouuld stay here again, close to the strip. The pool and hot tub where great as well.
