A sturdy and storied historical home on a large private lot, The Lodge has a reputation for relaxed good times year round. We have 4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 baths, one the main level and one on the upper level, a large dining and living area with a chefs kitchen to bring out the gourmet in all of us. Light a fire and relax while the sun sets over Turtle Mountain. Dream about prize trout, deep powder or breaking par in large, comfortable beds in the tranquility of our mountain village.
Children under 4 stay for free.

An amazing 2nd stay at an amazing property! A historical piece of The Pass preserved and shared! It’s a very cozy and fully stocked home with so much space for a family and pets to gather. Becoming a family tradition to meet and spend time together. I cannot recommend it enough for anyone looking to instantly feel welcome and comfortable.

We stayed at Larkspur Lodge for our second stop in our 4 stop girls Southern Rockies road trip. We agree with previous comments. It’s a great house with neat decor and quirky touches and perfect location for the touring we were doing of the Crowsnest Pass area. However, some of the mattresses could do with an update.

Love this place so much! The OG of shabby chik, this house has so much history and coolness. Clean and has everything you need for a group of friends or family to enjoy some time together. The hosts are also wonderful and were easy to deal with through the entire booking and stay. Can't wait to come back.

What a magical place.... As a family with 7 adults and 2 small grandchildren we were so grateful for the history, space and location of this large home. Within 30 minutes of being there, our sons were talking about making it an annual family trip. Well stocked kitchen, tons of cubby space for grandchildren to play hide n' seek both in and outside, and such a large living room for us to discuss the day's events at the end of the night. We couldn't have had a better holiday exploring the falls, fishing and sight-seeing everywhere. The restaurants and service were fantastic everywhere we went on days that we didn't feel like cooking. So many activities, markets, and events to take part in. We will definitely be back!! One of the things my sons liked the most was the sense of peace this area has to offer. The opposite of Banff with their over-priced tourist items and over-crowding everywhere. The Crowsnest Pass has beautiful mountain views in every direction and a history that is truly unique to Alberta. Our thanks again....

This historically significant house and yard were an absolute delight. Modern and extremely well stocked kitchen. Huge spaces from the gorgeous living room, to the large bedrooms, dining room, and beautiful yard spaces. The multiplicity of wall hangings, photos, and eclectic collections, books and games provide hours of entertainment.Our family of 6 adults was enthralled throughout our stay.

An absolutely exceptional vacation home, it accommodated our group of 8 people perfectly. We went skiing, hiking, and enjoyed the cozy vibes of the beautiful living room and fireplace. Quiet and serene location, perfectly located for both Pass Powderkeg and Castle Mountain. Fully equipped with everything you would ever need. Would happily book again.

I can’t say enough about how fabulous this place is!!! We were a family of 5 adults and 2 dogs and there was so much space for all of us. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely well stocked- the firewood is well stocked and the book shelves/games are also fully stocked!! The decor is eclectic but oh so cool from antique to mid century modern and very comfortable. We only spent 2 nights but would love to come back for a week. The history of the house was also very interesting to read- thanks for preserving and sharing this historical site in the Crowsnest Pass. The location is also perfect and easy to access everything! Beautiful, peaceful setting!!!

This wonderful older home is a perfect place to stay. It has so much room but with a cozy feel to it. Awesome fireplace for those colder nights. The kitchen has everything, I mean everything that you need for cook any type of meal. Great coffee-tea area. The bedrooms are roomy and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. There are many windows to capture the amazing views of the mountains. I would definitely stay there again..

Nice place in a quiet location.

We only used the place to sleep and have a quick meal each night but it was a great place and close to town where we needed to be.

Very lovely heritage home

Quiet, well stocked home. Loved the fire pit and the fireplace in the main seating room. We had a very lovely May long weekend.

Such a Neat Place!

Infused with personality and stocked with everything a group would need for a comfortable stay, Larkspur Lodge is a total delight. Wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces and perfectly located to explore Crowsnest, I would recommend this location to everyone!
