El apartamento tiene una superficie aproximada de 50 m², ubicado en la última planta de un edificio histórico recién rehabilitado, de techos alto y amplios ventanales. Dispone de ascensor. El apartamento consta de 1 dormitorio con armario empotrado, salón con sofá cama de dos plazas y cocina moderna y funcional. El baño presenta un equipamiento de diseño, con plato de ducha y acabados de lujo. El salón es cómodo, luminoso y muy amplio, con acceso directo a dos balcones. La cocina es abierta a la zona de estar, completamente equipada y con lavadora-secadora. El mobiliario es de diseño con TV de plasma, altavoces ipod y conexión a Internet gratis mediante WIFI propia.
Muy cercano a los principales museos (Picasso, Thyssen, Arte Contemporáneo) y zonas de interés turístico (Catedral, Alcazaba) y de ocio, paradas de taxi y a la estación de tren y bus. Dos aparcamientos públicos a menos de dos minutos a pie.

Alternativas de Ocio: Málaga ciudad de museos: 15 de los 20 museos de la ciudad se encuentran en la zona centro.

Starting with the positives, ideally situated, close to everything within 10 minutes stroll. Comfortable bed, and plenty of space for 2 people.Unfortunately the property is in need of an upgrade or at the least some TLC, which reflects on the 3 stars for cleanliness. Nadia was very helpful when we were in contact with her, before and during our stay. In all, for a prime location the price was probably correct.

Great Location

This place was right in the middle of everything but on a quiet, dead end street. It was well stocked with anything you might need and it was sunny and cheerful.

The apartment was bright and clean, on the edge of the city centre area. Lots of options for dining, the central market was nearby, bed was comfortable, and the waterfront was a pleasant walk away. There was some noise from construction, deliveries and people talking in the street, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great location, close to everything. The building is old and musty. The apartment furnishings were old and uncomfortable. Could also use a proper cleaning, signs of mould in the bathroom and grime on cupboard handles and around baseboards. Walls between apartments are paper thin, we could hear our nighthawk neighbours chatting until 3AM nightly. Nadia was quick to respond to our requests and is not responsible for the age and condition of the building.

Would definitely recommend.

We spent a week here off season. The owners Marta and Luis were extremel helpful and welcoming. The property itself it very well equipped and clean. It feels very homely. It is a good location for getting to Malaga as well as the beach! If you don't speak an Spanish you may struggle in the shops/restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Thanks Janet for your comments. Our wish is a homely feeling for our guests in the apartment. The neighborhood is lovely, with so many pretty shops and the central market is real real close. Great location

Loved the location, but small things hardly any toilet paper, no dish soap or garbage bags, had to buy all that. But it was the fans they were all filthy and too high for us to clean, so we could not turn them on.

Super location

Super location. Very centrally located wonderful functional apartment. Very secure. Only hesitation is that the sheets on the bed may not have been laundered. However the washing machine in the apartment worked perfectly . And after laundering the sheets we were very pleased.

We are happy about you like the location and the aparment. I'm pretty sure you felt in love with Malaga :) But we are really sorry about what you say about the sheets. This is a big mistake from our cleaning service company and we will warm them to be careful. It is really really strange but this errors may happens. But please, next time your should have complained directly to us too. We would had acted quickly, change the lines and also, if needed, clean the apartment again. We are afraid we could not do anything because we didn't know it about this problem, so, we are really sorry about it. Take care! And smile! :) Kind regards Nadia

We loved the location and the value for this Vrbo. The host was very communicative on any issues we had. I would mention to bring soap, shampoo & washcloth- there was only a miniature bar of soap for our 10 day stay & not quite enough dish soap if you used the kitchen. The washer/dryer never got the clothes dry but that is typical for those machines. *Definitely take a picture of the directions on how to use keys etc. We managed fine but you’ll need the directions!We were awaken at 5am with someone trying to use a key to get in our unit which really startled us. Apparently they were renting somewhere in the building and got confused- easy to do. We were not disappointed by these small details as we loved our visit to Malaga and this fit our budget and taste perfectly.

spacious and bright

Great location walking distance to everything you want to see in Malaga. Large apartment with lots of natural light. Elevator was a plus. Very new washer/dryer but clearer comprehensive instructions would be appreciated for travellers not use to this type of appliance. Walls are in need of cleaning, patching and painting.

Overall very good stay

Location 5/5, quietness 5/5, speed of response to issues from Nadia 5/5, light in apartment 4/5 (no sun). Bed is good. Apartment was not quite ready when I arrived. It was very cold, there was mold in the shower (reason for 3/5), shelf under bathroom mirror missing, old kitchen fridge with a broken handle (taped) and no shelves - it needs to be replaced! Once reported everything got perfectly fixed & fairly quickly .. except for the fridge which remained as was for 5 weeks.

Perfect apartment

I stayed for 8 days in May 2011 just gone . Its difficult to fault anything about the apartment . Its a great location just off the heart of the city with all the historic buildings , shops and great bars / restaurants . The market is nearby which is well worth a visit and you can buy fruit , fish etc to eat in the apartment if you wish.The kitchen is well stocked with plently of pans ,utensils and a modern cooker plus microwave . Its also got a washing machine if you need it . Its spotlessly clean and there are helpful guides littered around a well presented living room . Luis and Marta also supplied an introductory drink as a welcome . You can open up the ceiling to floor length windows and let in the sun to get a real feel of Spain . I often walked 50 yards around the corner to get coffee and churros in the morning . In the afternoon its a leisurely walk to the beach through the gardens . Malaga is a beautiful city with lots of things to keep you occupied . You can try out your Spanish if you like but if not most people in bars and restaurants speak some English . Its pretty much the perfect apartment . I'm looking at returning some time soon.

Bright, Open Apartment, Excellent Location & Lovely Host

We would return to this apartment if in Malaga again. Apartment: It was a well-kept building with high ceilings and big windows which made it wonderfully bright. It was good to have the option of stairs and an elevator (lift). There were enough pots, pans, utensils etc. to easily make meals in the apartment. Only concern was the bathroom was a bit small. The bedroom was large with lots of closet space and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was fresh and clean. All of the pictures were a true reflection of what the apartment looked like. There were three juliette balconies which was lovely. Location: It was wonderful to be able to step out of the apartment and have immediate access to restaurants, the market, and shopping. Loved the location! It was amazingly quiet after 10 pm until the morning in the apartment and neighbourhood, which was astounding since the apartment is right in town. We enjoyed hearing the pretty church bells. We felt very safe in the apartment and no concerns at all in the neighbourhood. Host: Nadia was very pleasant, responsive and helpful. Ubicación perfecta,pero le falta un buen mantenimiento

El sitio es agradable,pero tiene muchos fallos,que lo hacen incómodo. El baño no tiene calefactor,el portarrollos roto y no sustituido,la limpieza deficiente y las toallas muy malas.En el dormitorio la tv no funciona,la cama tiene unas almohadas muy incómodas y viejas y la ropa de cama está ajada.La cocina tiene la puerta del mini frigorífico rota y pegada con precinto,los enseres no estan limpios y solo hay restos de lo que han dejado otros inquilinos. En el salón falla la tv y el aire acondicionado,la mesa de cristal lo tiene suelto y en general la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Es una pena porque la ubicación es muy buena ,el sitio es agradable pero por falta de mantenimiento no es confortable. Eso sí la atención por parte de Nadia fue muy correcta,en todo momento atención los mensajes rápidamente.espero que está crítica sirva para mejorar

Nos hubiera gustado que nos trasladaran su opinión durante su estancia para poder solucionar, ya que las televisiones las hemos comprobado y funcionan perfectamente. Si nos lo hubieran comentado podríamos haber ayudado con el funcionamiento. Creemos que nuestro apartamento relación calidad precio está muy bien, pero le agradecemos sus comentarios que nos ayudarán a mejorar.

Una estancia muy agradable

El apartamento esta ubicado en pleno centro de Malaga pero en una zona tranquila de comercio , sin bares que puedan originar ruidos. El apartamento es exactamente lo que muestran las fotos. Desde uno de sus balcones una vista muy bonita de la Iglesia de San Juan. En los tiempos de covid , la limpieza perfecta. Ademas , cuenta con amplio menaje. Por parte de su propietaria una atencion muy cercana , pendiente en todo momento de lo que pudiera necesitar. Sin duda , volveria a repetir.

Authentic Spanish Experience

Location - was excellent! Right around the corner from authentic shops and restaurants. Right around the opposite corner were the Starbucks and new shops and restaurants. It was about a block from the famous market if you wanted to cook; and, from here, we walked everywhere to explore the old city centre. We stayed for about 10 days and always found something new to explore. The Apartment - is exactly like the photos. It was very clean and comfortable. We cooked sometimes and just relaxed with windows open to enjoy the sounds of Malaga. With the windows closed, the apartment is very quiet. We slept very well! And while the bathroom may be small, it’s has everything you need to be efficient. Parking - If you have a car, we’d suggest you just rent Nadia’s parking spot. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment; and, if you park anywhere else, it would be as far or further to walk to your car. Their parking fee is very reasonable as compared to public parking; and, it’s secured and monitored. Plus you don’t have to remember where you parked your car every night! The Hosts - were exceptional! Their English is better than they think it is; and, they were gracious and responsive and very helpful whenever we had even the smallest question. We would absolutely stay here again. We loved it!

Contentos y agradecidos por vuestra amabilidad.

Todo bien: el apartamento es pequeño pero limpio, acogedor y funcional y la vista hacia la torre de la iglesia de San Juan encantadora. También hace fácil el acceso a todo lo que un turista necesita por su posición geográfica. Una recomendación:dotarlo con una secadora de cabello y una papelera en el toilet. Y Natalia fué muy amable. Gracias por todo nuevamente; la pasamos de lo lindo.

Sitio bonito, tranquilo y agradable

Concha y Nadia nos recibieron muy bien pese a hacerles algunos cambios de horarios a última hora. El apartamento esideal para una pareja: pequeñito y cuco. Todo está perfectamente equipado: no falta de nada en la cocina, hay algunos productos de higiene, toallas, etc. En cuanto a la limpieza, correcto. Está situado en pleno centro, Nos lo pasamos muy bien, estuvimos muy a gusto pese a todo el agua que cayó en Málaga ese fin de semana!

Au cœur de la ville

C'est sa situation au cœur de la ville qui m'a fait choisir cet appartement et je ne le regrette pas!car en sus d'être proche de tout,marché,commerces,musées,transports.bars et restaurants,port...il est au calme la nuit! Literie parfaite,salle de bain petite mais cabine de douche irréprochable avec grand débit d'eau.Coin cuisine fonctionnel.Immeuble très propre avec ascenseur pratique. Très bon rapport qualité prix.Description fiable. Accueil très chaleureux par une équipe de jeunes femmes gestionnaires de l'appartement

Nice and central place to stay

the appartment is well equiped - everthing you need TV, WIFI, music player, microwave, Nespresso machine, supermarket around the corner, parking if needed next door (but expensive) - and in the heart of Malaga. Easy to reach everything and have some Tapas and wine in the evening. It is best for 2 persons, but the sofa for the additional persons in the living room will be replaced soon, so that there is more comfort for 2 more. The hosts were kind and helpful and pick us up from the train to lead us to the apartment and ordered a taxi for the trip to the airport etc. We would use it again if we come back Monika

Authentic Experience in the Heart of Malaga

This is a great place to stay if you want an authentic experience in the heart of Malaga. Luis was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. And the apartment itself was full of personality, comfortable and well situated in the center of town. I would highly recommend this place for those and many other reasons. I enjoyed all the local cafes, restaurants and neighborhood bars. This apartment met all of our needs for a short weekend getaway to Malaga
