Located less than 5 minutes from Downtown Austin, this Contemporary remodeled home boasts a state-of-the art kitchen, a lighted bar in the kitchen/family room, open floor plan living, spacious bedrooms with 3 Queen beds, 2 full bathrooms with tub/showers. Perfect for entertaining both inside & out with deck, separate deck next to the woods, & private backyard. Stunning creek side location has a hike & bike adjoining the property. Easy freeway I-35 access and just minutes from all that Downtown Austin as to offer - live music & entertainment, restaurants, ACL, SXSW, Reggae Fest, and much more! Close area attractions include McKinney Falls State Park, Zilker Park (free concerts in the park in the summertime, water activities on the Colorado River), Auditorium Shores (more free music concerts), and Formula One. Please note that there is an owner's suite attached to the main house with a separate entrance. This area is not a part of the rental. There are multiple exterior security cameras and a ring doorbell in operation.

Checking in was very easy and Danny was great to communicate with. The house was very clean and comfortable. The back deck was great for sitting out in the mornings and evenings. Overall, we had a great stay and look forward to staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host had everything you would need and more. Coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. He went above and beyond. The property was very clean and conveniently located to the airport and downtown. I would highly recommend!!

Wonderful home for R&R

Such a wonderful home to relax in with our family for the weekend. Such a wonderful host with the best communication. We’re going to have to return for another stay to try and enjoy the impressive outdoor space!

Relaxing Austin Stay

We had a great experience with our stay! Danny responded quickly to any questions and made check in super easy. The house is located in a quite neighborhood out of the hustle of the city, but only a few minute ride into town. Highly recommend!

SIX STAR STAY!!

This was one of my favorite VRBO’s I’ve stayed in! The location is prime, it’s spotless, and it insanely well stocked! The owner was super responsive and was kind enough to accommodate both an early check in and late checkout. I will absolutely be back to this home for my ATX getaways!!

We needed something for my disabled daughter and this property worked great for our needs. The owner was also very responsive and helpful. We have stayed here twice as a result.

The property was nice and clean very spacious and a helluva lot more stuff than I anticipated as in toiletries and spices and pretty much everything you could think of was there. Very accommodating!

Ideal spot for our family gathering

Our 2nd stay at this house. Excellent location - close to our weekend events (Zilker Park, downtown, airport, greenbelt) - but off the beaten path and on a woodsy scenic quiet dead-end street. House was lovely, super clean, VERY comfortable, all the amenities we'd want, with artsy and stylish decor. Owner is responsive, accommodating and personable. Thank you, Danny!

Great place close to my niece

I chose this home because it was the closest to where my niece lives. It was a great place for my brothers and me for a few days. There were plenty of supplies, which isn't always the case. I liked the short, but nice, hiking trail right there. The owner was particularly easy to communicate with and friendly, and allowed an early check in. I liked the quiet neighborhood too. Would stay there again for sure.

So so

Cockroaches dead and alive. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Madter shower head leaks and sprays water on drywall. Outdoor grill filthy and connection barely working. Bottled water almost empty and there was not a spare.

Lovely amenities

The location concerned me a bit but the extra thoughtful touches made up for it. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, the towels are so soft, water filtration system was so great, bonus - I saw 2 deer in the back yard. More lighting in the living room would be my only critique.

Stayed with three friends, all of us out of our college years. Close enough to downtown to go in for a night, but far enough out that we could come back and rest in a quiet neighborhood after
