Cumpliendo con las normas de seguridad vigentes, el apartamento está equipado con extintor, detector (sensor) de monóxido de carbono, detector (sensor) de gas metano.

1)Incluido en el precio de la reserva:
- costos de consumo de servicios públicos (agua, electricidad, gas)
- gastos de limpieza (120€ incluidos en el precio de la reserva)
- ropa de dormitorio, baño y cocina
- Wifi ilimitado
- 1 plaza de parking exterior privada situada al lado del apartamento (gratis)
Una segunda plaza de aparcamiento privado exterior está disponible bajo petición, situada al lado del apartamento por un precio de 10€/noche a pagar en el lugar.

2) Al realizar el check-in, el número total de huéspedes debe corresponder al declarado en el momento de la reserva. Cualquier cancelación PARCIAL relacionada con el número de invitados no se puede reembolsar.

3)El precio de la reserva SIEMPRE se refiere a la estancia de un número máximo de TRES huéspedes.

4) El CUARTO/QUINTO/SEXTO huésped, según las tarifas expuestas en el sitio, pagará un suplemento de 20 €/noche por persona en el momento de la reserva.

5) Cualquier CUARTO/QUINTO/SEXTO nuevo huésped, no incluido en el momento de la reserva, abonará también el recargo de 20€/noche por persona (pago en plaza).

6) A la llegada, para los meses de marzo a octubre inclusive, se deberá pagar la tasa turística exigida por el Municipio de Moneglia. El importe es de 1€ por día y persona solo durante los primeros 7 días, excluidos los menores de 14 años.

7) Se admiten mascotas pequeñas, adiestradas para vivir en un ambiente doméstico, siempre que no molesten a los demás huéspedes de la residencia y que nunca queden solas en la casa.

8) El anfitrión vive dentro del complejo donde se encuentra el apartamento alquilado: por lo tanto, permanece disponible para más información y asistencia durante su estancia.

Este apartamento, con conexión Wi - Fi gratuita, está situado en Moneglia, en el Tigullio oriental entre Portofino y Le Cinque Terre, en una residencia privada y en un contexto residencial tranquilo. Consta de 3 dormitorios, 2 de los cuales son dobles y un dormitorio doble con dos camas separadas, convertible bajo petición en habitación doble con camas unidas, con ropa de cama para cama de matrimonio. Amplia cocina comedor con lavavajillas, amplio salón, baño con ducha y lavadora.

El apartamento se completa con un balcón exterior y, en la planta superior, un solárium privado de uso exclusivo de este apartamento, con una vista incomparable. Sombreado, equipado, iluminado y con sistema de ducha de agua fría y caliente.

La residencia está a 1 km del centro, se puede llegar a pie en 10 minutos y en cualquier caso con una parada de autobús debajo de la casa.

Nuestro apartamento es ideal para familias y para cualquiera que quiera vivir unas vacaciones en plena tranquilidad, en un entorno típicamente ligur, entre el mar y las colinas circundantes.

Moneglia se encuentra en el extremo oriental de Tigullio y a medio camino entre Portofino-Santa Margherita Ligure y Cinque Terre-Portevenere. Está incluido en la lista de los "Pueblos más bellos de Italia", con la bandera azul de la FEE (Fundación para la Educación Ambiental) de forma ininterrumpida desde 1990 con un récord nacional. Excelente punto de partida para visitar Cinque Terre, accesible en tren en 25 minutos y en barco por mar. Para los amantes del senderismo, hay numerosos senderos señalizados que, partiendo del centro de la ciudad, permiten admirar puestas de sol y paisajes de rara belleza.

En el centro es posible encontrar clubes de buceo, alquiler de embarcaciones, supermercados, bancos, farmacias, asistencia sanitaria pública y puntos de primeros auxilios con desfibriladores en todo el término municipal, bares y restaurantes donde degustar todas las especialidades culinarias tradicionales de Liguria. Hospital a 10 km. Aeropuertos más cercanos: Génova a 65 km, Pisa a 125 km. Se puede llegar a Pisa, Lucca y Florencia con una excursión de un día.

Breath Taking

This is our second stay here and the property as always did not disappoint. The accommodations and amenities were excellent! The view from the apartment is second to none. This has become our favorite vacation spot!

Wonderful gem

We had a wonderful week in the apartment. The terrace view onto the bay of Moneglia is amazing. We loved just sitting there and enjoying the view onto the sea. The apartment has everything you need (dishwasher, laundry machine, fully equipped kitchen, outside chairs etc.) and is located a nice 15 min walk from the town center. We never used our car and were able to walk everywhere. Giulia was a wonderful host and always ready to help. The apartment was super clean and cosy, we'd love to come back again.

Italian flair

This appartment is everything you need to experience the coast of Liguria. It’s interior design shows a balanced mix of old and new with high ceilings, antique stone tiles on the floors and beautiful tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. The views are breathtaking and the neighbourhood is quiet. Additionally the apartment offers a well equipped kitchen and everything you will need for the beach. The host was lovely and welcomed us with warm italian hospitality and culinary treats. We would definately come back and recommend Moneglia to anyone who would like to experience Cinque Terre but without the hoards of tourists.

Fabulous stay

We were four people sharing three bedroom apartment remove from the town center. Communication with Guilia was seamless and she responded with any request that we might’ve had. She was flexible with our check in time at our check out time and anything else that we required. We loved loved loved being able to leave the small town I walk up the hill to the quiet location. The views are spectacular. The location of the property is approximately halfway between Portofino and Cinque Terre which made day trips possible. We loved returning to the apartment after our daily journeys and a beautiful reprieve from the crowds. If you were looking for an authentic Italian experience, this is it. And the rooftop patio is more than you could ever imagine.

Great location, kind host, highly recommend.

Our host Giulia, was fabulous! She was extremely welcoming, and recommended points of interest, with suggestions about transportation. When we arrived she was there to greet us and walk us through the apartment, provided detailed maps and pointed us to all the important areas around the town and gave us great tips for enjoying our stay. She had wine and a snack laid out for us. I could go on and on, and I haven’t even started talking about the property. As for the location, it cannot be topped. Just a few minutes to the beach, boat tours, ferry, mini markets, shops, train station, restaurants, and cafe’s. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, well equipped, tastefully furnished, the location, the view, and the atmosphere were all excellent. Just such a cute place. It was better than we could have imagined. Thank you Giulia! You made our stay in Moneglia paradise! Hope tomorrow’s paths again some time!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit unschlagbarem Blick aufs Meer

Wir waren zu fünft eine Woche in den Pfingstferien unterwegs, zwei Erwachsene, drei Teenager und ein kleiner Hund. Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage. Das gesamte Haus ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Es sieht tatsächlich alles noch viel schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Es gibt ein privaten Parkplatz gegenüber. Unser Host Giulia hat uns trotz mehr als fünfstündiger Verspätung herzlichst in Empfang genommen. Wir haben uns sehr über den von Guilia bereitgestellten köstlichen Prosecco und die kleinen Knabbereien gefreut. Unser Auto haben wir während der ganzen Zeit nur einmal benutzt, um im Supermarkt einzukaufen. Der Fußweg in den Ort Moneglia ist mit kleinem, kurzbeinigen Hund in weniger als 10 Minuten zu schaffen. Der Weg liegt 2/3 im Schatten, es plätschert ein kleiner Bach in der Tiefe. Der so genannte Dog Beach wird gerade renoviert, so dass wir den Hundestrand nicht benutzen konnten. Es war an den freien Stränden vollkommen unproblematisch, unseren Hund mitzunehmen. Am Abend waren sogar viele Einheimische mit ihren großen Hunden dort. Der Weg zum Bahnhof ist in circa 25 Minuten zu bewältigen. Wir haben gesehen, dass einige mit dem Shuttle wieder nach oben gefahren sind, der hält praktisch vor der Tür. Wir haben diesen aber nie benutzt. Der Aufenthalt hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen.

Heerlijk verblijf!

Vooraf hadden we goed (en snel) contact. Omdat de reis sneller verliep, werd er goed meegedacht over de aankomsttijd. Aangekomen werden we warm verwelkomd en rondgeleid door de lieve en betrokken gastvrouw Guillia. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en volledig ingericht. Het dakterras is echt een fantastische plek, wat een uitzicht. Vanuit hier kun je naar het dorp lopen (ff klimmen) en met de trein ben je zo in Levento en Cinqueterre. We hopen hier zeker nog eens terug te komen!!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Moneglia. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, die Vermieterin super freundlich. Die Zugverbindungen vor Ort sind super. Vor Ort gehen einige Wanderungen los. Alles in allem in jedem Falle 5 Sterne.

Fabulous Cinque Terra base

Our stay in Moneglia was truly memorable, thanks to the wonderful hospitality of our hosts, Luciana and Julia. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and has the most spectacular views over the bay and village. The location is ideal for exploring the Cinque Terra without the frenzy and crowds. The village is charming and the ocean is very calm and ideal for swimming. The walk down to the village is through a stepped pathway, which takes about 10 minutes. The climb back up requires stamina but our reliable taxi driver rescued us if necessary! We'll definitely return as we couldn't have asked for more beautiful accommodation in truly magnificent location.

Exceptional Stay

Overall this visit was one of our favorite visits anywhere we have been. The host and family was incredibly gracious ensuring we knew how to get to the apartment by driving down to meet us. Communication was superb. Moneglia was a wonderful quite town with numerous restaurants and shops. Beautiful view of the Ocean from the apartment and within walking distance to town, beach and train station. We will try to visit again in early 2023.

Einfach nur grossartig

Eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Dachterrasse ist traumhaft: gross, gut ausgestattet mit einer grandiosen Aussicht auf's Meer und die Stadt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer darauf bedacht, dass es uns gut ging. Wir haben es sehr genossen und haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder einmal.

Enchanting!

Spent a remoteworking week here and loved it. Luciana was flexible, accomodating, and a gracious host...thanks again to her and her father! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and was light and airy. (Wifibandwidth also worked well for us). Beds were comfortable and there were even optional down duvets which was great as we loved to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the refreshing night air and incredible concert of birds in the morning. (Moneglia has so much green space between the buildings, it's a joy) If I has to find _anything_ negative to mention, it would be the use of room fragrance which I don't care for ...but putting the potpourri glasses aside and airing a bit was the solution, and I want to emphasize that there were no unpleasant smells being covered up at all!! The terrace in front of the living room is perfect for a breakfast with view of the ocean, and the amazing roof terrace just a magical place for watching the night fall over dinner and a glass of wine. The location is a 10 minute walk from the beach, several truly fine restaurants are also in walking distance (Assirto, Ruota). There is a reserved parking space a few metres from the apartment, so the car was tucked away and we had our peace of mind in a valley that neither has much traffic to speak of nor needs a car to be enjoyed. We will return for sure!

Fantastische Aussicht in Gehdistanz zum Dorf und Strand

Wer gerne aufs Meer hinaus schaut ist hier goldrichtig. Von der Terrasse mit 360 Grad - Rundumblick auf dem Dach der Wohnung und einem Balkon von Süd bis West lässt es sich toll ins Blaue und Grüne schauen. Die sehr geräumige, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist via einem direkten, offiziellen, Fussweg inkl. einer kurzen Treppe vom Dorf/Strand in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Dieser ist auf Googlemaps jedoch nur auf dem Satelitenbild ansatzweise zu erkennen. Sehr gut organisierte, zuvorkommende und herzliche Vermietende.
