Very nice and clean suite, but...

Very nice and clean suite, but a bit small on the living space and living room furnishings for two people. All kitchen utilities worked good and also the TV/Internet services provided. Being very close to SM Seaside Mall is a great plus.

Clean, neat, well staffed, great security.

Everything was as stated in the advertising. The suite was clean, well furnished, even included some up to date movies. Hot water in the shower and plenty of it. The pool was clean. Security staff were very helpful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent facility. Convenient location.

Spent two weeks at this location in April, 2016. We were greeted by Liz who was very nice and friendly. The apartment was clean and cozy. The kitchen was also very clean and all the utensils and kitchenware were new. The bed was very comfortable and the AC very cold. Yes! The hot water in the shower works! And the water pressure was great. I enjoyed the gym and the pool facilities (the swimming pool water was crystal clear) The property is still not 100% occupied so it is not to crowded. There is security guards throughout the entire property so it is very safe. SM Mall its only a few minutes away as well as other groceries stores where you can go bowling, ice-skating and shopping. The only down side its that there is no laundry facilities on the property as yet but there is a Laundromat about 10 minutes away heading south. I will definitely stay here next time that I visit Cebu. Oscar Hawaii, USA
