At first glance our 3 bedroom,3 bath suite was beautiful. Great view and great looking kitchen. Looked like the pictures on website. Unfortunately looks can be deceiving. We checked in at 4p and then went out to dinner not cooking that evening. The next morning we quickly at cold cereal and went to the beach. We went out to dinner that evening again. Wednesday morning we turned the oen on

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I stayed here with our two adult boys. The condo is beautiful and very clean. There are lots of amenities and the grounds were pristine. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Beautiful getaway

Wonderful place and owner - very helpful and responsive to a couple of questions and so many nice things were provided - beach chairs and toys, fully stocked kitchen, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much, Jaleh!

Want to go back!

What a great location, great views, spread out pools so you felt like you were at a small resort, grocery store within walking distance for food and another bottle of wine. Condo was well set up w no complaints.

The ocean views are even more impressive than the photos.

The property is amazing, and the condo was well furnished. My family saw many whales from the lanai, and the beach was so much fun. There are plenty of restaurants/food trucks that are easily walkable, and the grocery store across the street is very convenient. My family is content and relaxed.

Perfect Paradise Awaits

Fabulous three bedroom three bath top level, oceanview apartment. Plenty of room for all, large dining area, kitchen and lanai. Whales blowing offshore every day, all day, and great offshore snorkeling.

9 days of Hawaii at its best

What a wondervul condo to vacation in Hawaii, On the beach , close to other beaches and on a walkiing path along the ocean. We saw whales every day and the sunsets were beautiful. The condo had everything we needed and more, we would stay there again. Thank you for everything

What a view with frequent whale spottings! We absolutely loved this beautiful condo. It was a true trip to paradise and the hostess responded immediately to our question to her. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Great Views

We had a great time at Honua Kai. Amazing property. Great view from the room. Saw lots of Whales jumping from the room. Went during spring break and the resort didn't seem that crowded. The pools and grounds were in great shape. The room had everything a higher end unit should have. Owner responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!!!!

We stayed here with our two adult sons and we all agree that we would come back again. Everything was as described. Having the doors completely to the lanai was wonderful. The appliances are all high end. We hated leaving!

Best Ever Trip

This was to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our daughter & her family. The accommodations & location we GREAT. The staff at the resort were friendly and knowledgeable on places we wanted to see. The condo itself was perfect & clean, We would definitely retuen there again. Wowza!

This was a great place to stay for our family of six. The place was so clean, the view was amazing, and we had everything we needed in the condo. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and lots of room in the refrigerator and wine cooler. The washer and dryer worked great! We appreciated the extra beach towels, we used them every day. Can't wait to come back!

MAUI in January

Honua Kai is a wonderful location. This resort is one of the best! Our 3-bedroom condo has a spectacular view of the Pacific and Lanai. The whales are part of the scenery, as well. This condo has the location, but some of the touches that would shout “5 star” are missing. That said, 4-star is darned good.

I want to touch on the "5 star" comment as we do pride ourselves on having a 5 star condo :) Our condo has all 5 star updated appliances and also provides multiple services that other condos do not (a personal greeter, provide guests with a gift upon arrival, unlimited beach towels, baby items, and a closet full of beach gear). Wonderful condo! Enjoyed the 3 bedroom & 3 bath luxury stay, with great views of the resort & ocean. Beds were very comfortable. Liked the long walkways along the ocean. Finding the condo, with the construction, was a bit complicated & the hostess didn’t give us any advice on how to get there.

Unbeatable views, beautiful spacious condo

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the resort was, the condo was even more beautiful -- especially with those expansive views of the ocean. We didn't spend much time at the resort pool, we're beach people. But even though the beach was pretty narrow, it was a welcome relief from the craziness just a mile down at Kaanapali. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the closet was stocked with beach chairs/coolers as needed. Overall very clean, spacious and updated. Did I mention the views? I would definitely recommend this place to any large group.

AMAZING VACATION

This condo, and the view from the balcony are actually BETTER (if that is even possible) than the pictures. First of all, the resort is beautiful, very well maintained, friendly staff and in the perfect location. The boardwalk in front of the resort weaves its way down the coast and gives you access to several other hotels, restaurants, activity rentals, and beaches. Dukes (the on site beachfront restaurant) has great food and drinks if you wish to stay put. Jaleh has someone greet you at the condo and review everything when you get there....which is a great perk as we had multiple questions about the resort. The condo itself is spacious, has very high end finishes, is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable beds. I would recommend this condo to anyone!
