We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful, cozy and incredibly comfortable penthouse! 🥰Thank you for providing such a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We immediately felt at home, and our accommodation became an important part of our wonderful holiday.Every morning, we woke up to an incredible view and enjoyed breakfast while admiring the beautiful scenery. Honestly, now we just want to take this house and move it to our own home! The private underground garage was a huge bonus. We had no idea how difficult it could be to find parking in Makarska, so having a cool garage was especially valuable during such hot weather.We are also very grateful that the whole apartment has air conditioning. We arrived during an intense heatwave, so it was absolutely essential for a comfortable stay.The kitchen was perfectly equipped, with wonderful tableware and everything we could possibly need. And a special mention goes to the amazing iron! It was so good that now I want to buy the same one for myself.Thank you for the lovely little bonus — the bottle of milk! 🥛 Every morning we added it to our coffee and silently thanked the hosts for such a thoughtful touch.Our children were also very happy with the TV, especially because it had YouTube. Thank you for your care and attention to detail. We had an amazing holiday and would happily come back again!

Les appartements sont magnifiques – tout est parfaitement aménagé, avec tout le nécessaire, et même plus ! La présence de deux salles de bains est un vrai confort, les lits sont très confortables, on s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi.La place de parking dans le garage souterrain avec un accès direct à l’immeuble est un grand avantage.Admir nous a fourni toutes les informations utiles ainsi que de très bons conseils sur les endroits à visiter et les activités à faire dans la région. Il a toujours été disponible et a contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable et sans souci. Merci beaucoup, Admir !La plage est accessible à pied en environ 12 minutes, il y a des magasins et des restaurants à proximité, et le centre-ville est à seulement 5 minutes à pied.Seul point à noter : il n’y a pas d’ascenseur dans l’immeuble. Cela n’a pas été un problème pour nous, mais il est bon de le savoir.Nous pensons déjà à revenir, car nous avons adoré les appartements ainsi que la côte.

Weltklasse Gastgeber, traumhafte Aussicht & perfekter Aufenthalt!Wir hatten eine absolut fantastische Zeit in Admir’s Apartment in Makarska! Auch wenn wir nicht persönlich vor Ort Kontakt hatten, lief die gesamte Kommunikation über WhatsApp und Telefon reibungslos und äußerst angenehm. Admir war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich schnell in seinen Rückmeldungen und stets freundlich sowie lösungsorientiert – ein Service, den man sich als Gast nur wünschen kann.Das Apartment selbst war hervorragend: sauber, gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und in perfekter Lage. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war für uns die atemberaubende Aussicht, sowohl vom Balkon als auch von der Dachterrasse. Jeden Morgen und Abend dort zu sitzen und über das Meer, die Berge und Makarska zu blicken, war einfach unvergesslich.Auch bei kleinen Dingen – wie einem nicht ganz sauberen Ofen oder nahegelegenen Bauarbeiten – hat Admir sofort reagiert und sich persönlich gekümmert. Seine Professionalität und sein Einsatz für das Wohl seiner Gäste heben ihn ganz klar von vielen anderen Gastgebern ab. Ich habe bereits viele Apartments gebucht, aber was Admir bietet, ist wirklich auf höchstem Niveau – weltklasse!Besonders gefreut hat uns auch sein Angebot, in Zukunft wieder bei ihm Gäste sein zu dürfen. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung wie auf den Bildern mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse wo man eine sehr schöne Aussicht mit Merresblick hat.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles nötige vorhanden. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt also wirklich sehr wohl.Außerdem ist die Wohnung nicht weit weg vom Meer und es war auch alles nötige un der Umgebung. Der Vermieter war auch wirklich sehr fürsorglich und freundlich.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in Makarska

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und es werden sämtliche Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Vermieter ist wahnsinnig freundlich, zuvorkommend und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Beau duplex avec vue mer fantastique

Appartement très bien agencé et équipé. Haut de gamme. Au dernier étage, il fait face à la mer et domine le centre ville, ce qui est particulièrement agréable. La terrasse supérieure (roof top) avec salon de jardin... permet de bénéficier d'un très bel espace extérieur. L'appartement est bien situé, tout se fait à pied (balades en centre ville, sur le port, plage...). Comme beaucoup de villes sur la côte, il y a des escaliers et beaucoup de marches. La vue se mérite!!! Pas d'ascenseur pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge. Le parking en sous-sol est vraiment un plus. Admir est très réactif et a été un hôte très attentif. Nous recommandons l'appartement d'Admir.

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick

Die Ferienwohnung ist prima ausgestattet und sehr bequem. Der Hafen, Geschaefte und Restaurants, und der wunderbarer Strand, sind leicht zu erreichen. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Wohnung am 4. Etage liegt und da ist kein Aufzug. Die Treppen in der Wohnung sind fuer aeltere Menschen oder fuer Kleinkinder nicht ideal.

Superschöne Wohnung mit viel Platz und in optimaler Lage.

Die Wohnung bietet alles für einen ausgedehnten Aufenthalt. Genug Platz und die Möglichkeit auch für sich Ruhe zu finden. Die Aussicht von Balkon und Terrasse ist beeindruckend. Nur 5 Minuten zufuß in die Altstadt. Trotzdem ist man weit genug vom Trubel entfernt und kann sich super entspannen.

Perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Diese Ferienwohnung ist etwas ganz Besonderes- sie hat einen traumhaften Blick über den Jachthafen und den Strand, bietet für jede Wetterlage den richtigen Aufenthaltsort, ist perfekt ausgestattet (Dachterrasse, Klimaanlage, Küchenutensilien (für passionierte Köche), Grill....), sehr gut gepflegt, ruhig und wird von einem unglaublich freundlichem, sehr gut vorbereitetem und umsichtigen Vermieter Admir geteilt. Hier fühlt man sich einfach sofort heimisch! @Admir: Thank you very much!!!

Excellent apartment - we loved it!

The sea view from the roof terrace is one you don’t want to leave again. The apartment is well equipped with all you need for your vacation. All contact with the owner was easy and precise. Our best recommendation for this place, thanks!

Lovely apartment with great views from the terraces.

So enjoyed our time at Makarska and at the apartment. Really well furnished and maintained. All facilities there including washing machine, sunbeds and chairs. Second bedroom kept hitting my head on the ceiling. We were warned and prepared for carrying our luggage up to the fourth floor but needed a drink by the time we made it to the apartment. Admir was really helpful and sent me lots of brochures and information on he area in advance of our stay and gave us his phone number in case of any queries. Makarska is such a beautiful place and the apartment, with the backdrop of the mountain behind, views of the sea and the town and the great little restaurants and shops just five minutes walk from the apartment was perfect.

Wir hatten die schönsten 11 Tage seit langem. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Ausblick jeden morgen war überwältigend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful holiday in Makarska

We had a really nice week in Makarska. This apartment was just perfect - super view over the downtown to the sea from both livingroom balcony and from rooftop terrace. It was very tidy, beautifully decorated and the kitchen is really well equipped. It was also very convenient to have two separate bathrooms. We arrived with car from Split airport and it was great to use the garage. There are lots of bakerys (pekara) and stores nearby and it's easy to go around by foot. There are beautiful beaches in Makarska, the sea is so amazingly clear. We got a lot of tips and advice from Admir before we arrived. We can highly recommend this apartment and we'll definitely want to come back one day. This was our first visit to Croatia and we all fell completely in love with this beautiful country.

A week in Makarska

We had a very nice week in the apartment which overlooks the town. Short walk to town and beaches (10 mins), be aware you are on 4th floor with no lift but if you are reasonably active no problem. Apartment very quiet and comfortable, air con throughout nice lounge and kitchen. Highlight is the rooftop terrace with lots of furniture, good spot to watch the sunset, swifts and bats.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Ich habe schon oft Ferienwohnungen gebucht,aber so gut durchorganisiert durch den Vermieter wie dieses Mal war es noch nie. Großes Lob an den Vermieter. Empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf den Hafen von Makarska. Gute Lage - Hafen, Innenstadt, Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen. Vorbildliche Kommunikation von Seiten des Vermieters, so dass keine Fragen offen bleiben. * Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen ! *

Really lovely well equipped clean apartment

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this lovely well equipped apartment, enjoying lots of time taking in the scenery from the balcony and the lovely sun terrace, stairs up to the apartment were a killer, but it did say in the information that it was on the fourth floor with no lift ! would benefit from a guest book within the apartment explaining where things were and how things worked !!! But overall a lovely stay 😊

Hier fühlt man sich wohl!

Wer sich nicht scheut, 4 (Neubau!)-Treppen zu laufen und auch einen Fußweg von ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand in Kauf nehmen kann, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Alles ist sauber. Der Vermieter hat sich um alle Belange äußerst gewissenshaft und schnell um alles gekümmert. Ich empfehle dieses Feriendomizil auf jeden Fall weiter.

Luxuriöses Appartment - toller Aufenthalt

Wunderschönes, luxuriös ausgestattetes Appartment. Die Küchenaustattung lässt nichts vermissen, WLAN incl. Wohnung ist in einem sehr sauberen Zustand, wie das ganze Mietshaus in dem es sich befindet. Der Weg zur Altstadt und Promenade ist selbst mit kleinen Kindern einfach zu Fuss zu bewältigen. Hervorragender, sehr freundlicher unproblematischer Umgang mit dem Vermieter. Sehr gut organisiert. Makarska ist immer eine 2. Reise wert - dieses Appartment auch. Definitiv!!

Fantastic apartment in Makarska

We had a great week in Makarska end of July 2015. The apartment was wonderful in a great location . Everything about the apartment was just as in the listed description. The owner was very helpful and made us feel welcome. We can definately recommend Makarska and this apartment!
