Fantastic Villa, great location, few minutes walk to local shops and restaurants. Heated pool, sun beds and outside sofa. Pool, beach and bathroom towels provided. Internet good. Would recommend and visit again.

Fantastic Villa in Great Location

Very peacefull and secure, villa Alai had everything we needed for a great holiday. A variety of good restaurants within 5-10 mins walk.the heated pool was perfect and cleaned regularly.

Great Villa

We love Vila Alai, this was our second stay and we will be booking again for next year. Nice pool and outside space with a good variety of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.

Lively quiet Villa with good sized pool

Great week staying in this lovely villa with friends. Good sized pool and grounds to relax in. Quiet area out of Playa Blanca and local shops and restaurants 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend Casual Restaurant if you like seafood.

Great Villa with lovely heated pool. Clean and in good order throughout. A few minutes from Faro Park Restaurants and Bars. Geckos and Port of Call great food.

Villa and pool was excellent, great location, not a negative but a Welcome book with instructions and of the area may be helpfull to others. Would definitely use again though.

Villa Alai

It was a great stay, It was a quiet area and a nice house with a nice swimmingpool. Its a bit warm so air condition in the house had been nice. It was dark in the backyard in the evning, so we could wish a bit more light outside in the evening. It was all over a nice holliday and it was easy to take the buss in the area.

Great Villa

Good communication from the start. Villa as described. Pool was heated. Great outside area with all day sun and shaded area if required. Supermarket and restaurants a short walk away. We hired a car but bus stop close by with regular buses. Would recommend.

Good stay in Villa Alai

Overall a good vacation. We enjoyed our stay despite a few bad experiences. Pros: Good location Quiet neighbourhood Nice house and facilities Safe environment Lovely pool Walking distance to restaurants and mini market Only 5 min / 5 euro drive to Playa Blanca by taxi Cons: A lot of ants (don’t leave ANY food inside or outside) No air conditioning (really hot at night - we visited in July) Bad and hard mattresses in both rooms

Lovely villa with loads of space

This is a lovely property that just keeps giving with its space - it just seems to go on forever. Clara met us on the outskirts of town and guided us to the villa. She was really helpful and arranged to keep in touch during our stay if we needed anything. The villa is lovely and the outside space amazing. It even had a "man cave" - well a gazebo really - with a very comfortable corner suite; ideal for those mornings drinking tea and watching the sun coming up. As the property is on a gated urbanization, you feel very safe. You do need a car as the villa is quite a way out of town, but this makes for a very peaceful location. Definitely a place to come back to.

Nice villa. Great location.

Well equipped, clean villa in a great location. A 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants on the island. Pool very clean. Interior furniture all good and comfy. 3 flatscreen tvs in the villa, but no instructions as to how they work. The main TV has 5 remotes! The main gripe we have is that this is not the private, high walled, secluded villa they are advertising... Fine on three sides, but it is open to the main road! There is one roller blind which covers part of the gap, but the screening on the gazebo is not there! We were really fed up with this, as we wouldn't have booked if we had known. We didn't see much point in complaining, as we didn't think the lady who gave us the keys was equipped to do anything about it. Overall a good villa if you aren't worried about your privacy.

A perfect holiday

We had a great time at Villa Alai and didn’t want to leave! The outdoor space was a particular highlight with the pool being a lovely size and temperate and the garden being spacious with trees and lots of areas to relax - we have stayed in villas before with much smaller outdoor areas so this was a huge bonus. There is a shop 5 minutes away on foot, or the main Faro Park centre about 10 minutes away on foot - we walked this every night with children, it is flat the whole way and perfectly safe. The villa is on a gated complex so is quiet, safe and has no through-traffic. It is close to a communal pool as well as the private one, we didn’t use this but you can if you want. There is a bus stop a couple of minutes away which is very easy to navigate but if you are 5 or more people a taxi is cheaper. The supermarket in Faro Park is well stocked with a bakery, the restaurants are nice for food and drinks but aren’t lively which was perfect for us. Check out La Aldea for delicious and very affordable tapas. The villa could benefit from a couple of fans for the bedrooms as it can get warm at night, but admittedly we were there during an unexpectedly hot March. I’d love to return to villa Alai - thank you Inotsi and Clara!

Cómodo alojamiento donde sentirte como en casa.

La casa es muy cómoda y bonita, tal y como muestra el anuncio. Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia a pesar de que el tiempo no haya sido el mejor. Muy buena comunicación con la propietaria y estupenda disposición de la persona a cargo de la casa. Muy recomendable.

Una semana maravillosa en una villa espectacular

Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa, en esta villa cómoda, limpia y con la amabilidad de Clara. Tambien le damos las gracias a Inotsi, por toda la información prestada acerca de los lugares de interés de la isla a los cuales hemos acudido y han sido todos de nuestro agrado. Recomendamos esta villa a cualquier persona que quiera viajar a Lanzarote y valore la privacidad y la seguridad a la hora de hospedarse, debido a que la villa está situada dentro de una urbanización privada, con acceso exclusivo a los vecinos de la misma. La villa posee muros altos que te harán disfrutar de buena privacidad en tu piscina y en tu transito por la casa. Muchas gracias por todo, volveremos de nuevo.

Mejor imposible! Qué maravilla de villa! Lo tiene todo: preciosa, cómoda, totalmente equipada, piscina calentita, cerca de todo pero a la vez tranquila, con los muros altos (como se indica) con total privacidad..La dueña encantadora...En fin, volveremos seguro!

Beautiful property in great location

This is a lovely villa in a great location. This is our third stay here and we love it, planning our fourth already. The villa has fantastic outdoor space lovely eating area, a shaded seating area along with sun beds around the heated pool. We walk everywhere, Playa Blanca is about 45min walk from villa and the walk is a lovely wide walkway with the water on one side and lovely hotels and shops on the other. Buses are cheap about €5 for 2 people return they are on time and clean, there is a stop 5mins from the villa. After a night in Playa Blanca you can take the bus back or a taxi which are really reasonable to, €5 to the villa. The owners can arrange for someone to pick you up at the airport or there is a bus from airport to Playa Blanca.

15 días de vacaciones en una casa preciosa

Desde la llegada todo fue perfecto. La casa es preciosa, totalmente equipada, todo funciona perfectamente y el entorno una maravilla. Además la comunicación con su propietaria Inotsi ha sido fácil y cercana así como con Clara que nos atendió desde nuestra llegada dispuesta a solucionar cualquier duda que tuviéramos. La piscina una delicia. Agradecer a Inotsi su amabilidad y sin duda una casa para volver muchísimas veces y recomendar a todos los amigos, cosa que ya estoy haciendo desde mi vuelta a Barcelona.
