Desert Falls Condo during BNP Paribas Open

We totally enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and well appointed. We especially liked that we could reserve tennis courts early in the morning, which is always an issue during the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. We would stay again and recommend it to anyone.

great getaway

We had a very nice stay at this condo. The place is very clean and quiet. The morning sun comes right in and the views are great. The beds are firm and the showers and kitchen etc all were fine. Its also great when you can have the cats along for the stay, they loved it as well. Its right near the store and close to everything so I would highly recommend staying here.

Make sure you inspect the property before you sign a lease

The property needs repairs and replacements. The earlier reviews did not accurately reflect the current condition.

Great location

Great location on golf course. Owner was very cooperative and damage deposit was returned promptly. The unit is nicely laid out and the bed in the master is very comfortable.

Nice quiet corner

Enjoyed the location of the unit. Nice outdoor bbq facing a golf course fareway. Lovely having door in bedroom to open each morning and see a beautiful view of the fareway!

Awesome stay!

I have been renting this condo out for about three years now. To start, the owner is very accommodating to my needs and makes sure I'm enjoying my stay. It is very clean and organized with all of the kitchen items that I need. The patio has a great view and is very spacious. (Great for kids to enjoy too) It is a very calm, quiet, and relaxing environment and the neighbors are sweet too. If you want to relax and enjoy your vacation then this is the right place for you!

Downstairs at Desert Falls

We stayed in this downstairs unit for 90 days. In the past 5 years, we stayed in an upstairs unit, so this was our first experience downstairs. Please be aware there is a difference in the noise level at Desert Falls downstairs units. Upstairs is very quiet............... Also, with this unit my wife had problems keeping the floor clean. Dark wood with grooves accepts dust and dirt, which is difficult to clean. Ed was very responsive with any issues he could control, and he returned our deposit promptly.

Great location

This was a great place to be in the Palm Desert area and the owner is a straight shooter. The condo has everything you need although it is a bit retro. The gym at Desert Falls is excellent and if you had to pay would be at least $100 a month/person. The view is one of the best in the complex. You can get to everything here from Indio to Palm Springs. We regret not staying longer..Thanks Ed.

Spring break retreat

My husband and I have been visiting DFCC for 13 years. This is a nice lower two bedroom condo. The beds are very comfortable and could sleep at least six. It is furnished very nicely, sofa and chair are vey comfy. Very clean, lots of towels and the kitchen is very well stocked. Early morning I enjoyed having a cup of tea on the patio as I watched the golfers and enjoyed looking at all the different golf carts. My husband enjoyed the golf and tennis and I enjoyed my bike ride, walks and floating in the pool. We had the best weather and great vacation. Hope it's avaiable next year.

best family inviting home we stayed in

me and my wife come to desert fellas every year for month or two, this year we decided to stay at this unit, which was very accommodating, being close to super market, to Marriotts, shopping was very easy. The house was immaculate with nice wood flooring, tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms, kitchen cabinets could use some updating, but overall we had a good experience, we have intentions to stay at same place hopefuly next year. thanks Ed for your accommodation & hospitality.
