Comfortable apartment

Nice location, in the Old Centro, well furnished and very clean. Communication with owner and local manager is top notch.

Lovely and Charming Perugia

The city is very cozy and the apt is located in the nicest area. It is decorated with art, charm and exquisite taste. The apt has everything you may need and more. The host was extremely cooperative assisting me to get there and back to the bus station to continue my travels. Very quiet area too.

Great stay in Perugia

What a great stay! My wife and I stayed in Linda's apartment for 4 nights while we visited our son, who is studying abroad in Perugia. The home is cozy, decorated so well to fit the space, and stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Linda was by far the most helpful and accommodating host we have ever had. From making local recommendations, to being incredibly responsive to our questions, to taking the time to book us an early morning cab to the train station, she was the absolute best! This home is no more than a 2-3 minute walk to the city center, making it incredibly convenient, and the apartment, neighborhood, and city simply ooze with charm. We loved everything about it!

Nice Property!

Came to Italy for my daughter’s destination wedding!! I really enjoyed my stay at this property in Perugia. It was very clean, newly renovated and I liked the location. Perugia is full of hills, so get used to climbing a hill to get to the space. Close to tons of restaurants and cocktail lounges as well as a COOP grocery store. Close to public transportation such as buses and the MiniMetro. Communication with Linda, the host, was very easy and checking in was easy as well. I would definitely return. Keith B. California

Lovely Perugia stay

Although finding the place was not initially easy and paid parking was not real close, we loved the place. It was homey, interesting, unique, well stocked, and a great place to stay. You don't have to worry about car noise and loud parties at night. It was close to the main piazza of old Perugia. Walking in Perugia is the best way to see the old part of the city. We happened to be there during a wine festival, so we bought our sampler glass and tasted 5 wines. Better than one winery! We also got to hear live music and the woman had a good voice! We enjoyed seeing Perugia and using this vrbo as our base for multiple days. Our host was great!

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

Linda’s place in Perugia was absolutely perfect for me and my partner and Linda was an amazing host. The apartment is cozily situated just off the beaten path of the historical city center and within walking distance of tons of restaurants, shops, museums, and more. It has everything you might need in a kitchen, dining area, laundry (with a dryer!), iron & ironing board, comfortable bed, living area and so much more. Linda was always available for questions and even sent tips on how to get to the place from the nearby minimetro and her favorite restaurant recommendations. We would stay at Linda’s place again in a heartbeat. It truly helped us fall in love with Perugia. Grazie!
