Fresh, luxurious 4-BR home! Fenced yard with BBQ, Community Pool & Hot Tub

Hello! We are world travelers and we strive to cater to discerning guests who expect the best.
Our 1500 sq. ft home exudes quality and comfort including a giant 70" 4K Smart TV, huge dining table that can seat 8 with four more at the breakfast bar, luxury mattresses in every room, tasteful leather and finely upholstered furnishings, and all that you will need to relax and enjoy a memorable time with family and friends.
Four bedrooms (3 with walk-in closets) provide plenty of privacy while the open living room and dining area allows for a large gathering. There is a covered front porch with breathtaking views in addition to the back patio with BBQ and private fenced yard. Our neighborhood is a little gem: it is safe, small, and immaculate. The pool and hot tub are just a 1-2 minute walk away and only serve our neighborhood. It is serviced daily and is family-friendly. We provide clean pool towels for you so you don't have to pack them. There is plenty of parking with a 2-car garage, double driveway, plus parking on the street in front of the house and in a spillover lot suitable for trailers at the end of the short block. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need, except the food! Laundry equipment and supplies are in the garage.

This was a wonderful place for us to relax and unwind in between outings. Located on the outskirts of town, very quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. All household necessities were provided and in great shape. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our next Moab adventure!

A nice place to stay for exploring Arches and Canyonlands National Parks! The kitchen was on the smaller size (but generally had everything we needed), but the living area and outdoor space provided plenty of space for our party of 8 adults to relax in the evenings. The short drive into the centre of Moab for the supermarket, shops and restaurants was very convenient.

Beautiful home in a great location. Access to pool and hot tub was a plus. It was nice to have all bedrooms on one floor. The kitchen had everything you would need. Would definitely stay again.

Jinni's house was perfect for our group of 5 adult friends staying in Moab before and after our kayaking trip down the Green River. Having use of the washing machine and dryer was so useful. Jinni promptly answered our many questions, was able to provide us early check-in, and offered suggestions on where to eat and park during our stay. Highly recommend!

For our family of 6 this was a perfect place to stay. It was close to Arches and Canyonlands national parks as well as Dead Horse Point. Jini was very responsive to my questions and also gave me some ideas on what I can do with my family. The pool and hot tube were nice after hiking and playing all day.Thanks Jini!

Great Stay in Moab

Property was very clean, updated and well stocked and host was very responsive and helpful. Loved the close proximity to pool and hottub which were awesome.

We loved the house. Great find. It really fit all of our needs for the 3 days we were there. The backyard, community playground and pool were a huge hit with the kids. We loved sitting on the porch after getting home for our adventures and hanging out. The host was great at communicating before our trip about the parks and timed entry. Great place to stay with your family and friends! We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is gorgeous, and was extremely clean and well-stocked with all the amenities you could need. The owners are extremely responsive and caring, and even dropped off extra coffee grounds for us. We loved the quiet and safe neighborhood, easy access to Moab, Canyonlands, and Arches, and private garage parking. We would be thrilled to stay here again and recommend it highly to any families wishing to visit this beautiful area!

Our house is located in a small, self-contained residential neighborhood with stunning 360 degree views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal mountains. We think we have the best views in all of Moab! The streets and yards are clean, safe, and quiet. The HOA maintains and ensures that every home meets or exceeds quality standards. The neighborhood is located about 4.5 miles south of downtown Moab and very convenient to Arches, Canyonlands, and other scenic byways as well as biking and hiking trails. The pool and hot tub are maintained daily, and only serves our own small neighborhood.

Attention to quality and focus on guests' comfort sets our home apart. To begin with, our house is a single family home, so you don't need to worry about noisy neighbors (or your own group being too loud!). It is a one-story with no carpet, so there is no worry stairs to climb. Two outdoor areas all to yourselves: the covered front porch is a great place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the amazing views of the magnificent rim rocks. The back patio has a BBQ and a private fenced-in backyard with stunning views of the La Sal mountains. Quality beds, linens, and furnishings set our home apart from many similar ones. The pool and hot tub are well maintained year around.
