Indepentent space, central, quiet, practical, close to the coast.
It is a fully furnished apartment centrally located in Thessaloniki and within walking distance from the center of the town (20 MIN).
There is a bus stop closed to the house from which pass frequently plenty of lines to the center. The subway station is also not far from the house.
It is ideal for businessman who wish to have an economical and independent residence for a relatively moderate staying time in the city, or for students following Erasmus programs.
It has a spacious living room, separate kitchen,1 separate bedroom where there can sleep 2 persons and a bath. It has direct access to a house yard.
The master bedroom contains a comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200cm).
In the living room there is a single bed able to use it as a sofa and converted to double bed, able to sleep (2 prs), (two single beds (90cm x 200cm) which can be brought together to form a double bed).
The kitchen is well equipped with everything else you need to prepare a quick snack or pleasant meal. There is a dining table and a couple of chairs where you can sit and enjoy your meal.
The bedroom has a view both on the main road and the house yard. The other rooms have view to the house yard. This apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. It is fully equipped with all domestic devices such oven, fridge, coffee machine, laundry, A/C, TV, radio/CD player stereo, etc. It has also free WiFi INTERNET ACCESS with a speed up to 300Mbps.
There is a good heating of the house with central heating ( natural gas, independent ) and if needed additionally there is an air-conditioning device which is used both for heating in winter and cooling at summer.
All amenities are very close from the house and city center is within 10 minutes by bus or 20 min walk. The bus station is only 50m and there are a lot of lines passing from there, leading to a lot of important destinations ( railway station, city center, University, airport, e.t.c.). You can come and go to the airport with one bus with only 2€ charge per route. To the railway station you can come and go also with one bus at 1€ per route only.
The sea is only 5 minutes away where you may have the most enjoying walk in the city. The White tower and the Trade fair area ( HELEXPO ) is only 15 minutes walk. Main museums are also at a walking distance from the house.
The neighborhood is peaceful, and there is a good isolation to the apartment so that it is very quite even during the rush hours.
Every Monday there is a street market taking place exactly outside of the house, where someone may find fresh and cheap food (fruit, vegetables and fresh fish) and other goods to buy. There are a lot of supermarkets and various stores where you can find almost everything you need, stores to buy breakfast if you wish, restaurants, e.t.c.
HOUSE RULES
We are not responsible for any risks involved, including loss, damage to property, robbery or injury. You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property through negligence or criminal neglect.
We reserve the right to request any guest to leave the apartment who, in our opinion, is acting in an unreasonable way without any type of compensation.
Sheets and towels are changed every ten days, toilet paper, detergents and cleaning equipment are supplied by the owner. The cleaning of the place, washing of the dishes are to the responsibility of the tenant.
Also provided: iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Please don’t forget to regularly take out your rubbish,
Toilet paper must be thrown in the bin, not in the toilet
Keys must be returned in person.
You ought to remain quiet after midnight and between 2 and 5 pm in the evening.
Please don’t smoke indoors. If you are a smoker and cannot withstand this, at least make sure you open the windows.
Pets are not allowed

Environmental fee: For stays of 3-59 days, a climate resilience fee is imposed in accordance with Law 5162/2024, which is paid by the visitor upon arrival.
For the period November - March: 2€/night
For the period April - October: 8€/night

For stays longer than 59 days, the rental is not considered short-term and the climate resilience fee is not imposed.
