Hello Christy, We are so sorry you checked into a dirty unit and that the elevator was down during your stay. The elevator should be back and going soon. We will be reaching out to see how we can make this situation right.

Hello, We apologize the elevator was out. We were not notified about it being out at that time. Not having an elevator would be exhausting and we deeply apologize this was your experience. Poole and Associates is upfront with our fees. When you book through a third party, like VRBO, you incur service fees. We do hope to have you stay with us again, even if it is a different location.

We apologize that you arrived to a unit that was less than perfect in terms of cleanliness. We strive to be the best at what we do, and we find this unacceptable. As you stated we had the cleaners return and fix the mistakes they made, and we addressed the fact that it is unacceptable moving forward. We hope to have you back soon to enjoy another vacation and let us show you what right looks like.

Thank you for the review. This property is located a little bit away from the hustle and bustle, which means less crowded beaches and less traffic!

We are very saddened by this review. You must have been contacting the association or the onsite management because no one in our office is aware of this situation. Had we been aware, we would have done whatever we could have to accommodate you or have you all relocated. Things like the water line bursting and the elevator being off is beyond our control; however, we do everything that we can in these situations to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. We wish we would have had the opportunity to do this with you guys, had we been made aware of the situation. We hope that if you all travel to the area, you will give us the opportunity to try anf make things right.
