Completely renovated in 2016. New floor tile throughout, walk-in showers, with beautiful granite countertops in kitchen and baths. Bedrooms featurer queen beds and walk-in closets. Comfotably furnished, with linens, dining and kitchen ware to make it like home. 55" cable TV with blue ray/dvd. Internet service provided, also, complete laundry room. Minimum 30 night stay.

Relax and enjoy the sounds and sights of the small lake from your lanai or visit one of the 2 heated pools or hot tub. There are also lit tennis/pickle ball courts, a fitness center, and a club house available.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und in einer guten ruhigen Lage. Der Pool ist in ca 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen.

This property is in a great central location. The amenities including two pools ,clubhouse, library and pickleball courts are top notch. Close enough to the beaches and several bike routes nearby. I would highly recommend this property!

Clean with great location

Checkin was very smooth and was pleased to find the condo was very clean. Enjoyed that each bedroom had their own separate bathroom. Many restaurants and stores in the area. The location worked perfectly for us. We loved the pool area, just a short walk from condo. Pool was always clean and heated. We were happy with our stay and would book here again. Great communication with Nan the owner. We didn't run into any problems during our stay.

Quiet,Clean And Close To Everything

Perfect place close to all amenities

Very comfortable fully renovated apartment. We visited several appartements in this community and this one has been completely redone with larger kitchen and enclosed bathrooms (bathrooms are opened in the bedrooms in others). Nothing has been spared for your comfort. It is one of the few apartments with gorgeous view on the lake and fountain which light up at night to enjoy romantic moments! The place is stocked up with all necessary things including pool and beach gears. The resort has 2 pools, gym, library, sauna, community room, beach style volley area, BBQ's, bike rack storages and large grounds for walk so you do not want to leave the resort. Conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery stores and 20mn drive to the beach. Owner is very nice and very responsive, ready to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. We highly recommend staying at this place!

Great property!

This rental property was clean and comfortable. Nan was great with communications and prompt in taking care of a small issue with the dryer knob. Neighbors were friendly and the pool was amazing!!

Nan is very helpful and accomodating

We enjoyed our stay and accommodations were as expected. Only challenge upon arrival was the designated parking. Apparently the car port we were to park in was damaged during Ian and we had to go to the office to find out where to park, which was any of the unmarked spaces. The cleaning company was still in the unit 1.5 hours after the checkin time. They were apologetic. Love the ground floor unit and it's right across from the pickleball/tennis courts - BONUS!! The pool and hot tub were always clean. Didn't use the workout room but it looked nice. It's a great location. not far to the beach, Bonita, Estero, Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. Very centrally located. Found a quality gym nearby and nice walking/running trails, as well as fun little open air bars/watering holes :)

Awesome clean condo

Owner Nan was super nice, place was the best that we experienced in Venetian Palms this being our 3rd rental, this unit was super clean , updated , beautiful bathrooms, freshly painted . It was a home away from home . Price was great .

Everything you need for a long, comfortable stay

We stayed at this condo 6 weeks and truly felt at home. Fully equipped kitchen, beach supplies, some basic cleaning supplies as well to get us through our first night at the condo. The community is great, full of friendly and respectful neighbours. Nancy responded promptly to our messages and dealt with a dishwasher issue we had in a timely manner. The unit is on the first floor and the lanai faces a beautiful pond with a fountain. Other units have it facing the parking lot so we felt lucky to have this space to enjoy a morning coffee with a nice view. The kids loved the pool which had floties and pool noodles available for everyone to use. They also loved the duckies and ducklings that live in the pond, the blue egrets and all kind of Florida birds that hang out in this area. We would stay here again and again

Fort Myers gem

Love the location of this property to the beaches and all other cities nearby. Two pools and pickleball courts on the property. We will re-book for next year!

Amazing Spot!

This property was in an amazing location in Fort Myers! It also couldn't have been in a better spot within the community. Right next to the tennis courts, bottom floor, and just a couple minute walk to the mailboxes, pool, and gym. We stayed here all summer for an internship and absolutely loved it! Whenever we needed to reach out to the owner, she was very quick with the responses and was always super helpful!

two months at Venetian Palms

This is a great place. We have stayed at Nan's condo for the past four winters. People are very friendly. Very nice amenities (pool, pickle ball, and tennis). The location is close to shopping. It is a very safe location.

Great Place

It was in a very convenient location and the area is exremely safe. It is close to all the activies you might like....minutes to the beaches and downtown is perhaps 10 minutes.

Lovely and clean. Great location - about 20 minutes from both downtown and the beaches. Absolutely perfect for our 2 month stay. The owner was so kind and very prompt in responding to any questions.

Wonderful setting and home

Very nice pond view setting with easy access to local amenities. Place was updated and well equipped. Quite, comfortable, and pool was a short walking distance. Nan “owner “is the best. We stayed during the Covid19 situation and had to cut our stay short due to it. She initiated a response and offered to reimburse for unused days. Very gracious of her.

Highly Recommend Venetian Palms

We loved our stay at Venetian Palms in Ft Myers. The location of the property couldn’t have been any better, it was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. The property itself was very nice and quiet. We took daily walks around the property which were quite enjoyable. The unit we stayed in (#1415) was very nice. It was clean, very tastefully decorated, and had lots of windows with plenty of sunshine coming in, and great views of the pond and fountain. The owner of the property was always available for any questions we might have. We highly recommend this property.

Wish it was our Condo!

Love Nan's place so much, we wish it was Ours! We have stayed there 3 times & are booked for a 4th stay. Everything in the condo has been completely redone, beautiful & nicely decorated. Kitchen supplies are shinny & new! Condo is very clean. Everything you need is there. Location is perfect. View of the pond with water fountain. Within walking distance to both pools. Nan responds quickly to any questions we may have. The complex is nicely maintained & neighbors are friendly. Restaurant, grocery store & shopping are nearby. Thanks Nan

Our home away from home

As soon as my husband and I opened the door to the condo we were pleasantly surprised. The condo was exactly as the photos and description on the website. It was clean, very nicely decorated and we had everything we needed to make our meals, spend days at the beach or just relax. Although we were only my husband and I, having the additional space with a 2nd bedroom and bath was great. The trip to Florida from Canada was well worth it, I can honestly say that for both of us we were able to relax and appreciate sunshine for 30 days. The complex is very well maintained. The people are nice and spending time in the pool was a major plus. We hope to return in 2019 and for a longer stay. I would highly recommend this unit. Nan was very attentive to our questions. Thanks again Nan.

Great facility and location

We stayed here for Feb and March 2018 and both the apartment and facility were excellent. The apartment was very comfortable and the owner was very helpful on anything we needed. The complex amenities were very good and well maintained, there were also a number of events when the would have music over at the pool. All in all a very good condo and location and we will be going back next year.

Home away from home! Will return!

I absolutely loved my experience here in Fort Myers! Nan was WONDEFUL! Always there whenever I had a phone call about any issue with the facility! The place was clean and well put together! Larger than what the pictures show. She has everything you could possibly need for the beach/ a stroll/ within the house. Neighbors are very welcoming! Best condo on the lot for a view of the pond. Good central location to different locations along the coast. Only down fall: pool is closed from dusk to dawn I will be returning to this place if I end up in Fort Myers again! Thank Nan!!!!
