3-bedroom villa in Las Glorias complex, next to the Marina San Carlos, where there are several places to have a meal or have fun, and where you can pull over your boat to go fishing or just sailing with your family and friends.

This villa has access to the pool area and gardens of the complex from the property. It has its own parking space for one vehicle right in front of the villa.

The unit comfortably sleep up to 6 people, with chance to have 2 extras, since it has a King size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in each guest bedroom, and each bedroom has its own bathroom in each room.

The kitchen has granite countertops and it's fully equipped with utensils and appliances to prepare a delicious meal and enjoy it with the family in the dining room for 6 people.

The living room has access to the pool area of ​​the complex, and has a smart TV.

The unit has wireless internet (Wi-Fi).

Nice place

Had a good time stay but our second day the water was shut off when we tried to contact the property management i was pushed away and told that we are not the owners and we had to contact the people who rented out the villa when we contacted them we recieved an answer the next day we had no water for a full day we where promised a partial refund for the inconveinience and was never recieved its a nice place overall but will look at other options next time

We are sorry you had this inconvenience, it was a full complex pump problem, something that we can't fixed immediately. Sometimes this things can happen but the HOA fixed the pump when the renters complained about it. The problem of the water was only for around 3 hours.

Comfortable and convenient

Wife and I stayed here for a week of SCUBA, and the son/DIL and two grandchildren joined us for the weekend, hence the need for 3 bedrooms. Condo was very clean, well furnished, quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect for us as we just walked down to the marina each morning (500 feet maybe) and hopped on the dive boat! Plenty of places to eat. Great parking. Small issue with the internet that was resolved within five minutes, and when we explained that the coffee maker was broken, a new one was delivered within 24 hours. We have already recommended this condo to several friends, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Good family condo, would come againp

Management team was very responsive…. Little things need attention such as broken toilet seats, hot water until third day, 2 broken kitchen cabinet doors, no wifi upstairs, gas lighter for stove needs replacing, sliding door in master bedroom doesn’t work well, trash on upper balcony, laundry room not accessible until third day. Loved close access to pool and marina…,, very quiet

Summer fun

It’s was very easy checking in and out Ana made this a very smooth Transition and was always in contact. Property was nice and clean. Pics were accurate . Only issue we had was we couldn’t use the pool right out our back door for the 3 days we were there it was full of chlorine ( no sign stating this ) so we used the other pool . Al in all we really enjoyed the place .
