7343 Woodside. This cottage is just 3 miles from Lexington Village. The Village has many quaint shops, Live Theater and a wonderful harbor and beach area.
Free Music in the Park every Friday evening throughout the summer months.
This cottage has been remodeled with the family in mind. It has a large living area with a complete 'open concept'. Large dining table, cable TV, DVD and movies. The front French doors lead to a large deck, with seating and umbrella glass entertainment bar.
1st floor Full Bedroom and 1st floor bathroom with tiled shower. Spiral stairs lead to charming 2nd floor loft containing 4 single beds overlooking the entire 1st floor.
Kitchen has electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all cooking and serving needs.
Pets allowed upon owner approval.

Enjoyed our time so much!

Such a beautiful home. Really loved all of the fun decor throughout. Mike really does a great job of making sure you have everything that you need while you’re there. Fenced in yard for the dogs is a great plus. We can’t wait to come back!!

My family and I had the best time at this cute little place in Lexington! It came with everything we needed for our stay. The kids absolutely loved the loft! The host was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was special. We can’t wait to return!

Nice long weekend

My wife and dogs stayed here for a long weekend for the art show. Location was great, nice quiet neighborhood, just down the road from private beach. Hosts were great to communicate with and house had everything needed. Would definitely stay again.

Another great stay

This is a cute cottage just a block away from the water in beautiful Lexington Heights. It is the perfect size for our family of 5, with the main room downstairs and the open bunk room upstairs for the kids. We love that our Boston Terrier can join us. We enjoyed swimming, barbequing with friends, relaxing on the front porch, going for runs, and riding around the neighborhood on the golf cart. It's such a beautiful location. Owners are always great! We look forward to staying again on our next Lexington visit.

Quiet and relaxing

The whole point of the stay was to relax, especially for my husband and that is what he did. I was looking for a rental that was dog friendly and had a hot tub. I booked from my home computer and under amenities it showed a hot tub available. There is not one. So, we were disappointed. It is dog friendly. The property is located on a very quiet street. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom sink drains slow and the water for the shower was warm not able to get it above that. Also, whoever rents needs to bring their own wash clothes. Mike was friendly and great at being available to us.

Cute Cabin

The cabin was very nice and just a short walk to the private beach.The property also had wagons to utilize. The beach was nice and never crowded. We enjoyed spending time outside on the front deck. There was lots of seating and a few toys for our kiddos to use (we also brought our own). All of the neighbors were friendly, along with the owners. Our kids enjoyed the boat loft and are already asking when they can go back! Would stay again!

Fantastic Retreat

Had a lovely time at this cottage, was visiting family in Croswell and couldn't think of a better space to relax with a short walk to the beach and a charming interior. Mike was extremely helpful and welcoming - we had a lovely time.

Old school vacation cottage.

A uniquely decorated and old fashion style cottage just a few minutes walk from the beach. I rented it for our annual mom/daughters girls trip and we felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and owners were easy to get in contact with if you have any questions.

Summer Vacation

My family of 3 and our dog had an enjoyable vacation at this cottage. The 5 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. The community feel of the neighborhood was great. Lexington has quite a few restaurants, small grocery store, local shops, winery/brewery, etc. All were enjoyable. The cottage is very dog friendly, hardwood floors and fenced in backyard. The loft is kid/teen friendly. Low ceiling, tight fit, narrow spiral staircase. The garage space was great to store our bikes.

Nice cottage in cozy community on shore of Lake Huron a few miles S of Lexington where we found great eating and activities. Short walk to beach. No negatives. Enjoyed our stay

Perfect family cottage

Great cabin near the lake

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The cabin is perfect for a couple or a couple with children. The cabin was very clean and cozy with everything you could want for an extended stay. Mike was very responsive and friendly. We look forward to coming back.

sweet cottage near the lake

Communication with the host was excellent and he was very accommodating with check in/out. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for our weekend stay and the beach is a short walk away. Our kids loved the loft bedroom and spiral staircase. Location was perfect for our needs. A very cute place and I'd love to stay here again!

Very cute house. My kids loved the upstairs area. Very dog friendly and cute little neighborhood.

It was super relaxing. Beach is perfect, private, beautiful, and a few minute walk. Both Michael and his wife were very nice and welcoming. Would stay again.

Beautiful pine-tree lot. Country setting. Close to water and beach and-- Only 1 hour and change from Detroit and you are 'Up North' and in heaven.

Cottage is situated on a small dirt road leading to Lake Huron, which is just a short, 1 block stroll to the beaches of Lexington Heights. These beaches are private to the Association and nearly people free most of the time. Great place for family beach fun.
Golf cart rental can also be provided.
