7343 Woodside. This cottage is just 3 miles from Lexington Village. The Village has many quaint shops, Live Theater and a wonderful harbor and beach area.
Free Music in the Park every Friday evening throughout the summer months.
This cottage has been remodeled with the family in mind. It has a large living area with a complete 'open concept'. Large dining table, cable TV, DVD and movies. The front French doors lead to a large deck, with seating and umbrella glass entertainment bar.
1st floor Full Bedroom and 1st floor bathroom with tiled shower. Spiral stairs lead to charming 2nd floor loft containing 4 single beds overlooking the entire 1st floor.
Kitchen has electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all cooking and serving needs.
Pets allowed upon owner approval.

I loved staying here with my Aunt and cousin. The house is done so beautifully and we didnt need to buy any supplies they had them all here. Marti help and responded really fast. Short walk to beach and parking is great. Can have a fire on side of house. It was so relaxing and just beautiful. Will be back. Dont want to leave. Thank you so much for making us so comfortable.

Our stay was great, love the fenced in yard and spacious home and patio. Great location and close to the beach, just wish didn’t have to walk down such steep stairs to get to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We wanted a getaway, and this location provided what we were looking for. The space was smaller than expected, but it was cozy, and there was plenty of space to get out and walk around. The village nearby was super fun to explore, and it was a short drive to Port Huron. Overall, we had a great experience, and the hosts responded very quickly!

Nice long weekend

My wife and dogs stayed here for a long weekend for the art show. Location was great, nice quiet neighborhood, just down the road from private beach. Hosts were great to communicate with and house had everything needed. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a wonderful visit to this property! The area is quiet and relaxing with beautiful beaches. This property is perfect for a small family and the loft was a big hit with the kids. We would definitely return!

Michael-the host- was excellent. Always available to answer questions and in a very friendly manner. The cottage is small but clean and comfortable.

This was a nice place for a weekend getaway and close to the Lake Huron shoreline. Our host quickly addressed a minor housekeeping issue and was easy to work with. I would suggest a one page sheet with house specifics, checkout requirements and local attractions be available to future guests.

Fantastic Retreat

Had a lovely time at this cottage, was visiting family in Croswell and couldn't think of a better space to relax with a short walk to the beach and a charming interior. Mike was extremely helpful and welcoming - we had a lovely time.

I have been bringing the older Lexington Heights cottages back to life for the past 10 years. It has been a joy to see these cottages used to there full potential - once again.

Beautiful pine-tree lot. Country setting. Close to water and beach and-- Only 1 hour and change from Detroit and you are 'Up North' and in heaven.

Cottage is situated on a small dirt road leading to Lake Huron, which is just a short, 1 block stroll to the beaches of Lexington Heights. These beaches are private to the Association and nearly people free most of the time. Great place for family beach fun.
Golf cart rental can also be provided.
