The space
The property is a three-level house on a 150 square metres built area suitable for families and friend groups.
The ground floor is the perfect setting to cultivate a peaceful mind thanks to the bright floor-to-ceiling windowsthat fill the space with natural light. It features a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a terrace and a safe. t is also connected to a spacious and practical kitchen with integrated appliances.
The lower floor has a formal dining room, a bedroom with two single bedsand a bathroom.
The upper level features the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. The sophisticated architecture of this level presents itself with an open space concept. It has direct access to a discreet terrace with a comfortable seating area full of natural light.
The aerial perspective allows guests to enjoy the eye-pleasing views of Port D’Andratx with its azure waters and mountainous landscape.
The outdoor area has severalterraceswith dining tables, sun loungers, a 25㎡-swimming pooland an outdoor shower.
This property is fully equipped with all the appliances our guests might need. There’s a centralised coolingand heating system, free Wi-Fi, a Portable Gas BBQ, a Safe and an Alarm System throughout the house.

Surroundings:
The area
La Mola is known for its many hiking trails and for being a popular area among divers.
It is located in Port d'Andratx, a port full of shops, supermarkets and traditional restaurants.
Entertainment
The property is located in Port D’Andratx, a popular spot due to its lively yacht club with more than 450 berths.
Many visitors are surprised that it is still a working fishing port and fishermen carry out their daily duties accordingly. Several fishing trawlers operate in Port d’Andratx from Monday to Friday.
There are many cafés, restaurants and shops in the area. We recommend a local two-story bakery called “La Consigna” where fresh and traditional pastries are baked daily. Enjoy the sea views and the fishermen’s busy life while having a delicious breakfast!
Close by is the traditional old village of Andratx with winery and Wednesday market.
*Summer event: In July, a hectic procession fills the town’s streets while fishermen decorate their boats to sail around the port to celebrate La Vigen Del Carmen, their patron saint. If you happen to be here around that time, you can't miss the celebration!
Places to visit
If you fancy a short trip, you can take a short trip to a nearby nature resort called “La Dragonera Island”.
The closest beaches are near Camp de Mar, where a golf course is also found.
Don't miss out on La Mola’s lighthouse! Located 128m above sea level!
The town is situated in the southwest of the Island 25 minutes away from Palma and 35 minutes from the International airport.

Check-in takes place on the day of arrival from 3 pm and check-out takes place on the day of departure at 10 am. If you need to delay or advance your arrival/departure, please make your request at the time of booking. It might only sometimes be possible, but we will try our best to help you.
Please note that if you arrive at the property after 9 pm, a late check-in fee of €50 will be applied and can be paid in cash on arrival.
