This 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury condo is located just two blocks from the Ft. Lauderdale beach and located on the intercoastal waterway. Amenities include pool, hot tub, covered picnic areas. Conveniently located close to major restaurants and shopping. Condo is attractively furnished. There are TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. Both bedrooms have computer workspace and the master has a large monitor and keyboard for your PC. The condo has Internet WiFi access.

Kitchen is newly remodeled with Granite counter tops, large double sink, convection microwave oven, refrigerator has in door ice and water feature, and the condo has all kitchen amenities to cook meals.

Iron and Ironing Board, laundry basket, mop, bucket, vacuum , hangers available.

Condo office manages guest check ins. The condo owner will provide the front desk with customers information thru email.

Great way to start our vacation

Owner's communication excellant. Lovely 2 bedroom condo for two older couples on ground floor. The pool was about 3 doors down. The backdoor opened to the yacht moored canal. Location was good, 2 blocks to everything. Would use the same unit again.

Our stay was great! Quick walk to the beach and convenient bars/restaurants nearby. The residents around this property are also very nice and welcoming.

Relaxing and Quiet Stay

This was such an enjoyable stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for our stay. It’s an older complex, but the people were so very friendly. The jacuzzi and pool were perfect, and the free noon cookout on Wednesday by Kevin and his buddy was a nice touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A friendly resort.

Very clean condo walking distance to the beach. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Pool was great; very relaxing. A great place to launch for trips around Fort Lauderdale and Southeast Florida. Had a great time.

"Yachts"of Fun!

Check in was a breeze, Staff and other Tenants were a delight and the location was perfect. We were in town for a wedding at the Bonnet House, which was half a block away.

Nice place poor check in set up

We arrived late on thursday called told them we would be late they put key in lock box and never sent us the code to get in so we had to rent a hotel on thursday night which was tough due to festival in town .very disappointing with no compensation. Rest was as expected but dont appreciate the additional cost on our vacation

Coconut Bay Experience

good location to walk to beach and restaurants. Traffic was pretty bad and lots of crazy drivers. People at coconut bay were very friendly and informative. Pool area was always kept clean.

Fabulous!!

We loved our stay! All was perfect. The condo is spacious and the entire property is well maintained with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The location two blocks from the beach is spectacular. So much to do in the area and all either within walking distance or a short drive away. I highly recommend this property to all beach lovers!! The owners were very responsive to all questions and minor concerns. Being located at a resort was a special bonus with pool and room towels provided and helpful personnel at the resort desk and all around the property. We spent a month here and did want to leave !

Awesome location, close to everything but just off the beaten path. Backyard is a channel with boats but no traffic. Great stay!

Great Place and Location

This rental was so nice. Loved the Location! Kitchen has everything you would need. Very clean and people are very friendly. Nice size bedrooms and comfy beds. Steve was very helpful with any questions you may have.

Good overall

Clean place and nice pool. Lots of mosquitoes around property. Thin walls, can hear neighbors walking and flushing toilets. Beach is very close.

Women's get a way week

The condo was perfect for us. The pool was great and it was a short walk to beach. Along the way are several restaurants. We arrived after 5 but there was a lock box. We had to wait until next morning to get the wi-fi password but other than that it was perfect. The weather was beautiful. The location was perfect for us. Lynne Drew

Property location was perfect but noise in the area was loud until late every night.

Check in was difficult but properly was clean and well stocked. With the ongoing flight delays, owners need to work to assist with late check ins.

Lovely condo in great location

We loved staying at Jennie's condo. It was a great location, 2 blocks to the beach, a block to restaurants and bars and right next to a 7/11 for those random things you always forget to pack. The pool is lovely as well to unwind after a long day. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay in Coco Bay Resort, Fort Lauderdale

We had a late check in and front desk set up a lock box for our key pickup. Condo was very clean and located close to ocean Beach, stores and restaurants in walking distance. Pool was clean and mostly uncrowded. Parking was never a problem for our unit. We hope to return again. We did have an issue with master bedroom light-fan unit was not working. Plenty of table lamps in bedroom worked fine.
