A comfortable apartment in a very nice site

The apartment was simply furnished but was comfortable and had everything we needed. The washing machine was in the 2nd bedroom and had a drains type smell which wasn’t ideal. Other that the location of the washing machine everything was fine. The site is very good with good security, car parking, pools and a nice bar area which serves good food. There isn’t much in the local area and a car is recommended unless you plan to stay on the site for your stay.

Thank you for your appreciation. We are very happy that you had a good holiday and that the apartment suited you. Regarding the washing machine, it is planned to move it during our holidays in June. Yours, Mr and Mrs Goffin

Nice apartment in good complex

The complex was nice but the apartment could have been a little cleaner when we arrived. All kitchen utensils such as glasses and plates were dusty so we needed to clean everything before we started to use it but the good part is that we had everything we needed. The internet worked only the 2 first days after that we had no internet during the whole stay but the owner took care of it with a compensation and that was appreciated. We were a company of 5 people but i would recommend this apartment for maximum 4 people.

2/10 Terrible

We were really disappointed with this apartment, particularly as it was booked for a family stay over Christmas and New Year.Sadly, the property did not reflect the advert or photographs. It was much smaller than expected and very difficult to live in as a family of four. There was virtually no storage space, the apartment felt worn and tatty, and many items were chipped, marked, or broken. We even found boxes stored under the bed containing other people’s clothes, which was upsetting and made us feel uncomfortable. The layout was impractical, with bedroom doors that could not open fully, internal doors cut away at the bottom, shutters that would not close properly, and a general feeling that the apartment had not been properly prepared for guests. There was also no spare bedding available. The balcony is cluttered and the smell of weed from neighbours was so stong we had to go inside and close the doors. We raised our concerns politely during the stay, but unfortunately the issues were not resolved. In the end, we were forced to find alternative accommodation and ultimately leave early, which was not how we had hoped to spend our Christmas holiday. We stayed 1 night of 14!This was a very upsetting experience, and we would not recommend the apartment for families. The advert is very misleading and so are the reviews and should be ignored. The apartment is very rundown, the complex is ok at best. Location is not suitable either as there is nothing around.

Assumed the property was in Adeje costa where we would have preferred to stay, not Paradiso which is a a bit cut off from a lot of things , we like walking and walking was very limited, but appreciated the security of the property

Nice stay for short vacation, less for a longer stay

The facilities (apartments, pool area, parking) are great. The kitchen is well equiped and the flat had an excellent terrace. However, for a longer stay, say longer than 10 days, it is not an ideal place due to poor instructions of apartment functionalities, bad vacuum cleaner and placement of washing machine which also had a strong smell of mold. Additionally, the pool was only heated during high season (Christmas and New Year).
