Waterfront home on the Little Pigeon River but just half mile from the Parkway. Come hear the birds and enjoy the rocking chairs and private hot tub. Fish for trout even from your deck. We offer a BBQ Grill, Picnic Table and large covered parking for up to 4 cars.

Charming gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and leather furniture. Enjoy Two large king master bedrooms both with their own direct bathroom access. Oversized indoor jetted tub.

Cable, HBO, DVD, Net Flix and board games.

Come see why we fell in love with this home and it's easy half mile distance to the Parkway. Easy drive even with winter snow.

We include linens, towels and starter supplies of bath soap, paper towels, dw soap, dish soap and tp. Just bring your own shampoo and laundry soap if needed.

If the home is booked we have other homes with 2 king suites or larger just half mile from this one.

Awesome cabin

Last minute cabin trip for us to recover and relax . The owners accommodated the three of us and our friends and our furry friends ! They let us add on an extra day of booking for the same day too ! They were quick to respond to any messages and the cabin is located far enough from the parkway that you get peace and quiet but still within a few minutes of everything ! Thank y’all again for the hospitality!

Strream-side retreat

We were comfortable and relaxed in Amy's Waterfront Blessing. The view of the stream from the balcony gives the sense of being far away, although the property is close to "The Strip." The living and sleeping areas are spacious and clean. The community is quiet and there is amble parking under the house. Communication was excellent.

Beautiful location on the river

Enjoyed weekend away with friends. The home is perfectly laid out for 2 couples each having their own King suite. Description & photos are accurately presented. Great location close to the strip but also off the beaten path.

Great location. Spacious, comfy, clean property. Some of my favorite moments were the geese flying up and down the river in formation sharing the good news!

Great location overlooking the Little Pigeon River

Great location and close to everything. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. 3 minutes to Pigeon Forge Pkwy. Very quiet neighborhood.

Peaceful retreat

The cottage is in a small neighborhood which was very quiet. It sits on a river and we sat outside with coats on the nice bench they have. The neighborhood is good to walk in. This beautiful setting is surprisingly close to all the Pigeon Forge action. The house does have a staircase to enter so if your family member can’t do stairs easily then this would not be the place for you. We loved it and hope to stay there again.

10 out of 10, would highly recommend!

This cabin was so charming! It was just as described, conveniently located to all of Pigeon Forge and plenty big for the 4 adults that came on this trip. We’ve saved this listing and will book it again the next time we come back. The host gave us all the info we needed well in advance. The hosts asked us to do a few basic things on our way out, and they were things we did when we left our own homes for this trip. This was refreshing; I’ve had some hosts that required us to practically clean the condo on the way out and STILL charged exhorbitant cleaning fees.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Amy’s Waterfront Blessing. From booking to checkout, everything was seamless thanks to John and Lisa's prompt communication. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had excellent amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with nearby attractions like Tanger Outlets and Wonderworks, plus plenty of great dining options. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend John, Lisa, and their property. Thank you for a memorable stay—we will definitely return!

A piece of heaven on the water

We really enjoyed our stay... The house was in an awesome location being next to the river and minutes from everything... Upon arrival the house was clean and tidy, and we found the beds to be quite comfortable....

Wonderful stay

It was a wonderful stay The property was in such a peaceful neighborhood and nice having the creek right in front of your looking for a place to stay and have peace of mind about where your at than this is the place for you!!!

My husband & I love the smokey mountains and visit as often as possible. I grew up near Chattanooga TN and it's great to return to our roots and spend time with family. With our vacation home it makes it easier to enjoy a visit more often we hope to share the home we enjoy with you!

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We loved that this property was walking distance to restaurants and the Trolley. We fell in love with the porch swing right on the water. We love the water views and peaceful surroundings. We also enjoy the changes on the River which can be fast flowing or down to a babbling stream. We also purchased this property because we loved how close it is to Dollywood (3 miles). We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is our hot tub. We're also just 1 mile from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

We love watching the nature right off our balcony. Having a hot tub on site is wonderful. We are a short distance to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite We love being on the waterfront just a half mile from the Parkway Traffic Light #1. The large open grassy area, covered porch swing and picnic table make the outdoors even better.
