Located on the ground floor, this 43 m² apartment features a spacious 36 m² terrace where you can enjoy a relaxing sea view. The sleeping arrangements include beds in one bedroom and additional beds in the living room, making it suitable for families or small groups. You’ll find a private kitchen with basic kitchenware, standard Wi-Fi, and a TV for your convenience. Air conditioning is available in the living room and included in the price. Pets are welcome for an additional charge. The host can communicate with you in German, English, Italian, and Croatian, making your stay easy and comfortable. This apartment is a great base for exploring the beauty of Central Dalmatia and the Hvar riviera.

We had a wonderful stay at the one bedroom apartme...

We had a wonderful stay at the one bedroom apartment here. The place was very spacious (every room in the apartment was huge), spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed (kitchen had pots, pans, knives, chopping board etc) and a very good stove. The heat insulation was fantastic - the apartment kept cool even when the air condition was off, and throughout the day. We also had our own private terrace and the hosts generously let us pick the tomatoes in their garden right in front (delicious) plus left us gifts of their own wine (both red and white are excellent). The communication with the hosts was very good. The location in Sveta Nedilja was also fantastic, about 5 minutes to the water by foot. Fantastic. Highly recommended.

Dobrý a čistý apartmán s vybavenou kuchyňou, výhľad na more, výborné grilovanie na naozaj peknej terase, domáci srdeční, prostredie atraktívne a tiché. Avšak jedna kritická poznámka: okrem našej aj dva ďalšie apartmány mali orientovanē vonkajšie klimatizačné jednotky k nám, čo dosť rušilo posedenie na terase a občas aj spánok.

The house is on perfect location, it has nice sea view and a lot of outdoor space. You have grill places around the house and a nice garden with fresh tomatos and grapes. The apartment is really big. There are nice beaches just few minute walk from the house. The village is really small and it is perfect if you are looking for a place not crowded with tourists. Owners are really nice and helpful. Will defenitly come back!

Ottima location, bagno curato, angolo cucina, terrazzino esterno e barbecue. La zona è molto bella ma per raggiungere la vita mondana di Hvar centro occorrono circa 50 minuti di auto.
