Our second stay here
I stayed here with my daughter in 2017 and had a wonderful time. You can find that review below. I came back in 2024 with my other 9 year old daughter, and if anything changed, it was only for the better. New furniture in the sitting room. Otherwise all the same great features. 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. A fully stocked kitchen. The wifi seems much better and quicker than before.
Best of all is the new Tube Station in Battersea which is just less than a 15 minute walk. The new line takes you right to the West End, so if you are going to a show, Covent Garden, Leister Square it's super easy and fast. Previously, we were taking bus and that's still a great option depending upon where you are going with a stop right down the street.
Very convenient to a Tesco supermarket (5 minute walk) along with some neighborhood restaurants. Be sure to check out Battersea Park, and if you have younger kids, there is a fantastic playground down one end (to the left if you are looking toward the park from the front of the apartment).
This is a great location for anyone and a great value compared to staying in the middle of London. One tip - be sure to set the clock on the oven before trying to cook anything (use Google if you can't figure out how). The kitchen has virtually anything you can think of - pots, pans, spices, oils, etc.
Highly recommended.
