Location, Location, Location! Enjoy this charming studio that is steps away from the spectacular Camp Watercolor amenities. It has a king size bed, bathroom. kitchen, as well as a pull out queen couch. You will also have access to 2 bikes for you to explore the Watercolor Community. The house is also in close proximity to the Water Color Beach Club and Beach. Amenity Bands will allow access to all pool and Beach Club and Camp Watercolor amenities!!

We loved staying here! Perfect amount of space for two people and maybe a small child or two. Location is absolutely perfect. Owners are wonderful and so welcoming. Owner even pumped up the bike tires for us while we were at the beach because one was a little bit low. We will recommend this place to our family and friends and plan to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful WaterColor home! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, pools, and all the great restaurants and shops in WaterColor and along 30A.The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay at Randy’s carriage house. The location is fantastic and being so close to Camp WaterColor made everything easy with two small kids. We were able to bike to the beach, Seaside, restaurants, and other activities throughout our stay. The WaterColor trolley was also amazing, and will pull right up to the carriage house and take you anywhere in WaterColor. The carriage house was comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. Randy was an excellent host, responsive and helpful from start to finish.We would highly recommend this property to other families looking to experience the magic of WaterColor and would love to stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in watercolor! The location of this carriage house was great. The size was perfect for your family of 4 (two small kids). The hosts were great. The only semi negative comment is that we weren’t able to lock the door from the inside. It automatically locks from the outside. Which is fine, but not great with younger kids and stairs. We definitely would return to stay here!

This house was BETTER than described. Randy and Diana were the best hosts and provided everything we needed for our week for spring break.Watercolor is AMAZING. While we spent most of our time at Camp Watercolor (steps away from the house) we were able to easily navigate around the neighborhood on foot or biking. It is very quiet which was great to whine down.The space was prefect for our family of 5 and the pull out sofa was great for our kiddos to sleep on.If you are looking for the best spot in Watercolor to stay, look no further than this gem of a place, we will be back!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this carriage house. It was steps away from camp watercolor and short drive or scenic walk to the beach. My kids had a blast at the different pools at the beach club and the beach was gorgeous. Hope to return again to this special community.

This was an amazing rental for my daughter and I. All questions were answered by renter. Very clean and it had everything we needed. Renters were always available iif I had a question or wanted recommendations for dinner, etc. highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! Randy is a great host and the space was just right for myself and my two kids. The bed was super comfortable and the place was very clean! It is the perfect spot for those wanting to use Camp Watercolor! Would highly recommend.

Upgraded features and lovely decorated room. The wonderful kitchen was just what we were looking for in a home away from home. The king bed and large tub were perfect for recouping from warm summer fun on the beach. Clean and perfect with an extremely help friendly host. 5 stars

Fantastic Stay

We enjoyed our stay with our two young kids, it was perfect for our family of 4. It was a short walk to Camp Watercolor and enjoyed the bikes that were provided. We used them to bike to dinner and the beach. Randy, the host, was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
