Villa Destiny is a cozy villa located in the Sierra Norte of Madrid, just 50 minutes from the center of Madrid, ideal for families with children who want to enjoy a wonderful natural environment.

It consists of four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, large living room with fireplace and TV, kitchen with all appliances and equipped with utensils, and private outdoor patio.

Shared community pool and common areas including a playground. Maximum capacity of 8 people.

There are different routes and paths that allow us to observe an unparalleled natural environment. You can practice different sports and outdoor activities that will make you enjoy nature: hiking, cycling, mountain biking, climbing, horse riding, water sports.

----- POOL AND GARDEN -----

The playground and pool are for community use. Accommodation and use of common areas are exclusively for people included in the reservation.

Guests are not allowed, even if they don't sleep, that are not previously included in the reservation.

----- WIFI / INTERNET -----

The house has unlimited access to broadband internet via WiFi to offer a browsing experience suitable for both work and leisure.

----- PARKING -----

Parking available at the door of the house, there is no problem parking at the entrance street.

----- WEEKLY CLEANING (+14 nights) -----
For reservations over 14 nights, included in the weekly cleaning price of the house and change of bed linen.

----- HOUSE'S RULES -----
one. Reservations for children under 25 are not allowed. Children under 18 must always be accompanied by an adult at home.

two. The entrance time to the house from 3pm. If you arrive later than 20:00 you must notify your host and you will have to follow the "check-in instructions", which will be provided to you, to collect your keys and enter the house.

3. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Please, if you smoke outside, do not dispose of cigarette butts in the trash cans or household dustbin.

Four. Pets are not allowed. Sorry, the house is not ready to accommodate pets.

5. Accommodation and use of common areas are exclusively for people included in the reservation. Guests are not allowed in the house, even if they don't sleep, that are not previously included in the reservation.

6. The community pool is available to guests from June 3 to September 3. The opening hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. It is strictly forbidden to use the pool after the indicated opening hours and dates. The use of the pool by children without adult supervision is not allowed. The pool does not have a guard (not required for this community pool).

7. Please be quiet from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. From 22:00 you can not have very loud music or noises that can disturb the neighbors. The community is very quiet and the neighbors are not tolerable to noise, please respect the community.

8. It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events at home.

9. The house has an alarm system, with motion sensors, which is deactivated during the stay of guests.

10. Please, kindly ask them to take care of the house, furniture and other household goods. It is not allowed to move furniture to other rooms or outside the house. Guests must leave the furniture and appliances in the same state and place where they were found. Crockery and kitchen utensils placed in place and clean.

eleven. Guests have access to the house and common areas. The attic and garage are locked for our private use. We thank you respect our privacy and do not try to access these areas of the house.

12. If something breaks or breaks during your stay, please inform your host directly so you can manage your replacement or repair.

13. Guests have the obligation to leave the house in the same conditions as they found it, organized and without damage. Please do not forget to return all keys.
