We would love to welcome you to the Simpson Bay Yacht Club. A gated residence with 24 hours security, 2 swimming pools, an outdoor jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts.
The apartment is located on the lagoon with a view on the marina. You have a private parking place within the gates. The Simpson Bay Yacht Club is within walking distance of bakeries, lunch rooms, restaurants, supermarkets, night life. Beaches can be found also within walking distance.

A great location to explore Simpson Bay with restaurants and night life a short walk away. Kim and Gert were good hosts and easy to deal with.

Property as described and very well maintained. We had a wonderful stay.

Kim greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. The property is gated and guarded 24/7, we always felt safe and secure. The condo is walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches and Kim was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I would highly recommend this property. We are already planning our return.

Loved Our Stay in Simpson Bay

We really enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. The condo was as promised...very clean and well stocked. Shal was our primary contact during our stay and she did an amazing job. Location is great. It is an easy walk to some great restaurants and bars. A 5 minute walk to Zee Best meant fresh croissants on the back deck every morning. A great way to start the day. I highly recommend this condo. Next time we stay in Simpson Bay we will be staying at Kim's place.

Location location location

This unit is centrally located within walking distance to many great restaurants . Traveling with young kids it was very convient to walk instead of loading up the car. The pool was very nice and had a shallow area for the children . It could use a few more lounge chairs though . We had a very nice stay . Kim responded to my emails very quickly and her associate was waving for us when we arrived .

Wonderful Apartment and Owner

Highly recommend this place. the apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed. The location is lovely, walking distance to a lot of eateries. We did have a car however as we used this as a base to explore the island. Nice patio, right on the marina. We also used the pool and hot tub as part of the complex. Kim was really lovely, check in was easy peasy, and she was available for any questions and gave us advice on some good spots to check-out. It was everything we wanted. Would defiantly stay here again and recommend to others. Thanks Kim for all the assistance and your hospitality.
