We regularly return to this property because we love it so much. It is in just the most perfect position for an amazing seaside family holiday. We stayed during folk festival week, and there was just so much to see and do. While the town was very busy, the flat keeps you above the noise and bustle. It disturbed us no more than the seagulls did! We will definitely be returning.

Another lovely week’s stay in Broadstairs at Hazel’s flat. Fantastic location with breathtaking views. Flat is spacious, clean and tidy with comfy beds and everything you need for a perfect relaxing stay. Thanks, we can’t wait to come back!

Amazing sea views & a well equiped apartment. Bear in mind you're near bars & the beach, although we didn't suffer any late night noise when staying Monday- Friday in a wet June week, I don't know if there would be a difference at the weekend, in warm dry weather. The lack of blinds at the bathroom & separate toilet window was an issue for us . A very small TV in the dining room that wasn't a smart TV was in keeping with the 70s vibe but meant no film night for us. The apartment was very clean through out.

Thankyou for your comments. Even though the flat is near the beach and the restaurants and bars, it is surprisingly quiet on weekends even in the summer. Yes there is foot traffic but there have been no problems with noise that I know of. I would recommend the Palace Theatre in Harbour Street ( 1 minute walk) for a movie night!

Really great place if you are looking for a super central location and great views. Very spacious and clean. Quite a few steps up and down to access so might not work for everyone. But we really enjoyed our stay.

Can’t be beaten!

Another wonderful stay at Jetty View. We take our grandchildren every year now. Super clean, comfy beds and amazing view - it must be the best for people watching in Broadstairs! Thank you Hazel for letting us share your childhood home. So relaxing!

A great view of Viking Bay

We did stay for a week last year and loved it and once again just the same and would like to come back next year. We have stayed many times in Broadstairs over the years and both times we have agreed it is the most relaxing place we have stayed at so thanks once again.

Location location location!

Absolutely stunning views from the sitting room across the bay..... breathtaking. So relaxing. Walking distance from everything in town. Comfortable beds and good shower.

Everything matched with our expectations and the ad.Just one remark : it was too cold inside when we arrived and we needed a few hours to get warm

Fabulous flat overlooking the beach and promenade

Hi, we loved the flat. The views were amazing. It was quiet, comfortable and light and had everything we needed. It was in a great location and convenient for walking along the coastal paths and catching local buses and trains. Great for people watching too!

Easter weekend

Always a joy to stay at Hazels lovely flat. People watching from the drawing room and amazing views out to sea. Hazel is very quick to respond and accommodating of any enquiries or requests.

Wonderful stay!

We love this appartment, it’s luminous, spacious stylish with some parts of the interior from the seventies. Furthermore direct view to the sea. Very well equiped, everything one needs. Hazel is wonderful, very quick responses and uncomplicted support when needed.

Location and view are perfect

The location is really great, as well as the view over Viking Bay. The lounge is the best place in the flat. Beds are good, one bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the furniture is a little bit dated. The cutlery and other parts of the kitchen equipment are a mixed bag, but still all that is needed is there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
