Great property and owner

The Sebastian is a great property in the heart of Vail and Don Landenberg is a great owner who made sure the check in process was seamless. The residence is beautiful and well maintained. Definitely recommend

A wonderful property. We had an amazing time

The unit is great. 3 large bedrooms. Plenty of space for everyone. The amenities and the Sebastian are first rate. We'll be back for sure!

Great stay at The Sebastian!

From the day we booked until the day we left, Don made sure our stay at his residence in The Sebastian was first class. You can’t beat the location in Vail Village and Don’s residence is very clean, comfortable, and spacious. To top it off, the staff at The Sebastian are extremely welcoming and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back!

Great spot in Vail!

We spent 4 days in March. First, Ron the owner, is a pleasure to work with. Everything was as described, and we had all the right information well in advance of our arrival. The Sebastian is beautiful and the staff does a great job. If you go during ski season, the base camp is great. The concierge will take your gear when you arrive and it's waiting for you every morning, with boots heated! They even gave us a ride down to base camp on our first morning to show us where everything was located. The suite is very spacious, with 3 bedrooms, each with an en suite. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen is well appointed. We took advantage of the hotubs after skiing one afternoon, there are 3 available, and there is waiter service for drinks. The only minor issue was one of the elevators was out of service, so there was a little time waiting to get up and down from our room. I will give The Sebastian credit, each afternoon they had a chacuterie board at the elevator due to the delays. All in all, a great stay and we would definitely recommend Ron and this residence.

Absolutely wonderful

Had another wonderful time in 118 at the Sebastian. Fully decked out kitchen, working fireplace and even had humidifiers for each bedroom. Super convenient to use Base Camp for skis and boots. Will be back yet again!

Perfect!

We loved the Sebastian and the unit was wonderful! Perfect, roomy size for our group and very well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to both Lionshead and Vail Village. Kids loved the game room.

Great accommodations, great staff.

This is a beautiful property. For the summer when it can be hot in Vail the air-conditioning is a real plus. The unit is beautiful.

Great property for skiing!

Facilities were great. As advertised. Owner very pleasant to work with; provided good advice on dining options and activities. The Sebastian itself has great services - restaurants, room service, fitness center, spa, etc. Ski valet very handy. Would recommend highly.
