Excellent location, beautiful view. Only thing is it is up a hill & then steep staircase. Very clean, easy walk into Bellagio, great communication with host. Highly recommend, just be prepared for stairs.

The stairs to the apartment in Bellagio were quite a bit, but we were able to do it.We had a balcony, and if the weather cooperated, we could have breakfast with a lovely view of the lake.Marzia, who communicated and checked us in was an absolute delight and helpful. We knew Bellagio was full of hills and climbs, so we loved our stay.It would not be suited for people who were in bad shape or had knee problems, etc.

The property offers a great base for Bellagio and exploring the delights of Lake Como. Marzia (property host) was extremely helpful, offering advise and guidance before arrival and great tips for the holiday. Views from the terrace are exceptional and the apartment provides a smart, quiet and comfortable base. Highly recommended. The apartment sits above Bellagio, so expect a hill climb followed by some steep steps. All perfectly manageable but fitness can be tested in the August heat!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. The views were incredible and one of the highlights of our time at Lake Como. The home was very clean and comfortable and exactly as described. The location was ideal for us. Being in Pescallo allowed us to enjoy a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere away from the crowds in central Bellagio, while still being onlly about a 10 minute walk from shops, restaurants and the ferry area. We found it to be the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay and gave helpful suggestions before we arrived for transportation and restaurants. We would not hesitate to reccommend this property to others visiting Lake Como.

Paulo, Marzia complained that we were very difficult to communicate. I would like you to know that I have no messages from her on text or email prior to 10/10/26. At that time I was traveling in Italy (from the U.S. I had no internet on my phone or ability to get WiFi. It was difficult on our end as well. There was no listed address from the street for the property. We were in Bellagio for 2 hours before we found your place. We turned up the street prior to your driveway in our rental car and nearly killed ourselves since there was no way down. A woman up at the top let us use her driveway to help us get down. Her son yelled at us. If there was an address on your gate it would have solved the issue. When we arrived, we were disappointed that the apartment was not as illustrated in the VRBO pictures. Your pictures are obviously professional and do not represent the visual appeal of your listing. The apt was clean, great shower and comfortable bed. However, it was lacking in decor that was shown in the pictures, such as rug, plants, paper towels, coffee, sugar, body wash empty downstairs, laundry detergent, bedding as seen in the pictures. We enjoyed our time in Bellagio and the towns around Lake Como. I would encourage you to take a fresh look at your VRBO pictures and compare them to your actual apartments.

Cute cottage with the best view

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake cottage. It had the most breathtaking view and it was very clean and well kept. The host was also very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay

We loved the cottage, very clean, comfortable and friendly owners. Thank you Marzia for the wine and birthday wishes! Thank you Paolo for the restaurant recommendation! We loved our stay here! I would only caution others about the hill/stair climb required for the stay.

Beautiful house in ideal location

The lake cottage is beautifully located with the most amazing views of the lake. 3 large bedrooms with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen. Marzia was great at keeping in touch en route and and shared lots of local information. Definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful villa overlooking Lake Como

Very nice Villa a short walk from central Bellagio. Many steps for travelers who may have mobility issues. Marzia was helpful recommending a taxi service from the airport. Patio overlooking the lake was spectacular.

Incredible Views

Absolutely beautiful accommodations. Yes, there are stairs, but if you are already wandering around Bellagio you will be fine with these. Worth every step for the views. On the quieter side of Bellagio which is nice. Easy walking distance to everything. Would love to go back in the summer!

Beautiful and perfect

Villa was very clean and comfortable. The view from the veranda was breathtaking. Location was perfect. We did have a problem with directions on the microwave and dryer b/c there were none, only a pic on dryer, eventually we figured it out. Having the suite downstairs was great with 6 people. Thank you for a beautiful stay.
