Our lovely apartment was very convenient to the port, and very quiet as its just outside the hustle of the shops and restaurants. The patio is peaceful, the lemon tree gets in the way sometimes but that just makes it quaint. The kitchen was nicely stocked, and there are grocery stores in town so you don't have to eat out every time.Would recommend, and hope to come back someday.

Very unique property with so much space with lovely courtyard and patio spaces. Appreciate the water and wine that was provided. Someone met at at the ferry to show us to the property which was much appreciated.

Magical home and location!

What a completely beautiful way to enjoy Hydra - the space was huge and comfortable, with well-stocked rooms and lovely decor. It was only a 5 minute walk to the harbor and the perfect home base to explore the area. 10/10 can't wait to stay here again!

Beautiful house and courtyard. Well appointed with a huge variety of amenities. Air conditioners worked well and the bathrooms were perfect. Close to the harbor and all the attractions. Hydra and it’s people are just plain lovely!

Amazing property.

Spacious three bedroom house with beautiful veranda and courtyard in a quiet location about 100 meters from the waterfront and close to many restaurants. Comfortable sitting areas in which to relax and huge well equipped kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely amazing stay! We would love to come back to this property someday. Comfortable, clean, roomy, great location. We especially liked the private courtyard and spent a lot of time there. The kitchen was well-stocked for preparing our own meals, which we ate outside in the courtyard. A small grocery store was within a few minutes walk. The neighborhood was incredibly private and quiet.

Lovely Home with Private Courtyard in Great Location

Wonderful location near the harbor and restaurants. Rooms were good sized, including bathrooms. Kitchen was very well appointed. Owner/Agent met us at the ferry landing to walk us to the home. We would stay there again and highly recommend.

A lovely stay in a perfectly central and quiet location with all the comforts and amenities you could possibly need. The private courtyard and balcony were an added bonus and it was a treat to have private outdoor space! It felt like we had our own Hydra home and we didn’t want to leave. Nikolas was a wonderful host - responsive, friendly, and easy to reach. Would be happy to return!

Perfect location and place to stay

Wonderful place to stay. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was great and the place exceeded our expectations. The Courtyard and lemon tree were beautiful and it was an easy walk to everything. Communication with the owner was easy. Hight recommended.

Hydra First Visit

We travel from the US to Symi every summer to stay in our family home and try to visit another island as well, this was our first time on Hydra and staying in The Courtyard House made us feel at home. The blue floor caught our eye when reviewing properties and the house is just as nice in person. Excellent location and very comfortable.

Hydra Family holiday

We had a wonderful but too short time in Hydra. The house was wonderful. Fit our family of 5 well with space to spare. Beautiful location. The owners were super responsive to all questions and made us feel at home. Really…could not have gone better.

This is my second stay in this house, and I'm happy to have returned. The villa is very centrally located, very large, and comfortable. It has a beautiful patio and two terraces. Family holiday

Had a great time in Hydra in the courtyard house . My 86 year old father could manage the steps up to the house from the port . We had a lovely family break despite the very windy conditions .

Great Family Vacation

Our return visit to Hydra & the Courtyard House did not disappoint. House is exactly as the pictures show & everyone is very responsive to any questions that arise. Enough room for our family to spread out and enjoy the space, while still enjoying an easy walk to the harbor. We hope to return again to this wonderful house. Regards from our whole family!
