Apartment recently renovated with all amenities. Great views of the marina and the archaeological remains of 'illeta'. Direct access to the beach. Very quiet and separated from other buildings.
The apartment consists of:

Over looking the harbour and to the right the beach line ,been times just love the place and location. Will be shore to go back in the future.

Lovely apartment, very well equipped and near the beach. Rosa was very helpful and was there to meet us when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this place. It's about half an hour by tram to the centre of Alicante but there are plenty of restaurants in El Campello, so you don't need to go far if you don’t want to.

We have been to this property several times over the years. Rosa is always welcoming ,the facilities are clean and comfortable and the setting in frontof the marina is perfect and it is close to all the seafront restaurants.

The appartment had the most amazing views from the balcony. Rosa was polite enough.the rooms were clean.the only thing missing was complimentary water to make a cup,of tea or coffee upon arrival.the balcony overlooks both the beach and marina,there is deck chairs and an umbrella for the beach.the cooker iis digital there is a silver circle that when finger moves around it the temperature rises to 600 degrees there are start and stop on the oven.maybe a note with instructions on how to work the cooker could help.we worked it out but it took a little while.we had a fantastic holiday here and both my wife and I would most certainly return without hesitation.

Ideal stay

The apartment is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. It overlooks the harbour. It is very clean and has everything you would need.

Amazing apartment

We have stayed in lots of apartments .this was the best ever .Location great for local restaurants. The apartment had everything you needed and so lovely and quite we have booked again for next june cant wait to return

Great apartment in a great location

We had a short stay in El Campello and Rosa's apartment was perfect. It was close to the beach and local facilities but far enough away for us to enjoy the peace and quite as well. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying again.

Superb apartment, great location.

The apartment was on the 7th floor, accessible by lift. The view from the spacious balcony was over the harbour and the beach. We liked that we could catch a lift directly to the harbour via a cave. The weather was perfect and we had a very relaxing break.

Fantastic apartment beautiful views.

Fantastic aparment overlooking the marina. This was our second visit to Rosas beautiful apartment. It is very well furnished and very clean. The cave access down to the beach was great and chairs and umbrella were provided at the apartment. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Numerous restaurants along the promenade to choose from. The beach is amazing and very clean. We will definately be back.

Great property and lovely view

We had a great time in this lovely one bedroom apartment with lots of little touches such as beach chairs and umbrella as well as a shopping trolley! It also has a unique cave access to the marina and beach which you access from the lift using a special key. Our host was great and was there to meet us on arrival around lunchtime and explained everything very well using google translate when required! We hope to return in the future!

Couldn’t have wished for more

Rosa welcomed us to the apartment, showed us where things were and explained how they worked. She also showed us the unusual and memorable cave entrance to the harbour. The apartment was well equipped and the crowning glory was the balcony which overlooked the harbour and where you could watch the sunrise over the horizon. The location of the apartment was excellent with the promenade and a variety of restaurants and bars just a short walk away. The tram station was a 10-15 minutes walk away which made it easy to get around. A microwave could perhaps be added to the kitchen equipment. Rosa is a great host who is only a phone call away

Relaxing holiday

Property has everything we wished for! The view is gorgeous and the location perfect very close to the nice and clean beach. Restaurants, grocery store and many other nice stores are just around the corner and good train connections to towns near by. Rosa, the owner, met us when we came and showed everything in the apartment very well. A big plus in the apartment was even parasols and chairs to the beach and a cart for groceries. In the fridge waited a bottle of gold white wine, a gift from Rosa. She is very kind and really listens to her guests. She even fixed the roof fans in the apartment after we left when we told that the roof fan would make the apartment even better. Thank you Rosa! We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful apartment!

Our stay in Rosa's apartment

Hi, We had a very nice stay in the apartment. The apartment was modern, light, airy and very tastefully furnished. We never met Rosa but relatives to her. We also talked to her son (I believe) who was very helpful on the phone when we had a situation that needed prompt action. A suggestion for improvement is for the landlord to provide information on how things work in the apartment, door locks for instance. We arrived rather late on a Sunday evening and it would have been nice if there had been a couple of water bottles in the fridge and perhaps some fruit. Overall impression of the flat is very good. I would not hesitate to recommend the flat to others. Best regards, Monica

Situación inmejorable

Todo es perfecto, sobre todo la terraza, pero el apartamento está muy bonito decorado y con todas las comodidades. Pero la situación a pie de playa y con unas vistas únicas al mar, es inmejorable. Gracias

Estancia perfecta

Rosario nos ha tratado genial, poniendo siempre facilidades. El apartamento increíble, mejor de lo que esperábamos, en una ubicación inmejorable y con un equipamiento perfecto, todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. Repetiremos seguro!

Las mejores vistas de El Campello

Es el segundo año que alquilamos este apartamento y es, sin duda, el mejor de El Campello. La comunicación y flexibilidad de la dueña son excelentes. Repetiremos el próximo año seguro!

La ubicación, el equipamiento del apartamento, las vistas, ...todo de primera. Solo echamos de menos que la cama no fuese un poco más amplia. Por lo demás, todo perfecto. Seguro que repetiremos.

Estancia tranquila

Hemos pasado solo tres días mi marido y yo, no teníamos más días, nos hubiese gustado quedarnos más, ya que todo fue lo que esperábamos, apartamento completo, y con unas vistas fenomenales. Esperamos que podamos volver otro viaje con más días.
