This was a great property with excellent beach access. It is exactly as listed and we found everything to be very clean and well organized. The host was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

great walkway to beach, plenty of parking, host answers texts right away, excellent porches on 1st and 2nd floor, sewer odor was addressed quickly. kitchen appliances and utensils need upgrading.Bring toilet paper only 1/toilet provided and paper towels.

This house was amazing! A cup of coffee and the ocean view in the morning from the deck was a great way to start my day. It was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for our family of 18. And the host was amazing! She answered all of my question's within hours of me asking. I hope to be back next year and I would definitely recommend this for a large family.

We were happy with every aspect of this property. Management was great and quick to respond to questions. This place is across the street from the trails at the state park. Beautiful area, great location.

Was just the right size for our family vacation. 11 adults and 1 teenager; close walk to the beach and the beach was not crowded. The house is very well equipped.
