This loft was well designed, clean, comfortable and aesthetic. We were able to walk to almost all the major sites in Roma from here.The host was friendly and informative.

Great location.

The apartment was as advertised, the owner was very helpful and made great suggestions of sites to see and places to eat, even what to order. We would return if we ever go back to Rome

When in Rome

Great location to visit Vatican. Adorable home with a great patio. Helpful and responsive host! Stefano’s warm greeting after a frustrating travel day made everything ok!

Great place, great location

We only had a few days to stay in Rome. Stefano’s flat worked out perfectly. It’s close to the train, Saint Peter’s, restaurants, you name it. We loved the terrace. It’s a small but great place for a couple in a nice area. Highly recommended.

Awesome stay

Stefano was a great host! He welcomed us to his home and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants in the area as well as ones around Rome that were his favorites. In addition the apartment was the perfect size for my partner and I and the balcony was absolutely amazing for unwinding at the end of the day. Overall the place was great and we would definitely go back in the future if we are ever in Rome again!

Terrace in Rome

The flat was in a lovely spot within a mile of St Peters Square. The position was great but be prepared for hills. We really appreciated the outside space and Stefano had made every effort to ensure that everything that we might need in the appartment was catered for. He was the perfect host and really appreciated by us both.

Best host!

Our stay began w Stefano picking us up from the train station and taking us to his property! Who does that! He personally gave us the tour and even had a little shadow box w business cards of local restaurants. Throughout our stay Stefano was available w any questions. One block away from the property is a cute cafe we had coffee and breakfast every day! Public transportation was also very close. Great stay!,

Nice and cosy little apartment in quiet area

A lovely apartment and terrace to come home to after a long walk in Rome. The area is very quiet and yet close to town. The apartment is very clean and contains everything you need, also in the kitchen. Really good quality bed. The owner Stefano was nice to pick us - and our suitcases up at the train station San Pietro which is 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It is therefore very easy to get to the apartment from the airport. Stefano is a very helpful host who informs everything about transport options by bus around the city and good restaurant tips. we highly recommend stefano's small apartment and if we come to Rome again, it will be in stefano's apartment Per and Lene April 2019

Amazing Accomodations

First of all, Stefano is a very gracious host. He refused to allow us to carry our luggage up and down stairs to get to the apartment. The view from the terrace was wonderful. The apartment is decorated with exquisite taste. Stefano gave us wonderful directions to the trains, restaurants, etc. When we couldn't get a taxi to pick us up to take us to the train station , Stefano was on the phone immediately to solve the problem. He stayed on the phone until he made a connection with a live person to make sure we didn't miss our train. We arrived at the train station in time to check in and make our connection. I would highly recommend this property to all of my friends and family. Thank you Stefano for an amazing experience.

A Few days in Rome

Property served us well. Great location if you're ok using public transportation to see most of the main sights of Rome. Vatican is within walking distance as described. The bus stop 34 that is listed in the description does not seem to be active. We were told by a local that it would not be coming. The next closest bus stop is approximately a 10 minute walk which involves a hill. This Was not much of a problem for us, but for people with mobility issues I would consider this. Apartment was clean; however, there was a slight off putting odor from the bathroom. Host was easy to communicate with and offered many suggestions for local places to eat. Upon check out we were reminded of the tourist Tax that needed to be paid. Host told us this tax was €6 per person per night but the listing clearly says €3.50. It might be a good idea to discuss this price before the stay so there is no confusion.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und auch vorher sowie während des Aufenthalts hatten wir schon Kontakt zum Besitzer. Selbst bei der Hinreise bekamen wir schon Unterstützung wie wir am besten zur Unterkunft gelangen können. Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem sehr großen Balkon. Es war eine ruhigere Wohngegend. Jede halbe Stunde fuhr ein Bus 200m von der Wohnung entfernt ab, sodass man gut einkaufen konnte.

Stéfano est un hôte très accueillant et avec de bonnes adresses. Il est réactif dans la communication et à plaisir que notre séjour se passe bien. Le logement est idéalement placé pour accéder au Vatican et la basilique saint Pierre et il a tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un agréable séjour. La terrasse est parfaite pour une pause fraicheur ou un bon repas à l'ombre.

Un logement bien positionné (quartier très calme) et super fonctionnel. L'hote est accueillant, disponible et arrangeant, il a su rendre notre séjour magnifique. Le logement dispose d'une superbe terrasse pour profiter du soleil. Je recommande vivement pour un moment de détente à Rome ! Merci encore a Stefano pour ce magnifique séjour

Das Appartement hat eine zentrale Lage und ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Stefano ist ein toller Host, der immer mit hilfreichen Tipps weiterhilft. Seine Restaurantempfehlungen waren einsame Spitze. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Beau séjour à Rome !

Nous avons passé deux journées à Rome. L'appartement est petit mais très fonctionnel. Notre hôte, Stéfano est très accueillant. Il nous a fournis pleins d'information. Il a été disponible tout au long de notre séjour. L'appartement est situé dans un secteur tranquille mais tout près des sites intéressants. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement. Wow, merveilleux appartement.

Notre hôte était très gentil, accueillant et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Il nous a tout expliqué avec gentillesse. L'appartement est extraordinaire avec une magnifique terrasse, tout est là. Nous sommes à côté de la gare San Pietro et c'est très facile de se déplacer à Rome. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement.

Séjour parfait chez Stefano

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans l'appartement de Stefano. Stefano est un hôte merveilleux, qui vient vous chercher à la gare, qui prend le temps de tout vous expliquer, de vous donner pas mal de tips et qui est constament joignable. L'appartement de Stefano est super, pratique, confortable, propre et bien pensé. Proche du Vatican et du Janicule, vous rejoignez tres rapidement le Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Super séjour, nous reviendrons sans hésiter chez Stefano!

Petit loft pafait

Accueil formidable par Stefano qui est venu nous chercher à la gare. Loft bien équipé, terrasse très agréable. Coin tranquille à proximité de la gare, des commerces et du Vatican. Je le recommande.

Fabulous Location!

Stephano is a wonderful host and willing to meet you at the local train station to show you around and introduce you to the apartment. To no fault of his own, we were running late, really late, which added some unwanted pressure to us to hurry to meet him. Having some type of system to allow you access to the unit and not feel pressured to arrive on time would have been preferable. The apartment is cute, super clean and very cozy. Stairs to the loft are steep, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with knee/hip problems or older in age (+60) but past that, are great place. Location is perfect, quiet but so close to everything. The bus line is 2 blocks away which will get you to and back from the heart of old Rome with ease. The Vatican City is a short walk away. Lots of restaurants to choose from. We would stay here again.
