The neighbourhood was incredible with a butcher, groceries, fruit market, bakery and metro within 1 block of the apartment.The apartment had an incredible view of the Paris skyline which allowed dinners on the quiet balcony.The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating with travel issues we had.Definitely our go to accommodation when we return to Paris.

Amazing view!

Fantastic stay for a week in Paris. Easy to get everywhere from the flat and great communication. The view from the balcony is outstanding-we’ll be back!

Great little place

Great base from which to see Paris. Not in the centre of town but very close to the Metro. Everything you need within close walking distance. Neat, clean, well appointed apartment with an amazing view of the city. Excellent communication before and during our stay and Cedric was a great help.

Amazing find!

The apartment is spacious and charming, located in a very nice neighborhood and less than 2min away from the metro station. In a lovely surprise, there was also a balcony with a great view of the Tour Eiffel, which we saw sparkle every night. We were super comfortable, and loved staying there. Would definitely recommend!

Paris Apartment

I was here visiting Paris with my mom. It’s a cute place. Just a couple of things it took me a while to figure out the shower and the mattresses were a bit to firm. But outside of that, it was a great stay and the view was AMAZING!

Felt like a true Parisian.

The view can’t be beat. This apartment is located away from tourist areas but the neighborhood has a lot of good restaurants and is right by a metro stop so it’s easy to get anywhere you want to go. The building is lovely and very quiet. Check in was easy and Cedric was available to answer any questions during our stay. The paper meant itself is cozy and comfortable. Don’t expect a hotel-like atmosphere as it appears as though it is actually someone’s home. It had everything we needed.

Oasis in the City

The listing for this apartment does not do it justice. It is wonderful. The view is amazing. You feel like you are above all the hustle and traffic in your own little oasis. The apartment is bigger than the pictures made it look. The kitchen is a separate room and is lovely. The pull out couch is quite comfortable for two adults. And the bedroom with the bunk beds is really fun and can be closed off with doors for privacy. It is a short walk to the metro and is located in a neighborhood with lots of delicious bistros and bakeries. I highly recommend this rental!

Our stay at Maurizio’s apartment was top notch! First class all the way. Maurizio was in contact with us as needed up until the day of our trip and was very responsive.Maurizio happened to be out of town during our stay, so his son, Luca, greeted us and settled us in.We cannot say enough wonderful things about Luca. He gave us the tour of the apartment and detailed for us the amenities. But what really made an impression, was how he took us to the Metro station and got us our week-long Metro cards. It was such a huge help to have someone fluent in French do this for us. By the way, paying for the week-long Metro card paid for itself in 3 rides!!! Luca was also very responsive to us during our stay. We asked him several times the best train routes to take, and he provided us with excellent directions!Luca even came to visit us the day before we left to check in, and we chatted for a while and picked his brain about all the questions that came up about Paris during our time there. He graciously answered everything and was a great sport about it.The neighborhood the apartment was located in was perfect. Plenty of bars, restaurants, pastry shops, two grocery stores and super close to two Metro stations (the 2 and the 3). It was in a non-touristy area which we liked and everything in the area was well priced.We would definitely recommend Maurizio’s apartment, and we would stay there again. Thank you for making our Paris trip, and my sister's 50th b-day one to remember!

Über den Dächern von Paris

Wir, drei befreundete Frauen, haben eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht und die wunderbare Aussicht genossen. Sobald es die Temperaturen zuließen, haben wir unsere Mahlzeiten auf dem Balkon eingenommen. Die Wohnung/Küche war gut ausgestattet und in unmittelbarer Umgebung gab es eine große Auswahl an Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Abzüge bei der Sauberkeit betreffen die Couch. Sie ist sehr abgenutzt und wenig einladend. Das Bettzeug für diese lagerte in einem Schrank und roch muffig und schien nicht frisch bezogen. Die beiden anderen Betten waren frisch bezogen und bequem. Trotz des oben genannten Mangels haben wir uns sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt und den Parisaufenthalt sehr genossen.

Très bonne location

Bonjour, nous recommandons cette location. l'accueil a été parfait. Merci pour votre disponibilité. le logement convient parfaitement à une famille de quatre. La location est très propre. elle est idéalement située, à 5 minutes du métro Père Lachaise. On a une vue extraordinaire sur les toits de Paris avec en point de mire la Tour Eiffel. l'appartement est calme et silencieux. l'environnement est safe. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine.Merci

Bellissima vacanza parigina

miei giorni a Parigi sono stati ancora più meravigliosi perché ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento ☺️ È veramente un luogo fantastico, accogliente, pieno di tutte le comodità, con una vista meravigliosa e in più vi 'si respira'tanta cultura!! Abbiamo anche approfittato spesso dell'ottima panetteria lì vicino e mia figlia si è deliziato con tutti i giochi messi a disposizione 🥰 Il proprietario è gentilissimo e ci ha fornito in modo super preciso tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Comodissimo, a due passi dal metro Père Lachaise.

L'appartamento e'in un ottima posizione cye dalle finestra sj vede Parigi cge è uno spettacolo dalla torre Effel al pantheon.La metro a 100 metri circa che ti collega con tutta Parigi e ti puoi spostare anche fuori Versaglie e disdelsnd. Parfaitement situé pour rayonner vers les différents lieux de spectacles que nous avions choisis. Un beau parquet, un carrelage ancien, de grandes ouvertures et pas de vis à vis font de cet appartement un endroit parfait pour un séjour parisien.

Séjour parfait

Maurizios Wohnung ist perfekt: sauber, konforyable, super ausgestattete Küche, von der Aussicht spreche ich erst gar nicht, einfach umwerfend! Sympathisches Wohnhaus ( nette Concierge, verlässlicher Lift, alle notwendigen Läden 2 min entfernt ( sowie metro und Bushaltestelle). Sehr nette, einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunkation - und im Falle einer kleinen Sorge: rasche Hilfe!! Danke Maurizio und Lucca!!

Appartement à proximité de plusieurs commerces

Tout est à proximité de marche (marché, boulangerie, fruiterie, restaurants). Quartier bien desservi par les transports en commun. La vue sur la tour Eiffel est magnifique!

Super schöne kleine Wohnung

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Ruhige Lage mit Supermärkten, Bäckerei, Restaurant gleich ums Eck. Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Vermieter. Kann ich nur empfehlen!
