Very enjoyable week! Property is lovely and in a great location for all amenities, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay and good weather enabled us all to enjoy the secure garden (the dogs loved it!)Communication from the owner Phil was great!We shall miss our evening strolls on the beach and the promenade and plan to return in the future..Highly recommended

Lovely house - perfect for our needs (family with 3 kids- 2 of which are teenagers). This is the third time we have been at this property. We love sheringham and the location of the house, added bonus of being able to park car. We love the kitchen dining space with access out onto the back garden. It’s been a great holiday, hope to come back again

This house was one of the best that I’ve stayed in- clean, tidy, enclosed garden, beautifully decorated and a fab space. Plenty of games and books to entertain the family. Ideal location for Sheringham and for walks along the Norfolk Coastal Path. The host was easy to contact and extremely helpful- including having the heating on ready for our arrival. We will definitely be visiting again.

Good property for our stay.

Everything we needed for our stay. In easy reach of the shops and beach. Only criticism is that it needed cobwebs removing and the windows needed cleaning.

The house in Sheringham was perfect - tasteful, spacious, cosy and well equipped! The short walk into town made for exploring the high street, visiting the beach and tasting the mix of coffee shops. The car parking space was a cherry on the cake, meaning we could come and go as we pleased. Our dogs loved the enclosed garden, meaning they could explore with peace of mind. We had a really wholesome stay over New Years, and felt Phil maintain good communication throughout which was reassuring for first tine visitors. We really hope to return again soon!

Lovely place to stay. Everything you could need was available in the house. Off-street parking was essential. Fully enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs and we made use of the garden furniture too.The stairs are certainly steep, but this is stated in the property details.Phil is very approachable and welcoming as a host.

Superbly situated property near the sea and conveniently located for access along the coast and many local attractions. Everything worked as it should, was easy to find. Would choose again!

happy house

even though the cottage could do with an update with lots of things falling apart, and broken - i absolutely loved it - good vibes around the house, with a short walk to the beach and town. in fact i would love to live there. would def go back.

Friends & dogs

Lovely quirky property, great garden, ideal for dogs downstairs. We loved being close to shops, beach & restaurants. We didn't use attic bedroom stairs too tight & steep. All rooms clean & fresh but bathroom needs an overhaul. We enjoyed our stay thank you

This is a fantastic house a short walk from the town which has everything you need, beach is also very close meaning you do not need to use your car, it also has parking which is great. We are a family of 5 including dogs and we had plenty of space. The garden is a great bonus and due to the hot weather we spent a fair bit of time outside. We all fell in love with the house and it quirks, as mentioned in other reviews the stairs are steep but they just add to the character of the house. The kitchen is a great space including a sofa and TV which meant we could spread out. The main sitting room is lovely and was a great place to cool down in the hot weather. The house has everything you need including a dishwasher which is a must for me, two toilets and a seperate bathroom, bedrooms are comfortable with one located on the top floor. Communication with the host was good and answered any questions I had.This property scores a 10 out of 10 for me and we will definitely book again

Twix Pine and Sea

A lovely few days in gorgeous Sheringham and all the facilities at Flint House made it very enjoyable and relaxed. Great communication from our host as well. We will return.

Flint House Holiday Cottage

My stepdaughter, partner, daughter (18) and son (15) spent a very happy week in this comfortable and well-placed cottage in Sheringham. The off-road parking was invaluable as was the proximity of the shops, the railway station and the beach.

Family break

A short break with my daughter, her partner and 5 year old. House had enough space for me to get a bit of separation from the others which I needed at times. I was able to charge my car at the nearby Tesco and there were enough local activities to keep an active boy amused. Easy walk to the sea.

Great location and lovely house

House was perfect for 6 adults. Plenty of room and spent a lot of time in garden. Parking enough for 3 cars. Short walk to beach/shops/pubs. Great location. Would recommend.

Lovely, spacious property. Particularly liked back room - seating area, dining and kitchen room. Bright and clean. Enjoyed sitting in garden Bedrooms a good size and bathroom facilities, all good Location just right for walking into town, beach and picking up Coastal Route walks
