Beautiful cottage in rural Tuscany
Casina di Rosa is a beautiful stone house in a medieval hilltop village in Southern Tuscany. This is a great location for day trips to major sites in the area, including Siena, the hilltop towns of Val d'Orcia such as Pienza and Montalcino, the coast of the Maremma, and even Florence and Pisa. The house is ideal for a couple, but it can accommodate a child on a sofabed. Free Wi-Fi, heating and fireplace for the winter months and air conditioning for the summer months are available. No hidden costs. The place is romantic and authentic, with lots of great reviews online from previous guests. The house has been in our family since the very beginning. It was built by our great-grandparents and it features many original details. We are proud to welcome people from many different nationalities into our home and give them a taste of what living in a small rural community means. If you want to see the most beautiful part of picture-perfect Tuscany, and yet enjoy real Italy, then this is the perfect choice for you.
The house is made up of three rooms. A perfectly equipped kitchen ensure the guests can be autonomous and experience Tuscany like a local. You can make Casina di Rosa your home away from home.
The bedroom has an Italian double bed and a lounge area with two sofas, TV, and a library with a large selection of guidebooks for our guests to borrow if you are a traveller who still enjoys paper!
The bathroom has a shower. Linens and towels are provided. The house has a washing machine and other appliances to make our guests' stay very comfortable.
The house is in our home village halfway between Siena and Grosseto. This is a great location because it allows guests to visit all the most popular areas of Tuscany, while having the opportunity to come back to our quiet village in the evening and to have an authentic Tuscany experience. The village is small but it has all essential services, ranging from a grocery store post office, walk-in clinic, flower shop, two bars and two excellent restaurants.

Gloria is from the village where Casina di Rosa is located and the house has always been in her family. It was built by her great-grandparents. Marcel is Canadian and has lived in Italy for over 20 years now. They have two kids, and have rented the property since 2009.

The owners are very proud of their little cottage because it was in their family since its construction. Over the years it has received much praise from previous guests.
