This 70 m² accommodation is comfortable and newly built, with views of the pool. It has a lift, garden furniture, a terrace, an iron, internet access (wifi), a children's area, air conditioning, a communal pool+children's pool, covered parking in the same building, and 1 TV. The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster, water pressure and a juicer.
