Our apartment was fine but the advertising picture is VERY misleading. Our apartment had a worn out brown leather couch and the door to the bathroom was moldy and very squeaky. There were 4 of us traveling but only enough bedding for 3. We requested a pillow and blanket for our son but did not receive it.

Very nice place. Would stay again. Recommend you bring a hand towel for the bathroom and a kitchen towel if you intend to cook.

We loved the location and easy access to the blue line and Metro. Nice grocery shops nearby and a great coffeee place around the corner. The furniture was a bit worn, but is being replaced. The staff, particularly Carolina, went out of their way to help us navigate our stay. Great value for the price. They could inmprove pre-stay communication.

we took an apartment with My Space Barcelona I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for one to two people. The bathroom and shower were excellent. You could tell that the agency made sure that the apartment is very clean. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also arranged a taxi for me from the apartment to the airport after I checked out. For a good price, I honestly think that this was one of the best apartments I have ever rented I am looking forward to comeback next year.

No reply to any messages on problems with appartment

At check in we found the freezer door partly open and the freezer completely clogged with ice, and hence unusable. Also the oven was impossible to get hot. I contected the renter by means on e-mail, whats-app and in the message-parts of the Vrbo and check-in apps. All with no reply. Also, daily reminders went unanswered, even when I replied to mails on other subjects from them. Be aware that ‘after-check-in’ service and follow-up is non-existent.

Silencioso y limpio pero con necesidad de actualizar

El apartamento está limpio y tiene todo tipo de accesorios: tendal, tostadora, exprimidor, plancha, etc. Y Es muy silencioso. Pero necesitaría actualizar o modernizar algo del mobiliario: mesillas, sofá, ducha. Es el único pero que le pongo.
