The Farmhouse La Presura offers pretty and cozy apartments with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, boiler, toaster), toilet with shower or bathtub, linen, tv, safe box.

The location and the views were wonderful. Eleanor was a fabulous hostess and was there to help us and answered all our questions. While it turned out to be fine, we were surprised that this was 2 separate efficiency apartments, each with it's own kitchen and bedroom/bathroom with an adjoining door and not a big apartment with 2 bedrooms and a lilving room/dining room and kitchen.It's centrally located close to Florence. grocery stores, restaurants and many wonderful wineries. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed having a grill and pool, although the pool is not heated and will be air temperature. We had a great time, especially sitting outside in the morning on our porch with our morning coffee.

Absolutely perfect!

We could not have asked for a better location for our five night stay in beautiful Tuscany. The lovely stone buildings, gorgeous outdoor pool, grounds and staff were all wonderful. We felt so welcome and relaxed in this little taste of heaven. Carlotta and Marguerita provided a lovely wine tour and tasting also.

I knew I wanted to stay in a rustic, farm-style, simple environment with a Tuscan feel. La Presura was a score! If you are looking for 5-star hotel treatment, this is not the place. But if you seek a stunningly beautiful, hilltop, retreat with the charm and simplicity of Tuscan-farm life. This is your spot. The apartments are built right into the farm structure, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards which the owners graciously allow you to peruse on foot on while using their available mountain bikes. I did both and the beauty (and challenging grade) of the Tuscan landscape was on full display and I was addicted. It is HOT in the summer but the air conditioners made it comfortable inside after playing outside. The pool is gorgeous and sufficient as a lap pool, which I was able to use every morning. The staff or warm and welcoming and always on hand to help with any issues, local recommendations, laundry, or to offer an estate wine tasting paired with local cheeses and meats. And a word about the LOCATION! It is perfectly located, as long as you have a car. Siena, San Gimignano, Siena, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Monteriggioni are all within 1 hr drive and Impruneta, Grassina, and Firenze are all within 5-20 minutes. These are all must-see cities! The local markets in Impruneta and Strada in Chianti are perfect for daily food shopping and Greve in Chianti offers a wider variety as well as cooking schools and a beautiful, bustling piazza. An all-around amazing find!

Very nice place

People were very welcoming and helpful, making sure you get all the information you need to enjoy your stay. The place was very well locatedbto visit different cities and enjoy the countryside, but don't forget that you definitely need a car. The place was clean, well maintained and the pool amazing. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location in Tuscany

Our host was so very accommodating. He gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area that had tremendous food and wine. I highly recommend this VRBO. The view from the porch was amazing!

We are very happy with our stay!

This property was beautiful! The staff was super attentive and communicated well. It had everything we needed and more and was in a great location to make day trips to see most of the cities in Tuscany. I would definetly stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in tuscany! Also it had a nice parking area and easily accessible! Loved it

Adult stay

The view of Tuscany from the balcony was beautiful. The host was great too! The beds were pretty uncomfortable. There are minimal restaurants near the house.

Beautiful property

Checkin was smooth and host was responsive! We got everything we needed in our apartment. Beautiful property and ground with a nice pool to cool down with the heat! Trust me, you will look forward to the pool after a long day.

Perfect serene place

We spent three nights at La Presura on our visit to this area. We chose to stay in a remote, quiet place to have a place to unwind after a busy day touring Florence. This place was beyond our expectations. Federico and the staff were very accommodating. There were restaurants close by and a nice market. The wine and olive oil made at this farm were amazing. The staff hosted a wine tasting for the guests and it was very nice. My favorite was the Chianti Classico Reserve.

Close to all you need, but still nice and private

We loved this property! Carlotta was amazing from checking us in, answering all questions/requests...and the wine tour/tasting! She was a delight. The property has an amazing pool area, area to BBQ, beautiful views. The only downside was the bathrooms in our unit. They were a little....odd. Took a little creativity to shower, but nothing that ruined our stay in any way....just a heads up. Otherwise, we loved this property. Close to Greve and many wineries. Recommend this to couples or small groups.

Perfect Tuscan vacation

We are a family of five with three children ages 5-12. This was the perfect place to spend our time in Tuscany! The views from our room were better than what you see in a book or painting! The on site amenities are exceptional. You can ride bikes or hike through the vineyards, sample wine and olive oil made onsite, playgrounds for the kids and they even do your laundry while you are exploring for the day! It was the perfect location, a quick ride to Florence, San Gimignano, and Siena. The people here are sooo nice and accommodating and do everything to make your stay exceptional. They even helped find my daughters sweater and will mail it to us! Our kids did not want to leave! We will definitely be back!! We rented a car from Florence to use during our time here. We didn’t use the public transportation.

Der einzige Verbesserungspunkt ist die Küche. Man kann kochen, aber etwas mehr Arbeits- und Ablagefläche, eine etwas bessere Ausstattung und eine Spülmaschine wären super.

Notre séjour à l’agriturismo La Presura

L’endroit était très bien, le personnel très courtois et aidant. La visite du vignoble et la dégustation valent vraiment la peine. Les coups d’œil sur la Toscane étaient fabuleux, et le coin piscine est vraiment beau!

Im großen und ganzen ganz nett, schöner Pool. Nahe Lage an Florenz. Einzig die doch ziemlich befahrene Straße hat gestört, vor allem Nachts. Daher ein Stern Abzug.

Beautiful Tuscan Farm near Florence

The location is amazing with plenty of places to hike and play with younger kids, including a lake (spotting fish was a nice highlight). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Tuscany retreat

Lovely Farm house, but on a busy road

The cons: We were 2 couples booked in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Our apartment was up a very steep flight of stairs. The living area was small, the second bedroom was up a dangerous spiral staircase and the baths were so small with low ceilings that neither men could use them as they are both 6 '1" ! The apartment was not what we thought we had reserved, unlike the photos presented on Vrbo and the La Presura website. We went to reception and shared our concerns. We were granted a room move for the next day to 2 adjoining suites in a flat above the reception area which were much more favorable to our needs. it was an inconvenience to pack and move the second morning by 10am. We intended to do laundry during our stay as it was listed as having a washer and dryer avaiable, but laundry is sent out for a fee of 10 euro per load. There were mosquitos in the rooms and we were kept awake with bites during the night. The rooms are showing wear and could use refreshing. The pros: The hosts and the lady in the office were very nice and helpful with our concerns. Our suites had kitchens which were a nice feature for morning coffee and keeping our market purchases of cheese, meats, wine, etc. The property was beautiful outside, we had a balcony with tables and chairs. it was in a good location for exploring the chianti region and for a visit to Florence. We had expectations of a lovely Farm house in the country but it was on a very busy main road which tainted the ambiance.

Grazie mille for your great review. Like we told you you made the reservation for the wrong listing, but Anyway when we know the problem we always do our best to resolve. About the laundry in the description we say that it is in common paid and there is an extra fee. We are happy that you liked the property and we hope we can see you soon again. About the moskito any flat has an insect screen and we provide the machine to avoid them. Grazie mille again
