when you arrived I told you that it was a problem with the router, and that they will come to repair it, meanwhile you could use internet from the solar panels router, so yes you had internet, I dont know in england, but here they don´t come to repair the same day you call.The weather we had when you were here was not so good, and you as a lot of people in holidays with bad weather , just see the bad side we clean the pool weekly, and with storms is normal that leaves fall in it we have things by the pool to clean it in those casesyou say it was a nice villa may be with better weather it would be more enjoyable, you contradict yourself to have nice views you can´t be in a plane you are the only person who gave us 2 stars and we don´t deserve this and you know it.

Le explicamos que hubo un problema con la piscina y se lo tomaron mal, por lo que le ofrecimos la posibilidad de recuperar su dinero, la piscina funcionó bien durante su estancia, sobre la hora de llegada y salida, (indicada en la pagina) cualquiera que alquile casas sabe que este tiempo es necesario para limpiar la casa, y mas ahora con el covid, (Vds no pagaron la limpieza ni fianza alguna lo cual no les exigí por su predisposición a discutir y dejaron la casa con su basura y botellas dentro y en el jardin, vajilla sin lavar en tres días y barbacoa sucia. por lo que no los recomiendo como huéspedes para otros propietarios usamos ropa de cama de calidad, y esa semana la lavandería industrial que se encarga dejo unas manchas de limpiador nunca dejaríamos una sábana con "manchas" somos muy estrictos con la limpieza y usamos ozono al terminar sitios para visitar e informaciones? ustedes no preguntaron nada, y como viven en Badalona a 65 km. Nos gusta nuestro trabajo, y estamos muy contentos con el 95% de nuestros huéspedes, con el 5% restante no nos entendemos, pero no podemos elegir. no se trata de yo pago yo mando, también hay que respetar!
